Terrible customer service with this lady. She was annoyed at simple questions. No eye contact and got bad vibes. Will never recommend a place that makes you feel unwelcomed. One of the worst smoke shops in the valley, consistently giving not only me but others I know faulty equipment and when trying to return they can't ever exchange the item. Been shopping here for 2 years sucks they disappoint a usual and I know I'm not the only one. I also spoke to the owners son or some guy with a ear piece and he convinced me to buy a more expensive torch and told me several times not to worry that they were going return my money for a faulty one as soon as the employee who sold it to me was there and when he showed they couldn't do anything about it to so not only did I spend $70 on a new torch I never got my money back for the faulty one. read more

If I could rate this place I'd give it zero stars!!! Like bro I go in and the youngest owner is there and he's acting weird like he doesn't know what he is selling. So I continue browsing and spot the little comet Erig. Our buddy said it was 80.99 and i look into my bank statement and they charged me 98.36. Like I understand tax but like almost a whole 20$ nah. Like the product was ok and that's it. The guy said I can return or exchange it if I didn't like it or it stops working. I didn't like it and sent my man to do a return and to start off he walked in and no body walked from the back for a good 20 mins. That's so unprofessional, and then he decided to come out when a tweaker went in!! Like we are first time buyers and it was so sketch and weird. He was acting dumb. Doing squats behind the counter and crawling around. He starts questions why we want a return and turning on the comet erig and burns himself, Wtf is that!! And he said he couldn't do the return we needed to wait for the actual owner. So fast forward to the next day we go when they open I just go get to business and he gets offended Because I don't say hi like bro I'm already mad. I tell him I need a return and he's like no we don't do that and I told him the guy from yesterday said I could and he's like I only do exchange and I was mad because at this point he's pleading with me to only do exchange and I don't want anything else. Like so rude and unprofessional. And then he said I can't return it because it's open but his worker opened it yesterday and I told him check the cameras and to check his worker cause he seemed on drugs. So I say all that and he changes his tone like I'll do the exchange. Like bro just give me the money. Fuck yo shop. Horrible wouldn't recommend. Plus everything is way over price. 0/10 !! read more
