He is, without question, one of the best customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Steve is always friendly, professional, dependable, and genuinely kind. Every delivery is made with care, and he consistently goes above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. He always places my water as close to my front door as possible, carries it up the steps without hesitation, and has even helped bring the bottles inside when I've had difficulty carrying them. Those small acts of kindness make a huge difference and have never gone unnoticed. What stands out even more is how attentive he is. If I accidentally forget to leave my empty bottles outside, Steve has even taken the time to text me to make sure I wasn't in need of water before continuing on his route. That level of customer care is incredibly rare these days, and it speaks volumes about the type of employee and person he is. The reason I wanted to write this email is because I recently reported a leaking water bottle. My concern was simply to let the company know that some of the reusable bottles may be reaching the end of their lifespan after being reused many times. My concern was never about Steve. He simply delivered the bottle that was provided to him, and he did absolutely nothing wrong. I was genuinely saddened to hear that Steve may have been blamed or gotten into trouble because of my report. That was the exact opposite of what I intended. If anything, I wanted to bring attention to a product issue, not a personnel issue. Employees like Steve are hard to find. His professionalism, reliability, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile are the reasons customers like me remain loyal. He represents your company with integrity every single time he comes to my home, and I truly hope that is recognized. Please accept this email as my sincere appreciation for everything Steve does. I hope his management team recognizes the value he brings to your company every day. He finally came the next day, still late. I was told he would arrive between 2:30-3:00, but by 5:00 I had to call because I honestly thought he had forgotten. Then, only a week after I had received my water, I was notified they were coming the next day to deliver more. Hello? I JUST received the water a week ago! Obviously, I didn't need another delivery, so I canceled the service. Then they charged me a $7 service fee. I called to explain that I hadn't even received a pickup or delivery, and was basically told, "That's the fee we charge." And to make matters worse, after the first delivery, when I had already paid the delivery driver in cash, I received another call the next day asking for payment and saying someone would be there at noon. Seriously?! To top it all off, the representative I spoke with was rude and had a terrible attitude. When you're already frustrated with a company, the last thing you need is someone making the situation even worse. And honestly, the water wasn't even good! It tasted like nasty Vegas tap water. Definitely not what I expected. The communication is terrible, the scheduling is a disaster, the billing makes no sense, and the product wasn't worth it. I canceled my service today. Bye, Tahoe Springs! I definitely would NOT recommend this company. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

I am from California so the water difference in Cali VS Vegas is insanely differently quality But Chris came, told me that he can get a guy out for me the next morning and YUP he delivered!! I don't remember the persons name who did the actual installation but he made sure I knew how the process worked and made sure I knew what he was doing. Had all my questions answered by both of them and now we have their water softener system AND RO system for drinking water 10/10 will recommend this company to friends and those who need water softeners!
