I have had nothing but great experiences at Water U Love!!! The water quality is amazing and tastes great! The service is amazing and everyone is so very friendly and helpful! Today I stopped in to fill two five gallon jugs but realized that they do not take credit card. I asked if they could hold my jugs while I ran to the bank to get cash and they were so kind, that they told me not to worry about and waste my money with atm fees, and told me that I could pay them the next time I stop in. Never thought I would be reviewing a "water store." But this is a good find. You can purchase delicious-tasting water of different stripes here, at a fair price...actually, even cheap. (But don't let them know it). There is alkaline water which some swear by for health benefits. There is also "oxygenated" water, which to me tastes the same. Or you can just get good old filtered water. They sell wonderful plastic containers to hold the water you purchase, some BPA-free, or glass or ceramic containers. You can also bring your OWN containers! They will rinse them out and fill them up! It's a bare bones store, open, and with a warehouse feel. It's in a strip mall but with fairly easy parking. You can borrow one of their carts to take your heavy water bottles to your vehicle. The owner is pretty noncommittal, even laconic, but that's not due to lack of enthusiasm. He is Armenian, and his English is decent, but he is still developing it. Once you get him talking, he will open up. This is more affordable (and in my view, tastier) than drinking bottled water, and you know what's in it! read more

I really like this store. The store is very clean, they offer water 24/7... If you chose to use the machine outside to fill your water. They have regular distilled water or Alkaline... Prices are very good! $1.50 for 5 gallons of distilled water. If you chose to go inside, they clean the bottle for you, and they also offer to help you carry the water to your car. I've been going to this store for years and it's always been a good time, everytime I go in they fill my jugs accordingly, rinsed beforehand is always nice. The guy may not speak much because he doesn't speak very well English but as long as I get my water the service job is done! I had a great experience with Water U Love. The man working there may not speak the best English, but at least he offered service with a smile on his face. I cannot compare the taste of the water quality I received from water you love to any other water company I have drank with. It is definitely more affordable than drinking bottled water. The quality of their alkaline water in particular exceeds all expectations I had, they even offered to test the quality of the water in front of me and I have to say I am impressed. The drinking water is great here and what's better is the 24/7 water vendings outside. I'm very busy with work, but I never have to worry about not having time to get water for my home because of the vendings outside. I asked the worker inside and he told me that it's the same water as insides and I believe it because it tasted exactly like the great tasting water that you get from inside. The vending machines are super super clean. I've been to other stores around the area and they don't compare when it comes to the newness of the machines. I personally get the alkaline water and it has helped with my GERD, which is a stomach reflux issue. All I can say is thank you Water U Love. read more

i've been getting my water from here since the pandemic started and i am very pleased with my experiences. I get alkaline water which is 2 dollars per gallon, and it is amazing. the worker tested the alkaline water for me and the pH is around 9. he even tested the regular water to show that the pH tester was real, which it was. i plan on continuing to get my water here for a loooong time. read more

However after doing some water testing of my own, I may not be visiting as much as I used to. It's still the most convenient location considering I live about a mile away. $2/gallon for pH neutral water isn't the worst way to spend money. I am sorry to hear about Gary, his family has my deepest sympathy!!! I have been coming to this store for years, probably 8 to 10 years. Gary may have made a mistake on math with the other review i read, however, my experience was always good with Gary. Gary was very clean, never touch the inside of my lids always wiped down the bottles. And if I had a problem he would at least try to help me. Having said this I am now speaking to the owning, I believe Gary said was his nephew and he lived in California. The other gentleman that you have in there now does NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. His hygiene is NOT EXCEPTABLE. He doesn' t understand the register to give a receipt. I get 20 gallons every 2 weeks, unfortunately, if this gentleman is there in two weeks when I come again I will go elsewhere for now on. Everytime I come here to use the vending machines outside, the owner comes out and stares at my 14 y/o son while he fills the jugs (my son and I are black) at first I thought they we're coming out to be helpful but after 10 visits of this happening every time and the employees never offering to help or even saying hi, I can only assume we are being racially profiled. Used to fill up my 5-gallon jug with alkaline water here at $2/gallon. After a few months of purchasing water here, I tested the pH level the day after I purchased the water only to find that the pH level dropped to normal. I've been coming here for awhile now. The owner is having someone else run the business and customer service is no good. About 3 months ago I replaced my regular bottles with BPA Free bottles. After refilling the bottles at the store I loaded one of them into my carpeted truck and the bottom just exploded out. I was told 1 year warranty when I purchased them from the owner, but the replacement guy says no warranty at all. This seems crazy considering that I paid about $20 for the bottle by itself. This is my go to water place! The water tastes great and the man is so nice inside. They sell every type and size of bottle that you can think of. I bought both of my 3-gallon bottles here so they are light enough for me to carry. It's 30 cents for regular water, if you take your bottle inside to get it rinsed and filled.
