Great acai bowl. My daughter got avocado toast. It was interesting but not terrible. I would definitely stick to the açai because that was so good. Service was good. It's a cute little spot with cute decor and lots of fresh ingredients.

We were in the area and I wanted to check out their juices. I ordered the soursop lemonade and the waiwai lemi with ni'oi (chili pepper water). The soursop lemonade was good, not enough sour. The waiwai was interesting, not the normal chili pepper water I am used to only because it tasted like chili pepper flakes and not Hawaiian chili peppers. Service was quick with those drinks probably because it's all premade. The girls was nice to answer any questions like the nearest restroom (down the hallway next to panda express). There is a lot of parking stalls and other business in the area you can eat at.

I had a couple hour layover in Kauai and stopped by Aloha Aina Juice Cafe. The Nui açaí bowl was everything I didn't know I needed after a long flight. Super refreshing and loaded up with haupia, fresh banana, mango, papaya, local honey, and the of course the nui, (toasted coconut flakes) on top. It was literally perfect; tropical, chilled, and totally satisfying. This is a cute little spot with good energy and even better ingredients. I can't wait to be back on island so I can go back.

We got the Niu (Coconut) bowl and it was super delicious! It comes with coconut pudding cut into cubes, granola, Acai base, mangoes, papaya, and bananas. I added coconut chia pudding on top as an extra add on. Overall, the bowl hit the spot and was really fresh. The papaya was perfectly ripe and sweet.

Delicious & refreshing juice, smoothies, & açaí bowls. Great to have after a long humid day. My daughter got the Kool Keiki - she said it tasted similar to Jamba Juice. She enjoyed how it was sweet with a bit of a tangy flavor. I got the Wake up & Live - that was made with carrots, apple, ginger, etc. the drink was good. You can really taste the ginger, which I really liked bc it clears your throat. The service was good, the lady was patient & recommended drinks to me since it was our first time. Small inside, but good space outside with tables to enjoy your drink.

This place was good but definitely not the best I had in Kauai. It seemed to be a local stop. The thing that threw me off was that some of their fruit was frozen. I understand fruit can't always be in season but it should definitely be clearly advertised if you will be receiving frozen fruit in your bowl. The staff weren't very friendly and seemed to just want us to hurry up and order. They also weren't very helpful when I was asking questions.

This was my favorite of the 3 different açaí bowl locations I tried while on vacation in Kauai. We had the chunky monkey and it was delicious. Not the prettiest or best presentation of a bowl but taste wise it was best. I loved that it was layered, it was nice to also have granola and peanut butter on the bottom of the frozen acai base

10/10 Acai bowls. Pre-set combinations. Everything is super fresh. The peanut butter on the chunky monkey was also a game changer. This place will exceed your expectations!

Best açaí bowls on the island. I dream about this place often and always excited to go back. The chunky monkey is my go to.

The açaí bowl base flavor was good, but the consistency was icier than expected. It was also weird and disappointing that they used frozen fruit as the topping when the bowls are $14. We've had many açaí bowls in kauai and maui and have never had frozen fruit as a topping (even the blueberries were frozen). It was average at best.

Best juice on the island, located right in Līhuʻe. My go-to is the waiwai lemi WITH da nīoi, hands down the BEST! Love that you can order online and pick up or enjoy the beautiful outdoor space that they have. Aloha ʻĀina is the only place we get juice. The quality can be tasted through all their different drink options and don't even get me STARTED on their breakfast croissants! Better than the juice/food is the service, straight aloha served here and you can feel that they love what they do! Kaliah has helped us numerous times and she's always so sweet and if my keiki can't decide what to get, she suggests a fun option that they always love!!!

OMG best açaí bowls on the island!!! Fresh, beautiful and so dang delicious!!! Been there twice this week and had to buy a hat today since I want to spread the aloha. Everyone must try! Service is friendly and fast. The store is neat and filled with great gifts for your family , friends and yourself. My local friend sent me here during my visit and I will be dreaming about it until my next visit.

We ordered a Chunky Monkey and a berry acai. The açaí was rather icy. The biggest issue was the indifferent attitude of the service.

So decided to go to Costco to see if their optical department could tighten my Costco glasses before heading back to the mainland. The optical department closes earlier than the store itself, so we ended up wandering around. We intentionally went there on the last day after our luggage had been packed, thinking it would prevent us from buying things to bring back. But there were two things that we don't see on the mainland, that were of good price: 1.5 Coffee beans from Molokai Estate Coffee (100% from Molokai, and which my wife confirmed later was very good) and a Ube cream Liquor from the Philippines, that went great with the said coffee. Both fit in our checked bags and made it home safe. It wasn't too crowded because it was close to closing and was of large size, including self checkout lanes. Another good visit to Costco.

We arrived late in the day, so we missed out on the fresh poke and other seafood goodies. At least were able to grab some bottled water, Taro Brand Salmon Lomi, and chips. Those items alone were worth grabbing, and lasted us the entire week. My admiration for this location is because it wasn't as crowded as the Honolulu locations. Or maybe we just arrived at a good time late in the day on a Monday. Here, we were able to navigate through easily and select various treats for gifting. Like Mauna Loa chocolate macadamia nuts, a variety of Hawaiian Host items, and I tripped out seeing these bell pepper crisp and a ramen crunch snacks. We bought two bags of furikake and shoyu flavored rice crackers, or arare. In the bakery, I died and really wanted to try this fresh baked Mayorca Suprema sweet roll. Check out my pic, you'll be droolin'! And you can't leave the store without buying a bag of Island Princess Macadamia Popcorn Crunch or their honey roasted macadamia nuts. We did see cheap, but made of decent quality rain jackets if you need one ($19). As well as some bargain deals on casual shoes and sandals. No problem upon check out, service was cordial. And oh yeah, their outside food court is the standard. Hot dog and a drink $1.50, chicken bake, and a slice of pizza. Sadly, nothing different. No issues finding parking either. In short, this Costco location has a wide variety of items not found on the mainland. Great gift items as well as supplies you'll need for your resort stay. I mean, you can go to the Island Market or ABC Store, but that's where it can start to get pricey. Just my thoughts and my words. To each his own!

I happen to search lunch stops on Instagram and came across Lawai'a, I actually made 2 stops, the day before and the day of flight. Cute little store, very popular and busy parking lot. Lawai'a Fish Co. reminds me of Tanioka's back on Oahu. This business got so much seafood goodies along with snacks, desserts, Wow! One stop shop for everything! I also saw a post for cheap eats and had to see it for myself, hehe, the table in front has pre-packaged bento and I spot one that was $6. hard to believe nowdays. I didn't get the plate lunch which looks good too or the poke variety, we had lunch plans so first visit was spicy poke for the other half to try, the tofu poke, and $6. bento of fried ahi limu for me. I am not a fan of poke and don't eat anything raw, so jealous of my hubby and kids to love it so much! I was happy that hey have a fried ahi bento available for only $6. We/I really enjoyed bento, hubby mentioned the spicy ahi was great and that tofu poke salad, WOW. I loved the taste, comes with tofu, sea asparagus, and onion, so GOOD! I stopped by the next day to grab 2 containers of the tofu poke and the ginger fried poke $6. bento. This place is a GEM for sure, very busy, I cannot wait to be back!!

You don't see hamachi poke often but it's one of my favorite types of sushi. Chili ahi was good as well and definitely had a kick. We also wanted to try tako (octopus) and got the kimchi tako which was nice and tender. Surprisingly the kimchi was pretty spicy too. I look forward to this one because it's one of the bigger, more established farmers market. A few years back, I think it was located at the parking lot of the community college itself with more food trucks. The vendors are friendly & most give out samples. I am more inclined to purchase if the vendor is generous with samples (hint hint wink wink) Of note, it's in a grassy area & can get pretty murky/muddy after a rain. Parking is where you can find it at the park. There's of course fresh fruits & vegetables in season, cooked foods (Filipino, Thai, Korean & much more). The one that stood out was the Honey (Yellow) watermelon-- the vendor was all smiles & offered generous samples of the fruit. Oh my, my, my!! It was so sweet, crisp & mouthwateringly delicious! I couldn't pass it up. The sticker price was by size & I asked the vendor to pick a good one for me-- Yokes! $14 Wowzah. That's the most I have ever paid for any watermelon EVER. This had better me a life-changing delicious pick hahaha. We shall see. I was planning on getting my veggies here for my Sinigang (Filipino sour soup): got Ongchoy (kang-kong), okra & small taro--it is called gabi in Tagalog & gandus in Kapampangan. I love gandus coz is definitely creamier in texture compared to the big taro that is used for making poi. I always look forward to visiting this farmers market but sometimes we're not in the area when it is here. I was fortunate to have visited this time. UPDATE: the honey watermelon was sooooo worth it. Come & try!
