Also ok. 3) Italian salad - 4/5. Had lots of good ingredients with a light dressing. All of us enjoyed this one. 4) quinoa salad - 3/5. Dressing was meh and it was layered under huge slices of zucchini. Quinoa salads can be presented in much better ways. 5) ribeye steak - 5/5. Cooked perfectly with a nice char. The chimichurri sauce was yum. 6) potatoes au gratin - 4/5. It was good, but the slices were slightly thick. 7) mushroom risotto - 4/5. God carb option. The sides are good to share with 2-3 people. If I went back, I'd just go straight to the steak. Good service. I'd go back if I were local.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience completely ruined what should have been a nice…read moredinner during our vacation in Maui. The hostess who greeted us was incredibly friendly and welcoming, so we were excited to eat here. Unfortunately, our server, Denise, made the experience unpleasant from the beginning. When I politely asked for the drink menu, she responded, "Yeah, I'm about to tell you if you let me talk," in a rude and dismissive tone. My husband also asked for sharing plates, and instead of acknowledging him, she simply dropped them on the table without saying a word. We were dining with our toddler and specifically asked for a cup with a lid because he would easily knock over an open cup. Despite that, an open cup of water was brought to the table anyway. To make matters worse, the drinks were bitter, and toddlers fries were extra salty even after saying "no salt". Overall, the food and service were nowhere near what we expected. It's disappointing to spend money on what should have been an enjoyable vacation meal only to leave feeling frustrated. Based on this experience, I wouldn't return or recommend this restaurant.
