Want to share this experience with other Yelp users. Buyers beware. This is a rental property in Loma Linda. 1) had a toilet fill-valve replaced. Cost me $225! 2) had a leak from a galvanized pipe in the attic. Got a quote for $1600. Asked what was involved. The guy said, cut pipe, put a "ro-mac" clamp on it, it wasn't that complicated. It would take no more than 2 hours. Okay, I asked the guy why so much, did the clamp cost a thousand bucks? He lamely said that was what the boss said. I was not happy since he never answered my question satisfactory. As he was walking away, he asked if I would go for $1300. I said I need to talk to his boss to understand what it took. Sure enough, the boss never called. Readers can draw their own conclusion. I begged and dragged my plumber from Orange County to take care of the problem. The pipe was replaced (as a proper fix should be) and it cost way less than $1300. No clamps. read more

We had a main line water leak right after the handoff from the municipal water district. The leak was discovered late on a Thursday afternoon. I originally hired a "friend of a friend" to repair the leak, which failed after his first attempt (completed at 11pm at night). He said he'd be back in the morning and ever returned. We ended up getting a referral to Joe at All Plumbing Friday morning. After a single call, Joe and Oscar were in sight within two hours and began the repair. Not only was the repair done perfectly, they even cleaned up the mess that the other guy left. While I hope to never need a plumber again, I would certainly give Joe at All Plumbing a call. When Alex and Steven walked in right on time, they looked so young, you could have mistaken them for college freshman. But they were quick and efficient plumbers who knew what they were doing. They were most respectful, clean, well-groomed, and answered all of my questions addressing me as "sir". These guys are professionals, they showed up with masks, gloves and they have booties. They did hydro jet for the kitchen sink, and the build up was crazy. After completing the hydro jet, then ran a camera to make sure the pipes are cleared out, but Andy (the best guy ever) noted some areas that still have grease in there, so he reran the hydro jet again to make sure all clear. A shower valve broke at nighttime just before we went to bed and we couldn't stop the flow without turning water off for the whole house! The next morning (Saturday) we started calling plumbers to see if someone could come out. Everyone seemed booked solid for weeks! Then came All Plumbing Solutions who told me they could have someone out there in the afternoon between 3 and 6 pm! Yes! Amazingly, at about 10:45 am I got a call from Steven and Alex letting me know they were on their way and would be here in about 15 minutes! They arrived right around 11am. Yesterday this company came out to help me with a clog in my shower. I called on Sunday for an appointment on Monday and they made it out here the next morning BEFORE the scheduled appointment time. The reps they sent were so professional and polite. The window they gave me was 10-12:00, but he called me at about 8:45 and said they could come early if I was available...YES PLEASE!
