So I called them this year about something else with the machine. They came and said they could fix it just needed a part, I paid for the part. They came it's didn't fix it. They came back 4 more times and didn't fix it. On the last visit I was told that I would be offered or I could get a refund. So when I called I was told the owner would talk to me about it. I have been calling every week for a months and I keep being told they will call me back and I never get a call back. They continue to just give me the run around.
