Reading these other reviews validates some things I was keen on from the beginning with this company. In a nutshell- I had an issue with a commercial freezer. I called this company for service in August.. it is now November and my freezer still isn't fixed. Susan- the lady working the phone seems incredibly lost and inept. Multiple times I had to call the office and unfortunately had to talk to her. She will make empty promises she does not keep and will not follow through on her word. Integrity is everything in a business relationship. Chad- the technician who came out probably five times was not able to fix my freezer after a three month span. He is emotionally immature and only cares about getting his word in. Not a good look for customer relations. The first appointment I booked with him- he was 2.5 hours late, no advance warning, nothing. First red flag of MANY. I gave more than enough grace- but in time I realized he is full of it. Will string you along and throw out one excuse after the next. To be frank, he does not know what he is doing. Please PLEASE seek help elsewhere- this company+their staff is the worst.
