They kept me updated with texts and when to expect my technician. It took Aleksei (our tech) about 10 minutes to pull dryer apart, diagnose problems and offer a fair estimate. The work took about 35 minutes and he had all necessary parts. He also cleaned out dryer from top to bottom. My dryer has NEVER sounded so quiet and smooth. Aleksei was friendly, worked efficiently and left our home clean. I would definitely call them again for any urgent needs.

I tried to call no answer, so I sent another text. The reply was asking me kindly to wait. I waited 2 hours only to be informed they could not come for 3 days. I wish they had said that sooner as now it's 1:30 and I am scrambling to get someone out today, I don't appreciate the wasting of my time as I let them know 2 hours ago I prefer to have service today as it is my day off. Not ok to say your repair man is off tomorrow so he can come Thursday after making me wait 2 hours for a reply. (apparently there is only 1 repair person) Value, I will have to let you know. If I have to fix the same issue twice I will be reporting back. Also the fact that they were just here Nov 26 it's March 4th I feel like a return service should be a priority.
