She evaluated me, explained exactly what can be done and an hour later, I had a beautiful new tooth. It is some type of a filling that she molded and ground to form a perfect tooth for me. All was painless, and the staff was fantastic as usual. Thank you Dr Lee. The tooth you created is "simplee" artistic. Your compassion and professionalism is wonderful. ( And for those of you that are worried about the cost of something like this, the price was unbelievably reasonable!)

Though please note that there was a change in ownership and some of the reviews actually belong to the service and care of a Dr. Nelson - who retired. I also waited till I had a second visit before sitting down and writing my experience. The first time I had a good hygienist who was friendly and thorough. The second time I had an asian woman who stood the entire scaling time. That was a first for me and I'm one who goes every 6 months. I have been looking for a new practice since my previous beloved one no longer was in network for us. The two exams I had with Dr. Lee with were very brief. She wasn't particularly personable but coupled with the fact that she didn't give me the time to fully examine my toothache complaint was the biggest issue I had. She had basically advised me to come back for a more thorough exam because she didn't see anything on the x-ray and visible decay from the biting surface. Fast forward less than 6 mo later, I found out I had decay underneath my sealant that was causing my sensitive. I came from an excellent practice that was extremely proactive and on top of patient education for both hygiene and gum care. I was always given good information and options as well as a thorough explanation when I showed an interest or had additional questions. That was very much not the case here. Perhaps to someone who only needs a cleaning and is comfortable with that level of practice, this could work for them but I was truly disappointed with the level of service and care and am seeking care with another provider.

My teeth are really healthy so I don't see the main dentist often but the couple of interactions I've had with her have been very kind. But my absolute most favorite person to talk to and get my cleanings done with is Huang. She's so down to earth and easy to talk to. She's careful and wont wet you and poke you on accident. She explains everything she does. And the whole cleaning experience feels like a spa! They even give you a hot towel to clean your chin/mouth area up when you're done. There's snacks in there and drinks. Everything is clean and the outside area is adorable. I don't have trouble parking and I don't have to wait. Just walk in and they are ready for my appointment! I saw a video online recently that said it's actually very difficult to find good dentists to do cleanings because many are shady and will only have their dental assistants polish your teeth. I do not have that experience here. The technology is modern and advanced, even some of my old dental places didn't have what they have here. Note: I am a cash paying customer. I do not go through insurance. It's a little expensive compared to other places but you get what you pay for. The experience is much much much better here. And for anyone worried about dealing with people who have accents from their home country, that's also not the case here. They speak fluent English with no accent. Which I know is a weird comment but I think some people care about that. So don't worry about it. It's also super cool that the dentist and hygienist are sisters lol. I do not trust Dr. Tadang. I saw him for two different procedures and both were unsuccessful. First…read moreone was to put on a new crown for cracked tooth that was seen by my endodontist during a root canal procedure. Dr. Tadang said he could not see it, so he just put in a new filling. I ended up having the tooth extracted several months later. Could it have been saved if Dr. Tadang did what my endodontist told him to? Maybe. Second procedure was to replace a different crown. He took an impression with his scanner and told me to wait until it was approved by my insurance. He calls me several weeks later and says my crown is approved but will not install it unless I pay him $150 for a gingivectomy that he never told me I needed. He was basically holding the crown hostage. There's a reason why he waited until the crown was approved - so I would hand over the additional money in order to get the crown for free. I went ahead and agreed to it because I just wanted it the ordeal to be over. He installed the new crown but my pain just became worse. He told me to go see an endondontist. I saw two of them and they both told me the root canal was ok but the crown may have been placed incorrectly. Dr. Tadang refuses to see me and even put a note in my file, so when I call his staff just tells me that I cannot come to the office and "Dr. Tadang has already helped you and go somewhere else." Totally inexcusable behavior. Btw, on my first appointment to this office, the staff was outside on the street talking and looking at their phones when I came to check in for my appointment, knowing that a patient was scheduled to come in.
