The past several times I've been in this store found me leaving and driving down the street to AutoZone, furious with the incredibly poor service. The staff could not care less about service or the customers! There appears to be absolutely NO-ONE managing or in charge! Absolutely ZERO professionalism care or concern for the customers! Today, my mechanic was awaiting the arrival of a part delivery to complete a routine service on one of the vehicles in our fleet. After almost an hour of waiting, he attempted to contact the vendor, Oreilly's on S. Main St. which is approx. four miles from his shop. He was placed on an indefinite hold, TWICE! The part never arrived. My mechanic could never speak to an O'Reily employee to determine of the part ever even left the shop! I had to drive to AutoZone myself to achieve the part and complete the service. I asked that my mechanic promise he would not deal with this parts store again if I was to continue having my vehicles serviced there! I have NO idea how this parts store stays in business! They certainly do not deserve to!

Rob and his crew did an amazing job on installing a Lauren winch 12,000 pound with a steel bumper custom airbags and an ARB air compressor under the hood to inflate tires for off-road use. Everything was amazingly done very well and has been tested in the off-road of California and now Nevada. Fabrese and Jan are like the dynamic duo and i'm very appreciative that they are there for our local community. In the agricultural center of the world we have a lot of trucks and believe you me a lot of those owners are looking for bedliners. I have had them installed for dozens upon dozens of my customers over the years and these two gentlemen have always accommodated me very quickly with complete customer service. To my surprise I was there picking up a vehicle from one of my customers and I had noticed that they also provided a different service of installing bed covers. I have been in the market for one of these for a couple of months and I was so excited to see it was the brand that I wanted and knowing they could install it and provide me a warranty I was completely ecstatic. I came by one day so they can get the proper measurements of our vehicle they ordered the product had it the next day and then installed at the following day so literally from Wednesday to Friday I was completely taken care of with not one bit of hassle and I was completely satisfied! Thank you again to these two gentlemen for always following through and being there for me whenever I need them, awesome job I will be back for the spray in liner for our truck as well!
