I used Alpha European on two separate occasions now for repairs on my 2014 Mercedes E63 AMG. In both cases Joachin diagnosed the issues and got the work done in the time he specified and at the price he quoted. In the first instance he was able to replace a CV boot instead of replacing the whole axle, saving me a bunch of money. In the second case he did a major service on the car due to major oil leaks. He replaced the oil filter housing, thermostat, turbo coolant lines, camshaft adjusters and resealed the cylinder head cover. He also flushed the coolant and changed the oil. All of that using OEM Mercedes parts and at a fraction of the cost the dealer wanted to charge. I am very happy with the service and will be back. Thank you! read more

They quoted me $2000 to replace a catalytic converter that was supposedly going bad. When I went to sell the vehicle, the individual who had it looked over said there were no flaws or faults in it. They also reviewed all the receipts and stated not all of the work that was claimed to have been performed was done. This was verified after they inspected and he vehicle prior to buying. Very friendly, helpful but rather sell me on spending thousands of dollars for a different issue I brought car in for than actually diagnose what I brought the car in for after leaving it for a few days. He was really nice but ended up recommending I either spend a few thousand to fix another issue when I just needed help with my car and figuring out what was draining my battery. Yes I was charged but really diagnosed a different issue probably the easiest to do for them for their money. My main issue was my vehicle battery kept dying. read more

While it wasn't a real technical repair, it is located in a tricky place to get to. She called Alpha and Joaquin was quick to respond and gave her a fair price. This is one of the best and most honest shops I have ever been too. They do not over charge and try to sell you fixes that you don't need. They tell you what is wrong and they give you options on how to fix the issue. I am not a mechanic but I know my way around a car engine and they have never tried to stick me with a fix that I didn't need. I have all my cars coming to this shop and I recommend my entire family going to this shop. I really appreciate the thorough and detailed breakdown of the needs of my Volvo XC60. I was referred to a different European auto mechanic after my first mechanic retired. They were okay, but I felt like maybe they didn't explain everything, just did my service or fixed a specific issue.
