This rental facility was close to our hotel so I grabbed an Uber and headed over here to pick up a car. When I arrived, there were two people Working with the two representatives there. The facility was not the cleanest or best kept. The lady behind the counter said that she would be with me as soon as she was done with another customer. The other gentleman did not greet me at all. I sat down and waited for 20 minutes and no one said anything else to me while they continued to work with the same two people. The lady behind the counter seemed to be working with the gentleman, but the guy behind the counter seemed to just be chatting . Notably he complained about all of their SUVs moving to Ford. After 20 minutes, I asked when I could expect to be served and he said when I'm done. He and the lady had both gone outside to get people cars, presumably. When they came back in five more people had come in behind me and then finally the gentleman behind the counter seemed to have a sense of urgency and actually want to help people. The lady who worked with me was very nice but overall it was just an unpleasant experience because the wait was extremely long, there was no sense of time or urgency, and the facility was not well kept. However, I gave them two stars because the lady who helped me was nice and because my experience returning the car at the airport was excellent.

I opted for it to go to my email. The next morning I wake up and I was charged another day at 138 dollars for the day. I go up to hertz and I said to him you owe me 338.00 he hands me an in voice showing he charged me for 1 gallon of gas after I had already completely filled it up. He paid me back 327.00 instead of 338.00 charging me for the day that the car was already returned back to them instead of charging me what I already prepaid for online. And then charged me over 13.00 for 1 gallon of gas. This place is crooked. They should be ashamed of themselves. If you do go here get your receipt the minute you bring the car back. Take a picture of the gas tank and inside and outside of the car. Keep your receipts for the gas.

They both took it to far when they asked me to leave for not having that and as I was humiliated I did not leave with out being stressed out and a raise of my voice which made me feel like I was debating to get a vehicle I had walked into the establishment for but they wanted to feel like the winners, telling me multiple times to leave we don't want your business (but that's not up to them). This was unjust treatment they stressed me and I felt attack by both of them due to my independence and I was treated very poorly by a man who claimed he was the manager, that is not how a manager should treat customers, a manger finds solutions and deflates not become haughty and arrogant of this corporation and as a Consumer I was very degraded in front of others by the manager and his employee And costumer who got better treatment just for hanging around having conversations. and delayed all my plans. He felt entitled. that's not the type of attitude corporate company's should hire to take initiative with new customers, making me feel I was the problem over a missing second which I told him was not online, but he unprofessional kept saying he will get into trouble but as I did look at the requirements before going into the enterprise this is not a requirement showed online and it has nothing to do with the full responsibility the driver is taking when completing the contract. And I hope and pray they don't get away with there treatment towards me and destroying my plans and transactions and calling me lose underneath there nose maybe because I didn't look the pare to him. Our 2024 red Camry reeked of marijuana. When we opened the car doors we were able to taste it; the smell was very strong. I opened the doors to air it out, and it now was smelly outside of the vehicle. We left at 10 o'clock with a gray 2024 Hyundai Tucson that was pretty banged up and hadn't been washed.

Because I just purchased the car and the extended warranty just a week ago, the warranty has not been processed yet and so my car still remains with the mechanic.
