Also, a few weeks prior I purchased a great helmet at a great price (last years model) the salesman walked me through the helmet, talk me how to care for it, and made sure I didn't have questions I didn't even ask him and he volunteered his time. Absolutely unacceptable and dishonest experience at this dealership. I walked in to purchase a 2025 CBR 500R, excited to buy my first bike as young guy. After agreeing on an out-the-door price--which I was explicitly told included everything--I thought I had secured a fair deal. But what followed was the most manipulative and frustrating experience I've ever had with a business. The next day, I returned to finalize the deal. Lewis (the salesman) confirmed the quote and passed me over to Matt, who submitted a credit application that took two hours. After all that, they claimed there was an issue with the process and asked me to come back again the next morning. Eager and hopeful, I did--only to sit around for 45 minutes with no communication while they "prepared." Then came the real shock: the so-called finance manager presented a completely inflated price with hidden fees and forced 3 year warranty add-ons, claiming they couldn't be removed because "they needed to make more money." When I questioned this bait-and-switch tactic and asked for the agreed-upon quote, I was told--to my face--"life is unfair." I was trying to talk to my uncle to help me understand the terms better and the "finance manager" kept telling me to not do that as if he was trying to get me to sign the deal blindly. Despite having a strong credit score, I was given a 10.54% interest rate for a 60-month loan--another red flag. They clearly hoped I wouldn't notice the changes or would feel pressured enough to sign without reading closely. All this time they ran a credit app against a different higher final amount which wasn't communicated to me. This was nothing short of deception. They wasted my time, disrespected my intelligence, and tried to trap me into a deal with bad faith. Do not trust this dealership. Do not sign anything without scrutinizing every detail. And above all, avoid doing business here if you value honesty and transparency. I left angry, disappointed, and disrespected. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Wow! I am trying to get any service or help from any of the sales employees. The salesmen ignore you and they stare you down and good luck, getting any greeting or any help. An assortment of Jet Skis and waver runners are all bundled up in a small room. I have been in the showroom for over an hour and not a single salesman has approached me. A salesman has been on phone the entire time. Lots of customers and lots of workers walking by without any acknowledgement. I asked another customer why he was here and he replied loudly " this place is a joke these idiots have been ignoring me for the last half hour. I left after an hour of waiting. Chaos everywhere! I'm 22 and went in with my dad after they told me the price of a seadoo spark trix would be 11k out the door and we came the next morning to buy it, they all of a sudden slapped on 4600 extra dollars of bs fees (surcharge, freight, and 3 other charges I can't remember) that they never said anything about. Then I called the first dealership I saw while I was in the store still and they said that hey would do 10.6k out the door no questions asked. Then our salesman got mad and said that's not true and went to talk to his manager and ended up matching the 10.6k within 5 mins of talkin to his manager after he said thay those fees are completely out of there hands and could do nothing and every other place will have the same fees , which they didn't. We ended up going to k and a cycle and they got us together and didn't bullshit us around. I also called another two places on my way to the 2nd place in case k and w screwed us like rosenau tried to (which they didn't that's where we purchased) but ALL 3 stores said was it the rosenau when I told them what had jus happened, THEY ALL knew that this store scams people and have a reputation for SCAMMING ! They tried to take advantage of me being young and my dad being 70. I went to rosenau power sports yesterday looking to buy a Honda Grom motorcycle. Listed at $3,600 on their website. I got there and checked out the motorcycle and spoke with a salesman named Jimmy Lewis. I repeatedly asked what the out the door price was and he repeatedly told me bs variations of "I'm not sure" "our finance adviser will go over that with you" never giving me a straight answer. Jimmy and the financial adviser argue for over a hour wasting my time being inconsiderate and just blatantly bad at their jobs, taking their time with a nearly empty showroom. While I'm waiting I hear the one and only other customer in the dealership talking about how outrageous the dealerships added fees are. followed by them complaining to salesmen and leaving upset and empty handed. At which point I start thinking how much they're going to up charge me. I told myself the most I would pay for this $3,600 motorcycle is $4,350 all said and done. After the clowns who work here waste my day lying to me and dragging me through their bs, I finally reach the finance office and get the bill. $5,800 for a $3,600 motorcycle. Laughable, but also very frustrating. At which point I laughed in the face of the albino guerrilla with a bad attitude behind the finance desk, handed back the paperwork and said I'm out of here. I traded in my 2016 Slingshot on a 2017 Slingshot SLR at Rosenau Powersports. I had an aftermarket security system installed and I had it turbo-charged. All the after market work was done by the the best in the USA. When I brought it to Rosenau to replace the stock plastic cooling system recovery container after it ruptured, (a flaw of the Polaris factory), I replaced it with a SlingMods system, all Rosenau had to do was take the old hoses and recovery container off and replace with the new system. That is remove and replace, but they managed to screw up my security alarm. It cost me over $100 to have my alarm system, that Rosenau screwed up repaired. I let them know, but because I tried to be fair, I asked them for nothing. My biggest issue with Rosenau Powersports is what I consider the lack of customer service after purchase. I spent $29,000 on one vehicle purchase, and they seem to not care after my purchase. The employees are nice, but I consider their work poor. They say they will call with an appointment date and then do not call. i.e. I have waited weeks for them to set a date when I could have the rear tire replaced on my Slingshot. After two calls with John the manager, I finally got a date to change the tire, once again this was after three calls and being told Rosenau would call me. I would never buy anything from Rosenau Powersports again and wish I had not. I bought one of the most expensive vehicles they sell and when I need service, I feel I am treated like a leper. I have no problem paying top dollar for top dollar service, but their service is some of the worst I have ever seen and overly expensive. I happen to be an airline captain of 45 years and a certified civilian A&P mechanic and jet engine technician from the USAF. If I could do it over, I would spend my money somewhere else.. I had to get a few tires swapped for my goldwing. While watching and observing the interaction between the staff, management, and customers, in my opinion they are awesome. They have the most respect for their older and newer customers. They take great pride in making sure that all the customer's needs are taken care of. From the simple hello to asking if you want battles of water and even finding vehicles you want at a different dealer and having them hold it for you without any compensation for said other dealer. Walked in to buy a motorcycle. No one seemed to care. They sat at their desks and did nothing... So, I approached Joe S. at his desk and asked if they had a Vulcan S 650... he looked at his computer and said "No... We might have one in a couple months when our inventory comes in." Had to ask for his card, he gave me one and I left. Went to Bright Powersports on Dix Hwy... Met Jeff Jaynes, explained I was looking for a Vulcan S 650... He looked on his computer. Gave me a couple color options, and said "might be a few days" 30 min later he called, said he can get the bike I wanted today! He set everything up, got me a lower interest rate than my credit union. I got a call from Megan @ Bright to go over my paperwork and any questions I had. The Jeff personally delivered the bike to my house in Livonia that same evening. I signed the paperwork and the bike I really wanted is mine. I've bought many vehicles in my 55+ life... but NEVER had such a great experience as I did with Bright Powersports. Amazing people at Bright Powersports. I live 2 minutes away from Bright Powersports but I'd rather drive here any day. The customer service is wayyyy better. Prices for accessories are fair. Only downfall is I was one signature away from buying a YFZ 450r and all of the sudden the price goes from $7500 to $10500. When asked where the extra 3k came from they said it's for crate fees and taxes. Nooooo thank you. I can't justify 3 grand in taxes and crate fees, that's crazy. They call me to pick it up and he's telling me its $320. I sell cars for a living and if i pulled that crap i wouldn't be in business too long! This will likely be my last update for Rosenau...I'm pretty much done with them! Shortly after my previous update and after having my bike newly repaired and tuned-up I noticed something hanging from the bottom of my bike. It was the side-stand switch that had loosened up and fallen off hanging only by the electrical wiring harness. It wasn't a huge deal and I planned on fixing it myself to save a trip to Rosenau. I figured it may have just been a coincidence at that point. Fast forward a month and I'm riding home from work and I smell gas all around me, but thinking it was the car in front of me I paid it no mind until I stopped at my destination and realized that gasoline was gushing, GUSHING from somewhere under my gas tank and covering my clothing and the ground around me. I ended up stranded with a bike that wouldn't run without it leaking fuel so I left it in a church parking lot from that Friday until Sunday when I had the chance to go back up and assess the problem and hopefully fix it enough to get it home. I disassembled my bike's tank assembly and came to find that two of the auxiliary gas tank bolts were missing, several of the fairing bolts were loose and the rubber baffle that protects the fuel lines from being cut by the edges of the sheet metal gas tank was never put back in place. The gas tank had vibrated and cut through my fuel line. I had fixed it enough to get it home and realistically to keep it running well for a while but at this point I was pretty annoyed. I took it back to Rosenau and told them what had happened. I was VERY PLEASED that they were willing to fix the problem at no charge to me and I asked them to check a few other issues while it was there. They told me it was going to cost just the diagnostic fee for the extra work...no problem. Fast forward another 2 1/2 weeks and my bike still isn't fixed and I haven't heard anything from Rosenau. Bear in mind I got my bike running in a church parking lot with a pair of vice grips, some silicone emergency tape and an hour of my time. Seriously, someone needs to address customer service and communication here. I got a call that my bike was almost ready at the 2 1/2 week mark and then a follow-up notifying me that I should have my front valve stem replaced because it was dry and may fail...no cost for parts but it'll be $66 for the labor. I told them to take care of it while I wondered why they missed that during the tune-up inspection the first go-around. When I picked up my bike finally (after a total of 1 1/2 months in their shoppe) I asked them if they'd be willing to comp the labor on the valve stem as a show of good faith for their mistake and my aggravation. They did knock off about $40, hesitantly, and I appreciated that very much but I just can't deal with this place any longer. No prices, but apparently that is the norm for dealerships these days. We spent approximately 20 minutes looking at and discussing the bikes and not one time did anyone come over to us to answer questions, even though it appeared that there were at least three sales people on the floor. Hello to All, My name is MASON D., as I can't speak up of others who had that bad experience with this dealership. So I would write my own honest opinion. I have 3 bikes on my own, And two of them were only serviced at this fine dealership. first one there service department did some major work to it, since then, bike was running great, no issues at all and still own it. Second one I have done only an oil change/filter. So after a while I have noticed being Parked , some drops of oil under the oil tank. So went back to service, spoke with service manager, guess what, within minutes, he came out with one quart of oil, tools, and a MECHANIC! WOOOW!. He said will follow you to your house, and they did. Finding out, the oil filter was little lose, so the mechanic tighten it. After they left with an apology for it. So you tell me where would you have such behavior these days. They actually left work for me, and yes they always busy working. So it is a great dealership to do service, as never bought any bikes from them YET! but I go walk around sometimes, all I see such gorgeous bikesin there showroom. I would say an argument wont get you no where! so be nice about any issue, talk to them ,they will stand behind there work for sure. GOD BLESS read more

Hello world (I live 35 min away). (I was with my 9-year-old daughter also). Here is how customer service is not supposed to be. The young lady greeted as I walked up to the counter. I gave her my order confirmation. She was confused but she found my material. As I was standing there, I had some more ideas to buy more accessories for my 2014 Can-am spyder Rt limited Se6. she gave me one of my items it looked to be too short, so I took it to one of their can-ams on the floor, and it was too short. I came back to the young lady. I told her it was too short. Can I buy the roll instead? I was only gone for 4 min exactly. Her statement to me was and I Quote. (I can't help you with anymore I need to get my lunch) I asked her about My Hcm filter and my air filter. This is before the lunch statement. She said we do not have them in stock. After the lady was wrapping my purchase up, she immediately stopped everything and left. I ask her who is going to help me. Her Statement was and I quote. (I don't care they can help you; I need to go get my lunch). Now the other two guys were on the phone with a customer or helping other customer. That meant I had to go stand behind other customers to finished trying to get item for my motorcycle. (How do you think that made me feel?) (This Is not about me so I'm not going to answer that question its about customer service) Now the young guy was extremely nice as was the manager. The young man tried his best to help me find the filter. He was able to find it. He had given me some recommendations before I bought the filter. Now the guy with glasses is rude Has no customer service skills. He walks around like he owns the place. He was not interested in helping me at all. When the lady left, I was standing there he was on the phone he got off the phone and he looked at the next customer to the right instead of saying who's next or acknowledging me because I was standing waiting to be helped again. (I am a large man you cannot miss me) He also looked up a part that has nothing to do with my bike. When the young man was in the back looking for a part for me. Now when he saw the pretty lady he jumps as if someone lit a fire under his butt. Now this is a place I will not recommend for parts if you can buy on line from some else. I've been coming here for a long time. A long time ago, the store seemed bigger and better stocked and run compared to now. Still, they've got a good selection of bikes on the floor at all time, and the salespeople aren't too pushy. Their accessories department has a pretty good selection, too, and they can order pretty much anything you'd want if your bike isn't popular enough to warrant a lot of on-the-floor goodies. And if you order, you can trust that your stuff will actually arrive. Their good helmet selection is a bonus, too, and they have enough leather to make any PETAphile very uncomfortable.
