We had discovered the sub-panel to our home was not properly grounded and learned it needed to be replaced so it'd properly trip. Out of all the electricians we engaged with and got estimates from Alpha Omega proved to be the best. From start to finish they were responsive, communicated clearly what the need was and how to properly address it. We had Zach, Leandro and Alex come to our home to do the work and they were consummate professionals throughout. I had been fiddling with it to try and fix it, but he gave me precise instructions such that I was able to handle it myself. Paul is an honest guy, and that is worth 10+ stars in my book. I was looking to get an EV charger installed and had begun the process of calling multiple electricians to get quotes. What I did not know was that our house did not have the minimum capacity to install said charger; essentially, a panel upgrade would be the safest and most effective option ($$$$!!). Paul patiently explained what I needed, how much the estimated costs were, and what were my likely benefits from all this work... which was not worth it, sadly. He was upfront and HONEST about why this project would not be cost effective for me, even though it meant he was losing out on a job. Paul did a great job of configuring & adding outlets for us! He explained everything really well, and went over options, so that we were able to get everything arranged exactly the way we wanted it. He even told us where to dig a trench ahead of time, so that we could save some money if we wanted to.
