However, he said the seal plate was fine, and did not need to be replaced at this time. I appreciated his honesty, as he could have charged us more for an unnecessary repair. While he was at our house, I also noted that one of the valves leaked when we ran the spa, and he quickly diagnosed and addressed the issue. Finally, after he left, I noticed that one of the connections (which he had removed to repair the pump and motor) was leaking. He ended up coming back multiple times to correct the problem (he ended up replacing a pinched o-ring), and he even checked in a few days later to ensure everything was working smoothly. Super nice guy, he was very knowledgeable (he mentioned having experience as a Pentair technician), and honest, and his pricing felt more than fair. While I hope we don't have any more issues with our pool or pool equipment, I would not hesitate to hire Marcus again in the future.

The people they hired left the demo and slug in my pool for a week causing a ring to be imprinted in my pebble tech. Trying to keep this brief for my own time. From January to March I was supposed to spend 160 a month on pool cleaning, but pool was still dirty. So they charged an additional 120 in February for extra chemicals because I had a difficult pool. But end of March pool had a lot of algae and looked like it wasn't even being brushed. They wanted another $360 in more chemicals. This would bring my YTD to $960, averaging $320 a month instead of the agreed $160 per month, but the big problem was pool was dirty! I'm not paying 320 a month to have a green pool. Maybe if the pool was clean and they came to me asking to adjust the rate that would work. But I can't keep paying extra fees to have a dirty pool. The pool was so bad my new pool service had to charge an extra fee to get the pool started. They couldn't believe I had an active pool service. La pool guys had in fact been there earlier that week. Oh I forgot they did a filter cleaning duirng this time which I requested because pool flow was getting low. After the filter clean, pool flow was still low and pressure was at 20. They told me that's normal. Had to pay another service to come out. They cleaned it and got pressure down to 10 and a good flow. They said it looked like no cleaning was done. So add that to the money wasted this year. Other problems: They skipped cleanings without letting me know (holidays, rainy day, etc.) Only when I noticed the pool was dirty and asked about it, they would confirm they skipped last week. I need to be told when skipping weeks so I can clean the pool myself or make alternative arrangements. Requested service for an equipment issue. Their tech came and went and said they fixed it, but checked it and nothing was done and the same problem existed. Had to call a different pool service for repair and wasted time
