We had great conversations and built a good rapport, especially during the pandemic when I was working remotely and would often see him while he was servicing the pool. Unfortunately, over the last year or so, I began noticing a decline in the quality of service. Once I returned to the office and was no longer regularly observing the pool maintenance, several issues started to become apparent. I believe Gil may have hired additional help as his business grew, and the level of attention to my pool seemed to suffer as a result. Over the last several months, I noticed my pool's condition gradually deteriorating. My spa stopped working, the electrical panel door was frequently left open, the filter pump lid was occasionally loose and leaking water, and my pool cleaner sat in the same location for weeks without moving. I eventually discovered a broken Jandy valve that appeared to have been damaged for quite some time. What concerned me most was that I was never informed about any of these issues. I also found several bottles of algae-treatment chemicals discarded in a bucket in my yard. While this alone doesn't prove anything improper, it did raise concerns about whether chemical treatments were being used to mask underlying maintenance issues rather than addressing them (maybe another leading indicator to the increased annual service due to rising chemical costs). To be fair, I provided a full month's notice before ending service as a courtesy after nearly seven years as a customer. However, during that final month I began noticing algae spores developing in the pool, which further raised concerns about whether the pool was still being serviced consistently during the last couple of weeks. While the occasional price increases were noticeable, in all honesty, that wasn't my primary concern. My expectation is that routine maintenance includes identifying and communicating equipment problems before they become larger issues. In the final months, it felt more like a quick stop to remove a few leaves, throw in some chemicals, and move on, rather than the comprehensive pool service I had received for many years. I appreciate the good years of service and the personal relationship we developed, which is why this review is mixed rather than entirely negative. However, the decline in maintenance quality, lack of communication regarding equipment issues, and concerns about the consistency of service over the last few months ultimately led me to cancel after nearly seven years.

Hieu completely surprised me the first day he cleaned my pool. He is extremely knowledgeable about the balance and chemistry of pool water (sounded like a chem professor) and he was confident that he will get my pool to finally sparkle. And he did exactly that. For the past 8 years I've heard all those Bull Sh*%# responses from my previous pool guys when I ask them why my pool water and pool flooring never looks clean even minutes after they service the pool. Pure laziness is the true answer. Hieu and his team would brush and clean the sides of the pool and spa very throughly. They do thorough skimming, cleaning and vacuuming. I no longer see green/algae at the corners. I no longer see that layer of debris on the surface. The steps look great! Every corner of my pool and spa looks clean! The water sparkles! After he quit he demanded to pay him $140 for service he never performed. For the last six months I'm constantly bombarded with threats to pay or they will put me on collection. I only asked for proof of service for the charges. He's not providing it. The next day I noticed that the back flush valve was dripping water, I called up Daniel and he came the next day to replace it. It was not his workmanship it was a defective valve. But what's more important was that he gives good service, and answers his phone. Do yourself a favor and give him a call.

I just cancelled my service with this company. I had my pool completely redone a year ago with a…read morenew pump, filter and I added a pool vacuum. Just 6 months after the pool was done and we had been using it, the pool started to turn green. I sent messages to the owner and he said he would send someone out and it would look a little better for a week and then start turning green again. I continued to being up my concerns and he said he needed to clean the filter. He said he would be by the next day and nothing. I text messaged him to find out if he was coming and after 5 day he had still not responded. Also,would get emails on Tuesday saying the pool was serviced but I would come home and it looked like it had never been touched. He charged me for a couple of extra services that did not do much to help. My new tile has all kinds of build up even though the service said it was brushed every week. I went back and looked at the emails I was getting and noticed that week after week it shows the exact same PH and Chlorine numbers. How is that possible? I asked him Why and he never answered me.
