Meleny is who I typically interact with and she is incredibly pleasant, very efficient and constantly doing multiple things at once. She greets you when you come in & if there's a line, she's attentive about letting you know she'll be right with you. I have had a few interactions with other staff and they've all be very normal as well. The store keeps things well stocked, and I regularly ship & print here. FedEx as a whole has gotten a bit pricey on their document printing which is a bummer, but they do print high quality posters.
