Very reasonable rates and they were very thorough on the inspection and the report they sent me was excellent as it was easy to understand and included plenty of pictures to see exactly what the issues were. I gave the report to my builder and a few weeks later we moved in. I had House on the Rock come back out for a follow up inspection and they had found some of the issues were not fixed! I sent it again to my builder and they got the issues fixed. So happy we used House on the Rock. Very friendly, fair pricing and worth every penny to have that piece of mind. Highly recommend.

The shutoff valve was not mentioned, the outlets were not tested, the report was very general compared to other companies that are extremely thorough and spend a decent amount of time reviewing all aspect and potential issues.
