We've had 4 different cars brought in for tint and this guy is awesome. We've never had any bubbles or problems even after 5+ years. The pricing and quality are incredible. You'll be SO happy you came here. However, be aware the shop is a dirty hole in the wall place without proper seats to wait and you won't want to use the bathroom. Wait at Starbucks and you'll have a much better experience. Also, the guy smokes inside his shop and all around your car with open windows. It's a minor annoyance that is worth the cost and quality of work in my mind. But, it's something you'll want to know. The owner is nice and experienced. It's a rare instance when you get top quality for cheap. Highly recommend. FYI - I also came here for very cheap tint removal once after getting a ticket. This place is awesome! seriously the place to go for low prices and quality work! I gave them a call one day prior, made an appointment for the first thing the following day. showed up on time, told me its a 2 hour wait, in and out within 2 hours on the dot! I suggest bringing a laptop and going to the starbucks down the street, they have a waiting room but its dark and the couches are a little on the dirty side but i digress, im not rating this place on the decor but the quality of work and in my book its a solid 4 out of 5. Would have given them 5 stars but there was some dust particles between my window and tint. Best tint place that my boyfriend recommended and is in fact so true! Very happy with the results and how professionally done the tint looks on my 2014 VW Tiguan. I selected the 3rd darkest shade from 1 to 4 (1 being the lightest to 4 being limo dark). They offer the best price among other competitors and local tint shops around. I only had to pay $130 for all windows on a compact SUV... now that's what i call a deal!! Most places I got an estimate from range around $180 and up. Also, the tint is LIFETIME WARRANTY!!! I called this place to get an estimate. They told me 140 for all four windows and rear window and I wanted to get it done right away but they didn't have openings til next week. I got a call 30 minutes later because they had a cancellation and after debating with myself whether it was worth it or not, I went on in. It's a one man job, but he tinted my windows in 1.5 hours, not sure if that's good or not but I was more than happy with the results when it came out. No air bubbles, everything was perfect and the tint was just the right shade and not too dark because I didn't want my car to look cheap and tacky. I tinted my boyfriend's car for his birthday and Alpha Tint did a great job on his Hyundai Sonata. I called the morning of on a Saturday and asked when he'd be available for an appointment and he told me that I could come in anytime after 2pm and he'd be able to do the car by the end of the day. Literally dropped off the car at 2pm with no hassle. All he needed from me was to know what color I wanted the tint to be and my phone number so that he could call me once the car was done. That was seriously it - it kind of made me a little anxious to be honest because there was really no paperwork, no further discussion, NOTHING. But I had others done their car here before so I wasn't too skeptical, just thought I'd be making more conversation with the guy lol. We went with tint 4 on the back three & 3 in the front two windows. There was another client there already so I think he had their car to work on first before my boyfriend's car. He does everything all by himself. He is his own team, so I assumed each car would take a couple of hours. Left the car there nevertheless and got a call around 5:30pm saying they'd be done with the car soon and that they close at 6:30 so please start getting ready to come over. Of course, I was out eating so I had to hurry up the meal and ended up being late. I got a call around 6:45 to ask if I was coming and I apologized and this time it was a lady talking to me (probably his wife?) and she was really understanding and said they were waiting. When we arrived there, he told us not to roll down the windows for 2 days and then we just paid and left. Super quick and easy with a pretty flawless tint! I have yet to see a bubble or any mistake on the tint! $140 for the whole car, that's a pretty good deal. DO NOT BE FOOLED by the owner's friendly demeanor. He is a CROOK. There are 4 shades to choose from when you get your windows tinted here (4 being the darkest). When dropping off my car I asked him if 4 in the front windows would be too dark and if i would be more prone to get pulled over. He says yes, so I ask him how about 3? would that be ok? or still too dark? and he says yes 3 would be fine. When I picked up my car a few hours later, the front windows looked extremely dark, but since it was dark out I figured it was just the lighting in the shop. After getting home and looking at it I realize he tinted the front windows with the #4 darkest shade as well. I immediately try calling him all through the weekend and there's no answer. On Monday morning I bring my car back to his shop to show him that he messed up and tinted #4 all around. He looks at my car and tells me yes, the front is very dark. That would be $15 to remove the tint and $60 to re-tint. WHAT?!?! I explain to him that he is the one that made the mistake, giving me #4 tint in the front and I shouldn't be expected to pay for that. He then refers to my invoice and says no, he wrote down #3 in the front and #4 in the back so that's what he installed. It's obvious just by looking at the car that the front is as dark as the back. But he refuses to admit fault and just refers me to the invoice on what he wrote. Look I get it, we all make mistakes and I definitely shouldn't have driven off without confirming with him first. But I don't feel like I should have to pay full price when he gave me the wrong tint. Looking back now, I should have rolled my windows down and let the tint bubble so I can get it retinted under the life time warranty he supposedly gives. But who knows, he probably would have found some way to weasel out of that too. bottom line, this guy is SHADY as hell. don't come here! I'm going to have to remove the tint myself and get it retinted somewhere else. read more

Alpha tint was recommended to us by our friend Arthur and upon looking at their Yelp page/reviews it seemed it was the place to go. We didn't make an appointment and hoped that we would be accepted by just walking in. Luckily, the nice man, Yong, was happy to help us even though we didn't make an appointment. We got there around 10AM but he was already working on another car so he asked if we could come back at 1PM and he'd be able to help us then. He said there would be a 2 hour minimum wait time and we waited at the Starbucks within walking distance. When we came back, the car was done and the tint job was done perfectly! He was so nice and quick. We paid him and he told us that we had a lifetime warranty on the tint. It was such a great experience and it was pretty much a one man operation at Alpha Tint.
