Before leaving this tint shop make sure you inspect their work! I had my vehicle tinted and paid $760 not realizing that the front windshield Tint had some Stretch marks. I was advised to give it a couple days and it not to come into their shop. Went back, was told I would hear back and here we are a month later and nothing! I shopped around for tint shops and have seen this spot and weighed out my options. I wasn't looking for the cheapest but more so the best most professional shop. I called and they quoted me a price. I had old bubbled tint to have removed as well. They wanted to see my car before giving the quote for removal, which they gave a reasonable price. But the were well knowledgable with what they may experience on the removal. All in all, I had them remove the tint and install the recommended tint they suggested with a lifetime warranty. Their pricing is deceptive. I was ripped off today.. I went in to get my 2018 Subaru Impreza tinted. I was originally going with the carbon film but the person at the front desk said it was going to be 280 for my car. I told him that I got a 2015 Prius C tinted here for 160. The guy asked how long ago that was. I told him it was two years ago. He said that they changed their prices since and that its likely that I got a special on the Prius. I asked the guy what the cost for the next level tint was - CXP. He said we would talk to another guy in the back for pricing. He came back and quoted me at 350 however; I was still not sure. So he offered to drop the price by 10 dollars. I decided to go with it since a regular carbon would be 280 and a heat deflective would be 60 dollars more. While I waited a girl came in and got quoted at 160 for the carbon film. I asked why I was being charged so much. The lady said its becase the girl has a coupe. So I asked her to give me the price for the CXP film on my car. I told her that the guy had quoted me at 340. She called the guy and the guy said he quoted me at 380. There is no way I wouldve accepted to pay 380 for a tint. The guy said that was the price he gave me. I was upset and felt taken advantage of but my car was already done. So when I asked the guy helping me what the price wouldve been for carbon, he said 170. I wouldve NEVER gone with CXP if I had received the correct price for the carbon film, and the worst thing is that they didnt honor the original quote for the CXP. They need to give their quotes in writing so no one else is taken advantage of. read more

Might be long but I need to say it. My sons remote on his viper alarm wore out so I was able to get a replacement online. I tried programming the remote and the valet switch broke. So I yelped a nearby car audio shop to get a new valet switch. I probably could've gone online again to order a new switch, but the old remote was difficult to use so I needed a replacement fast. I found Tint & Audio Xperts through yelp and decided to go there because they were 2 miles away from home. When I got there, a guy came out to help me and I explained my problem. Right away he said, "oh those come with the alarm and we would have to order it." That defeats my purpose. I asked how much it would cost if I did order it. He said, $35-$40. He spoke to his boss and they had one that was extra from one that wasn't installed so he said, "oh, we do have one and it's $35." I had to haggle to get it for $30 and they wouldn't even install it for me. That would be $50.00. After some talking to the boss, he installed it to see that it would work and then they still couldn't program the remote. The valet switch cost just as much as my replacement remote. My main issue is car audio stores are like car mechanics. They'll gauge you for a part that didn't cost them anything because it was a spare part and they charge you way more. I've worked in this business and the honest business practice are gone these days. They could've offered $10 just to help out a person in need. I finally got it programmed by myself through my own research. I would never go back to Tint & Audio Xperts because I don't think I can trust them. read more

My wife and I were look for a house lace to put a back up camera I. Our 2012 Hyundai Elantra be cuase we were giving it to our teen age son to drive. While tnt & audio were not the cheapest ( mid range actually) they gave the best value and gave us the best customer service of all the places we went. This made a secure that we would not have any issues with their te workman ships and worth every dollar we spent on them. At the same time my wife pointed out that this is the place we got a tiny on her Kia Optima 6 years ago. Her tint came with a life time warranty and we asked them to replace the tint on the back window because it bubbled up. With out second thought they honored the warranty and it n stalled the tiny at the same time as they added the back up camera. I would definitely recommend this place for all your car needs.
