After receiving a flyer for Beaver Heating & Air Inc., we decided to give them a try. Beaver sent a technician to inspect our system, and after that first inspection, we enrolled in their maintenance program. Twice a year, they serviced our heating and air system, took photos, and provided a detailed checklist. Their inspections also gave us a helpful estimate of how long our old system would last. During our most recent inspection, Leo, our Beaver technician, let us know that our system was nearing the end of its life. He offered to have a team member come out to discuss options for updating our existing system or replacing it with a new one. A few days later, Marlon, the Beaver systems specialist, arrived and took the time to explain the available system options, including the pros and cons of each. He also showed us detailed installation photos and explained the expected timeframe. Once we chose the best system for our needs, Marlon contacted Mike, the installation manager, to schedule the appointment. We opted for a new Trane heating and air system, which was installed just a few days later. The installers, Dustin and Adrian, were efficient, respectful of our home, and completed both the indoor and outdoor installation perfectly. The state and county inspector even commented that it was a perfect installation. I wish we had arrived at this design from the beginning. At the same time, I think it would be unfair not to recognize how Absolute Comfort responded once it became clear that we needed a different approach. They stayed involved, worked with me financially, and ultimately put significant effort into finding and installing a solution that, as of now, is working very well. Special thanks to Daniel for putting the time into the inspections, testing, design, and overall solution, and to JW, Jacob, and Shane for a great installation experience. We're only at the beginning of living with the new system, so I'll continue to see how it performs over time, but as of now the upstairs is finally cooling properly and I'm happy with where we ultimately landed.
