Jason did a thorough inspection and gave us a few options and what could be done. He put us in touch with Scott, who was able to meet us in our home to go over pricing and options a few short days later. We ended up replacing just about everything, including our AC which ended up having wiring issues that thankfully didn't cause a fire outside of my youngest sons room!! I think it was a Friday night and I sent a quote request on Yelp and Roi reached out right away, offered a quote to take a look at it. Scheduled a visit to the following Monday. They sent Thomas out to take a look, he was very up front about the condition of the unit and advised that there was alot of issues, which we totally get. He was very thorough and took a lot of reference photos and explained what he was doing. We agreed to look at getting a new system and set up a meeting with Kyle for later the afternoon. Kyle was also amazing and went over the pricing and options, you never want to pay for a new AC unit but it's a necessity here so and they made sure we had a great deal.
