He found an issue that had somehow been missed by another HVAC company that had been performing routine annual inspections on our system. He was courteous, respectful, informative, and very genuine throughout the entire visit. He explained what he was seeing in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable before doing any work. We never felt pressured or like we were being sold something we did not need. Alex clearly takes pride in his work and in making sure the customer understands what is happening. He was actually another reason that I went with Super Bros, as I never felt like he was trying to upsell anything or push me into doing something I didn't want or need. He was clear about where there were options and where he has seen challenges from a project like mine in the past. His experience and demeanor were what locked it in for me. After agreeing to use Super Bros, the next week I was met by Mike, who walked through with me as he was point on the project. I work from home so I was around for the entire thing, but I can honestly say that there was barely any disruption to my workday.
