Exclusion services are a joke. Rodents eat right through the foam they use. I was overcharged for the exclusion service for actual time versus charged time. I also happen to have a key for the type of rodent bait boxes they use. They have not been putting bait in them. I have checked after each visit. Also on the quarterly services, the technician is more concerned about talking on his phone as he is doing the service than actually covering everything that he should be. This has happened with every quarterly service as I have watched from inside. Don't waste your money. read more

Bart did such a good job today! We had called yesterday evening about a large wasp nest we found on the side of the house that we just wanted knocked down and they were able to fit us in today! He even did more than that and sprayed the whole perimeter and knocked down additional wasps nest we didn't even know we had! I can not say enough good things about this business and Dustin ( its owner ). He was recommended by many people on my community Facebook page and I can see why ! His service is top notch. I called him because the flies were driving me crazy . He not only took care of the flies , but checked every single corner of my home and bug- proofed it ( he took almost 3 hrs because he checked EVERY SINGLE CORNER) . I called Alpine after several referrals and reading the reviews thru various media outlets. Recently canceled out Aptive contract! We had a bad experience with Aptive Environmental; only sprayed indoors once, never explained the service, did not discuss seasonal pest issues, etc.. To top it off they only offered me a discount when I informed them I was closing my account. When I called Alpine it was immediate assistance and personal comprehensive discussions.
