The salon was only about a 10-minute drive from my hotel near Red Rocks, which was incredibly convenient. Kaytie was absolutely wonderful--professional, kind, friendly, and so easy to talk to. She immediately understood my "difficult" fine hair and listened carefully to what I wanted. Not only did she understand my vision, but she executed it perfectly! My blowout looked fantastic and held beautifully throughout the evening. Kaytie is an incredibly talented stylist, and I couldn't have been happier with the results. They were extremely oddly placed and chunky - which was not at all what the picture looked like that I showed her. I asked for a color near my natural for between the high lights - and rather than doing that she did a few foils of BLACK - not light brown. It was extremely awful! The cut again not quality - she didn't trim up my layers or ask what I wanted done. It ended up uneven. Didn't get the conditioning treatment either. The blow-dry was half done, not a typical salon blow out. The best part was that I had to spend more than double to get it fixed ASAP. The one good thing I can say is when I complained to Weeklyplus, they refunded my money. But my hair is still not back to what it should be or even was prior to her botch job.
