It's a nice little inn right next to a river. The price was fairly cheap compared to the other hotel options closer to the city center. And it's still within walking distance! Keep in mind that the inn and much of the furniture is on the older end. However, the room was clean and everything worked properly. Only problems with our room was that the faucet in the sink and bathtub had a small leak so it was slowly dripping the whole time. The staff was friendly and while we weren't allowed to check in early, they did hold on to our luggage while we explored the city. Complimentary breakfast is always a plus. The food isn't anything special but it's enough to get you through the morning. We booked our room towards the end of winter so the pool was closed but we did see a family of marmots scurrying about nearby! Overall, I had a pleasant time and would book with them again.

We are visiting Leavenworth for a few days to absorb some Bavarian atmosphere and we end up in a Chevy Chase movie... After an 11 hour drive that was only supposed to be 8 hours, we arrive at 7pm due to highway delays. The Old Town that we came specifically for had multiple road barriers thrown up, effectively eliminating driving or any hope of finding a parking space close enough to walk around. Had we known this beforehand we obviously would have looked for lodging in town instead of on the riverbank. The room is small and cozy. As we walk in the wife asks if I brought my screwdriver so I can fix the front door. The latch was coming out. The bathroom is fairly small, then you feel obliged to clean the toothpaste spittle off of the mirror frame from the previous guest. The beds are comfy enough but a bit concave. It is a very peaceful forested locale as well. There is a dresser, ironing board and a covey to hang clothes in. Good for those of us who like to unpack! The room boasts a small patio deck, a mini fridge, microwave, TV and a Keurig coffee maker. So I guess all in all, we're okay.

do not stay here! this place is filthy, uninhabitable and infested with bugs, moths and found a dead cockroach in room as well as a strong odor like they sprayed apesticed trying to kill these bugs. hotel refused to cancel our reservation and still charge us $1200 even though we didn't stay there. on top of this extremely disappointing experience, they refused to give us they manger contact info, stating she was on vacation and they could lose their job if they gave out her name. we have filled with bbb, reported to expedia and disputing these fraudulent charges. in addition, we have now had additional unauthorized charges on our credit card from this business. be ware!!! do not stay here!!

Had an interesting stay in Leavenworth. I usually stay in town but decided to stay a bit farther away considering it was the autumn leaf festival and didn't want to be near too much commotion. Check-in was short and to-the-point. It seemed like the man at the front desk wasn't up for much small talk or excited to tell us about the area. The woman who checked us out, however, was animated and very sweet. Pros - The view of the water was beautiful and we even saw a deer in the morning! - Room was clean and didn't find anything weird or questionable. Some of the towels had makeup-looking stains on them that weren't fully bleached out but it was still clean. There was a couple spiders but that's normal in a wooden area. - Breakfast had a handful of grab-and-go options for you to take back to your room but I would've preferred being downstairs. Though it was closed due to covid despite no one masking in the building. Cons - The stopper in the bathroom sink was jammed and water didn't go down. We asked every day out of the 3 days, 2 nights we were there if they could fix it. They said they would send someone and no one ever came. It felt weird to be acknowledged then forgotten. I eventually took the stopper out (by using my shampoo edge to lift it out since it was jammed in there very tightly) and put it to the side since I wasn't sure what else to do. - Air conditioner/heater was finicky. When we got inside, the air conditioning made the room super cold so we set it to a few degrees higher. A few minutes later, it smelled weird and then the fire alarm went off which was strange. Assumed it's an old AC/Heater. - The only blankets are one huge, thick comforter per bed. No sheets on the bed. I would've liked having sheets since this comforter was way too hot. Before I checked out, I later found sheets in the closet underneath another blanket but it was too late.

This hot tub is falling apart and looked terrible!

First, to be positive, the room was nice, clean and updated. The view from our balcony was beautiful and we even saw a bear lumbering along the River one morning. The downside, this is a poorly maintained place (exterior) and most, not all, of their personnel have no or little personality. When we checked in the guy that checked us in was acting as if we a bother to him, to the point of almost being rude. My wife asked for extra coffee and that seemed to cause home great harm. To top off our stay, we were waiting for relatives to arrive prior to checking out. At 11:03 am we received a call from the front desk asking if we would be out soon. 11:03, really? The cleaning staff didn't have other rooms to do besides ours? I would definitely stay elsewhere! It's sad, because of their views and rooms, but I wouldn't support the lack of maintenance and bad attitudes.

We made a last minute decision to stay in Leavenworth and there was one room left here. I was pleasantly surprised at how large are room with a king bed was! The bed was also more comfortable than most hotel rooms. In the morning my husband showered first and came out and said "that's the best damn water pressure I've ever had at a hotel", I agree. The view from our balcony was beautiful and serene and I am looking forward to staying here again.

    Room 112. Balcony view.

I had a wonderful time here. Great view of the river. Room was clean, and worked perfectly for an overnight stay. Easy walking distance from downtown. We were able to grab drinks and food. We came back and ate on the patio. Because of Covid the hot tub and pool are closed. No public restrooms either. So when you are traveling and stop here, you'll have to use a restroom somewhere else, or wait to get into your room.

I will drive to a fresh fruit stand also. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast also. The very fluffy biscuits seemed home made and the sweets(cinnamon rolls and a walnut something muffin) also appeared to be done locally. I enjoyed my cinnamon roll. Coffee was excellent, not watery. The meat protein varied and was also surprisingly very decent, not to salty. The breakfast is better than at most Hilton properties, IMHO. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is wonderful as you can walk to the Leavenworth village in just a few minutes. The room was comfortable, the bed plush and plenty of pillows to choose from. Although there was an adjoining door, thankfully noise was not an issue during our stay. We had the complimentary breakfast on our first morning here, which is a nice perk of staying here. I liked the omelet with onions and peppers. The food was OK overall. We got a margarita pizza from the pub restaurant which was good. It's nice to have a food option available right in the hotel. Went into the pool once - it's located outside. It was refreshing to cool off. The size of the pool is on the smaller side, and so once people come in and get noisy, naturally it isn't so relaxing. Would've stayed in longer, but oh well. The first night, my family member told me that our room was out of conditioner and she used the little bit remaining, and that we were also low on shampoo. I went to the front desk and requested more shampoo and conditioner. The desk attendant said you just had to push the container hard (there are dispensers opposed to individual travel-size bottles). I went back to the room and only got a few drops of conditioner to use. The following day, we asked a housekeeping team member to check our dispensers. She ALSO said you just had to push the dispenser hard. But when they came to our room later that day, we saw that the dispensers had been filled up because finally there was product in each and plenty to use. Not sure why it couldn't have been fixed in the first place, and it was assumed we weren't using them correctly. Once we checked out from the hotel, my family member remarked it was strange that the person at the front desk just promptly took our two room key cards and didn't say anything, like briefly asking how our stay was, or simply just a quick 'thank you' for staying here. Maybe it was just particularly busy.... but something like that can go a long way.

The entrance is locked, so I used the call button, and a staff member told me I could come in with a few questions. I walked the few steps straight to the front desk. It quickly became clear entry was for me alone perhaps I missed this part over the intercom, and my group was commanded to "get out" outside like we just trespassed and they obliged fast, legit they were scared. Now how a hotel wants to run its business is the hotel's call to make, and I don't dispute it. What I take issue with is the delivery and lack of respect. When I calmly mentioned this wasn't a great first impression with a light chuckle to make light of situation and tried to explain how it came off , the front desk employee, who identified himself as Michael, cut me off with "stop, stop" instead of a brief, courteous explanation. His reasoning was that this is a "guest exclusive" hotel, which is an odd thing to lead with toward someone who walked in specifically to ask about becoming a guest. I have no issue with a guests-only, adults-only policy. My issue is entirely with how a prospective, paying customer was treated at the door. For a property with this reputation and price point, I expected warmth and patience. What I got was curt and dismissive from the first moment. I'm 34 years old and I've never had a hotel interaction like this. This is only the second review about a hotel I've written in my life and the first negative one. I don't make a habit of complaining. I walked in genuinely hoping to book, wanting to become one of the five-star reviews I'd read. Instead I left having been talked over at the front desk. If you're weighing whether the glowing ratings tell the whole story, take that for what it's worth. To the Johnson family and Steinbock Resorts: five generations in Leavenworth, a hotel you designed and built with your own hands, a reputation people drive across the state for. That legacy deserves better representation at the door. One employee, in one minute, can undo years of what your family spent decades building. I hope this reaches you, and I hope you take it seriously.

This place is over the top incredible! Paragraph the rooms are very nicely appointed, with lots of space to spread out, many have balconies, and almost all have very nice showers and soaking tubs. The TVs are fine, but you really shouldn't be here for the TVs! The main attraction here, hopefully other than your spouse, is the refresh and relaxation area, which includes tons of different heated, cooled, nice smelling, and otherwise luxurious rooms where your job is to relax. They have an incredible, indoor outdoor pool, hot tubs, huge lounge chairs, and really just about anything that you could imagine to help you relax. Whether you want to sit in a hot Norwegian sauna or a cool room that smells like mint, or a steam room that smells of lavender, the world is your proverbial oyster! The big hack here is that you are able to check in in the early afternoon, enjoy the spa for most of the afternoon, have yourself a lovely evening, and then enjoy the spa until the early afternoon the next day. Well, it's only 24 hours, it feels like you're there for two days. The breakfast and dinner options are quite delightful as they have really up to the food game here over the past few years. There are some fun restaurants around town, but despite our persistent desire to find new places, we ended up just eating here the last time we were in town. Overall, there's no reason they shouldn't be a place that you absolutely love! You definitely pay for what you get and what you get is phenomenal!

Always smiled as we passed through. The amenities available during your stay, was great! There are many more things available/ additional areas to this place that I didn't access during my stay. The dinning area is very clean and large with many windows to view the back of the property as well as, the snow capped mountains. The rooms are quite big and bathrooms are huge. Both very clean! The beds and pillows were soooo comfortable. In the room, there are ACs and a door that leads to a small balcony with a patio table and chairs for the outer rooms. This area isn't a personal-ish space because there are no walls separating the other rooms and during our stay, we did not experience other patrons utilizing this access to enter nor exit therefore It wasn't an issue for us at all. The upper floors have access to the stairs going up or down to the parking stalls. I, personally, did not feel it was a security issue at all. No noise issue at all as well, very quiet and peaceful. I was able to checkout the family/game room and it is large with everything they say is available. There was nothing impersonal about this space even though It's a shared space. The 2 lounge areas make you feel like you are at home. We actually sat in the lounge area on the second floor to relax and figure out where we were going for dinner. I've seen families having lunch and others just doing their thing. The lounge areas were kept clean. Couches were comfortable too. We were in walking distance to the promenade and never felt unsafe. In summary, I really needed much RRR and the Enzian Inn did it for me!! Everything was perfect!! All that I experienced here, was intentional and I felt important. Thank you, Enzian Inn, for a wonderful experience and accommodations! Note: Our time spent here, was at the end of February 2026.

We even met another dog owner in town, whose kids were so sad, because they felt they couldn't take their dog on the trip with them. I recommended they consider the Blue Elk Inn for their next visit to Levenworth. They seemed ecstatic to learn of such a dog friendly hotel and one without dog weight limits, as their dog was large like our German Shepherd. I also showed them a pic of the dog friendly package left on our bed, which included a dog blanket (for your pet to lay on your bed), a paw cleaning towel and dog treats. The front desk also had a dog treat & poop bags display. I've never seen such a dog friendly hotel and where each and every available room was also dog friendly! We stayed in the Superior King with Patio, which includes a private entry and gas fire pit. This particular accommodation is extremely convenient for potty breaks, rather than those rooms inside the Inn or on the 2nd floor, especially for those late night potty breaks. It had a small microwave and a good sized small fridge. There was also a nice oscillating fan which ended up being very important. The room has AC but the air conditioning unit can't really keep up. You can't set the thermostat lower than 70 and the thermometer in the room showed 74-76 most of the time on a day in the mid 80s. Combined with the fan, it was enough to sleep comfortably. I'm unsure what would happen if the temperature rises to the 90s or 100s though. You have to climb stairs to the second floor. The stairs are inside. I'll post a picture of them. There's no elevator and no first floor guest rooms so it's something to know about if this matters to you. The parking lot is right across the pedestrian only street. I might stay there again. My only issue is that I like the room colder than it was, but I think the good fan was a smart touch and I'm glad I didn't have to go ask for one. Other people might be happy with that temperature so I added it to my review. Oh ya, dog friendly!

I stayed at LOGE Leavenworth Downtown for a quick trip and booked our room using Bilt points. I…read morealways love credit card points and this was no different, it was such a great deal! The stay came with free parking which was a bonus in Leavenworth because it's such a walkable area. The location of this LOGE couldn't be more convenient. We were able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and many of the sights in town within minutes. Check in actually happened at the Iconoclast Cafe, where the staff apparently double as baristas and hotel reception. Nonetheless everyone was friendly and helpful despite having to take the time to complete some of the check in information since I didn't book direct and didn't receive the links in advance. Even so, I liked the hotel and room layout as my friend and I had two separate beds and there was even a hammock hanging above them, which was such a fun, unexpected feature. The space had an outdoorsy modern feel with thoughtful elements that made it feel unique and cozy (headlamp, cooler, rumpl blanket, etc.). Even though we didn't end up using the LOGE app or the complimentary bikes, we appreciated that those amenities were available and it's definitely something I would take advantage of on a longer stay and/or at another LOGE hotel. We also didn't check out the beergarden! I'd say one of the only downsides was that the building itself felt a little old though I guess the charm of the space and overall experience made up for it. All in all, a great stay for a short getaway and an event better introduction to the LOGE hotels. I'd happily stay again and look forward to checking out other locations!

No main desk to check in so it was an adventure finding the after hours door. Very expensive for a mediocre hotel stay.
