Al and his crew are amazing! They fixed a motorcycle that I had been working on myself for months and couldn't get it running. Extremely knowledgeable staff. This isn't the first time I was here. I've been here multiple times and they always get the bike running up to Speed it's incredible! Thank you so much gentlemen

Fixed my bike, but broke parts in the back (light reflectors) They keep saying they'll ship it to me to replace but been six months and I'm still waiting

Al's is the best! Usually I'd come by just to get a quick window adjustment, but when my Honda 250 elite suddenly went out I was at lost. These guys gave me the absolute best service for fixing up my vintage Honda and I'm coming back to get my seat releathered soon!!! Feel safe at AL's

Guess this guy just REALLY wanted to overhaul a carburetor instead of fixing one out of three things...

900$ for a motorcycle in exactly the condition I left it in three weeks before. But at least they did a bunch of work I neither needed, asked for, nor authorized. Get on YouTube and fix it yourself or, if you're busy like I am, go literally anywhere else. Ship your motorcycle to Texas or something. Maybe I got the tech they should fire? The world will never know. F$}¢ Al's Cycle Shop. You deserve better. I'm amazed that this place is operating. There's electrical tape around the blinker, at least... FFS. Pena Racing... Go there. Dropping mine off there tomorrow.

OMG! Al's is THE BEST mechanics shop I've been too!!! Not only did he fix my baby he added extra service components as part of the service!!! I usually work on my scooter myself but I was stumped and Al with his gifted and dedicated crew really did me more than just a solid. Sure it took a little longer than a day or two but man oh man was it worth the wait!!! I knew it would take a bit when I saw how many other jobs he had. I let him know up front that I understood and assured him I'd rather they take the time they need. My scooter was literally falling apart piece by piece and even though the manmanufacturer (a month and a half later and still waiting) assured me they are sending my parts (muffler, bracket to hold the muffler, and an air filter) Al's shop made sure I was safe to get back on the road!!! Thank you Al and to your team let's not forget the shop cats Calico and Felix a very special thank you for all your hard work and care into getting me back safely on the road. I totally felt I got more than what I paid for!!! The price was more than fair. Al's Cycle Shop is the BEST!!!

Dropped in to get some new tires mounted and balanced, brought the wheels and tires with me. In and out in 1/2 hours for a great price.

From the moment I walked in until the second I got my bike work done, they communicated with me, kept me posted, and helped me choose the right modifications for my needs. This isn't your typical corner sport bike shop that charges you little for subpar work. If you want premium work done on your ride, you need to pay premium for it, and that's exactly what Motorsport Exotica is about. Tanner was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and working with my schedule. I felt so welcomed and the shop is absolutely amazing. The beautiful rides and awesome vibe make it a great place to be. I also got to meet all the employees who do the actual work, and I was stunned by their originality and talent. I agree but the pick up tow guy from their service shop asked if I lived somewhere else when he came to my house the given address to pick up the motorcycle. I had to open my garage to get the bike out into his tiny truck no tow trailer. My garage full of other European race titled championship race bikes. But he ask if I lived somewhere else, with a smile pointing at my bikes my house I say no THIS IS MY HOUSE. He gave a fake handshake you know when they barely touch your hand no firm grip had me help him load my bike into the back of this tiny truck has me put a signature initials date on a pick up receipt, I try to give him heads up on the problems because the person on the phone as many times we spoke always asked again what was the issues, I even texted her but they still needed me to tell them. Last time we spoke seconds later comes an estimate then jumps on the phone the owner trying to school me on how to warm the bike before riding I play the fool ask some silly questions about tire warmers all stuff I already know and nothing that was troubling my bike, once he is done with the convo no thanks we'll keep you posted no thanks bye; he just sounded annoyed and hung up. I then text them back showing yes I watch professional racing but none of the things you spoke of takes place on the track, you might see the tire warmers on a secondary bike in the case the primary is downed but no long boring scenes of the racers techs warming the engines, some even say no longer carburetor so no need to warm up. They do not text phone call or even email with updates in what's taking so long or estimated time when it will be done, in fact it is easier FASTER to show up to any dealership ask who to have the bank make out the cashiers check to return with the check and drive home. 2026 Aprilia RSV4 Factory already in American dealerships. So would I recommend illiterate phone personnel, think they are the most schooled in racing machines tech/owner no I do not, unless you have issues with the dealership you bought from Go back always, may even be cheaper warranties equal free repair which means all the extras is all you pay for. So after it's done if ever I will take it back to the dealership for a thorough inspection with their paperwork so they know exactly what to look at. Danke und Ciao
