Getting to two weeks before the wedding we started calling because we wanted to make sure it would come in on time and wanted to know if it would fit and have time to fix it. Nope. After calling around 5-6 times before the wedding we were either told that it would be on the truck arriving that day, or it wouldn't even be transferred from their warehouse until the day before the wedding. We were at a rehearsal the day before when we got the text that the suits were ready to pick up. This was after annoying them. We get there she wants the rest of the payment before i can even try it on. Which... i guess makes since? But after waiting for so long i'd like to know it fits. And it didn't. too tight yet i dealt with it because guess what? it was the day before the wedding and after the service time i knew i wasn't getting it fixed. Their reasoning for the time being so late? Prom season. So i asked if this is their usual turn around time and they said YES. But after asking why it took so long when we ordered it in advanced, they said we could've PAYED more to have it arrive a couple days earlier. So if you want to be anxious about suits all the way up until the wedding, i suggest this place! Not to mention they wanted it back the very next day but said if we couldn't do that just call and it would be a fee

Do not rent from this place…read more 1. On 1/17/26 I reserved a tuxedo. I was told to pick it up on Wednesday 1/21/26 and that I would get a call before 2pm 2. On Wednesday I called at 3:42, I was told they were about to call me. I had an event at 5 pm at a location at across town. I was given a tuxedo to try on with a shirt that was 3XL. I have never worn anything larger than a L. I was told they could hem the shirt and be ready by 6pm. When I informed them I had to be across town at 5pm the older clerk angrily said "do you want it or not?" I politely said I would pick it up Friday afternoon. The jacket would have to also be hemmed up to match the shirt sleeves. 3. Friday afternoon I had another event that run late so at 5:46 I called them to inform them I would be 8 mins late to pick up the tuxedo. 4. The shirt was still fitting to big but i thought if i keep the jacket during the whole event on Saturday it would be ok. 5. The jacket sleeved were hemmed up about two inches from the mark the young staff member had done. The older gentleman even said it was hemmed up way above the mark. That gentleman was able to fix the jacket sleeves on the spot. 6. On 1/24/26 at 10:01 the event organizer informed all attendees the event would be cancelled due to the deteriorating weather conditions. At 11:18 I called Image Avenue Clothiers to inform them I would be returning the rental. I asked about their cancellation policy the young staff lady informed she would call me in 30 mins because they never had that happen in the past. I did not receive any calls. 7. I showed up around 1:20 with the tuxedo and rental agreement that has a cancellation fee of 50% on it. I was told by the older staff lady that I would not get any refund. Spend you money somewhere were you will be treated better.

I was also happy to find out they had a special. It was actually cheaper to buy the full suit than just the jacket alone. Since they offer tailoring services, I asked the associate to have the suit tailored to a slim fit. He told me the jacket was fine as is, and that only the pants needed hemming. I trusted his judgment since I'm not too familiar with how suits are supposed to fit. A week later, I picked up the suit, and I wasn't thrilled with how it looked. After trying it on again, I noticed the jacket felt too big. A different associate helped me this time and agreed it needed further tailoring. One of the major benefits of using this location is that they do all the work onsite. Most of the other places send it off to be taken care of. On both occasions, my wife found the help to be friendly, efficient, and very willing to answer her questions. They did a great job on the dress, and my wife was pleased. From the beginning, these folks told us exactly what the process included. They also told us how long it would take (about 12 weeks). Everything went as discussed. Will I return? Well, I don't have another daughter, but I think I will come back to the dry cleaner part of the business.
