So I was loosing rear differential fluids down the road. I was blessed to have landed in this town with these super kind people; Mindy answered my call after a mechanic shop in the same area told me I was toast. This shop had me almost done in a day just Dodge parts are difficult to match up sometimes! They worked diligently and persistent to get me fixed up and on the road back to traveling! As a walk-in customer I was very happy with the mechanics and all the staff; smart, quick and time efficient! Happy to hear a little background from Michelle and her Dad that started it all! Sometimes, a DIY kinda guy gets in a little bit of trouble…read more I had taken my water pump off of my car, which had the fan attached to it still and I could not for the life of me separate the two (rookie mistake, read on). I called a couple of different mechanics who "may or may not be able to get to it". I knew it would take under 10 minutes to do for someone who knew what they were doing. I had never been to this shop, but I've passed it a thousand times so I figured I'd call. I did, and they said "come in in 20 minutes and we will get right to it". I took it in there, and did my walk of shame carrying my water pump and fan assembly. The woman at the front desk was really nice and even volunteered for me to ask the guy what I did wrong. I asked how much she thought they'd charge because I figured I'd be in for an hour's worth of labor, and she kind of agreed. About ten minutes later, I was talking to the guy who finished, he told me what I did wrong and how I was kinda dumb for taking the thing off, and how to do it right the next time. I took it to the woman in the front, and she charged me SUBSTANTIALLY less than an hour's worth of labor. It got me out of a jam (I had a catastrophic day on my hands), and didn't cost me a whole bunch. I was really impressed with their service, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
