The air conditioner fan didn't work so had to get that fixed right away. Radio volume goes haywire gets really loud on its own. Hood light only works half the time. The cable ready connections are dead have to run cord through the windows! The front where bedroom and mattress are leaks like crazy!! And by the looks of the wood has been for some time! Causing the front to fall apart, the trailer fell on the frame cause woods rotten behind the skin of the front of the trailer! His business partner JC was called to help us and said he was backlogged so get us when he could. Wanted 500 bucks to flash coat the top of the rv. Which was an insult paid 10,000 dollars from my sister in law Buyer beware you won't get any discounts or any kind of money back from this scammer! Called him trying to resolve the issue and hung up on me like a b...ch! Being on disability I can't fix anything! And he knew this. Still ripped us off anyway!!! We had a long search for our perfect fifth wheel. We were looking to buy new, but anything that was…read morea short length felt cheap and poorly built. We decided to look for a Grand Design Solitude which was a little longer than we wanted, but built much better than the shorter units we had been shopping. Any new Solitudes were very pricey and although we were willing to pay more for quality, we opened our minds to a used fifth wheel. We found our 2017 Grand Design Solitude 321RL on a Craigslist ad which was linked to the Tom's Travel Homes website. After calling ahead to ensure the unit was still available, we drove down to Salem on a Saturday and met up with Drew for a tour. He was kind and honest. The unit was clean and in great condition. We asked for the bottom dollar, was given a price without haggling, he drew (pun intended) up the paperwork, took our deposit, and we made an appointment to pick up the unit on Tuesday. When we arrive on Tuesday for the walkthrough, Pat took us through the RV to show us how everything works and helped us with our first hitch up (our first fifth wheel). The process was easy and stress-free which we appreciate greatly. Both Drew and Pat seemed to have worked there for years which speaks highly of the company. This unit was on consignment at Tom's and should we need to sell this unit to upgrade in the future, we will contact Tom's to sell it for us. They did a great job.

I would not recommend Roberson RV based on my experience…read more There were clear issues with both the walkthrough and the condition of the trailer at delivery. During the orientation, the technician could not confirm whether the water heater was on or off, he didn't know which position meant what on the switch. I later discovered he had left it on while empty or filled with antifreeze, and it had been cycling for several days before I caught it. That is a basic oversight that could easily lead to damage, which I won't know until my area is above freezing. More serious was the complete failure of the 12V charging system from day one. After bringing the trailer home and leaving it plugged into shore power, I returned to a fully discharged battery. The converter was not charging the battery at all. The battery had dropped to 11.9V and remained there for an extended period, which is widely understood to cause permanent damage in AGM batteries. I thoroughly documented the issue with video evidence, including voltage testing and isolating the fault to the converter. Despite this, I was not offered a reasonable or practical solution. The only options presented were multiple long-distance trips back to the dealership, totaling thousands of miles and significant time, or waiting 6+ weeks for a more local service center to diagnose something that had already been clearly identified. At that point, I had no choice but to purchase and install a new battery and converter myself, out of pocket, just to make the trailer usable. After replacing those components, everything worked immediately. This situation could have been avoided with a basic pre-delivery inspection and a willingness to work with clear diagnostic evidence. Instead, I was left to resolve a brand-new equipment failure on my own. It's also been 3 weeks since I purchased the camper and my DMV has not received paperwork from Roberson to allow me to register and use the RV. I highly advise avoiding them at all costs, I should have read the other reviews sooner.

My husband put a toilet seal in, though not the right part or fit, because the toilet was leaking. We finally figured out what was happening two weeks after our purchase. Needless to say, it was disgusting! The blinds make it difficult for anyone to sleep on the sleeper sofa. My husband has been in contact with Forest River for a month now. Still no word on when or if we will be receiving these items that should have come with the trailer...

Class Act Alliance is a California based company that routinely travels to Oregon. 2 years ago we had a solar power issue and the team located the issue within 10 minutes and declined compensation. The value to our business was priceless! We dropped a little cash as a tip and scooted out very Grateful. This last week we're back in OR and had similar issues,,,only one place to go,,, Woodard RV!! They were slammed and booked weeks out. However!!! In between jobs Bob and Tyler were trouble shooting the issue...found the problem and AGAIN declined compensation. This time we insisted on compensating them for their valuable knowledge, experience, and tireless efforts. We're now looking forward to getting some additions to our system. Our camper had some water damage and dry rot in the cabover section. Woodard gave me a fair price…read moreto repair it with the caveat that you never know how bad the rot is until you peel the skin off. It was real bad, worse than we imagined. Woodard worked with us all the way, as the skin was peeled off we saw all the damage and approved the extra repairs during the process. In the end it was a 30% cost over the initial estimate but they did 200% more work. They basically rebult the entire camper, replaced the roof, the siding, and all the insulation. We now have a brand new camper for a third of the price of a new one. When the job was complete and we got the camper back home there were a few nit picky items I had, when I called Tyler came over to my house and fixed everything I wanted. One of the items had nothing to do with his repairs but he fixed it anyway at no extra charge. We could not be happier with the end result. I am not an internet person and have never posted a review before but the quality of their work and their integrity during the repair process made me feel that I should let people know what a good shop this is.
