However we did have a problem with our fridge but the manufacturer was great about replacing and Waterdog was awesome making a timely appt to get it here and get it replaced. I spoke with manager letting him know exactly what I was looking for and he said yes he had that, I asked him how much we i agreed so I drove 35 miles and to find out he lied, told me one at and I got there it was a whole lot more. It's a 5 for the sales rep I dealt with and a 1 for the sales manager and owner. There was an RV on consignment (not initially mentioned) which should have made it easy to get information on the rig but did not. One question that came up was in regard to CarFax listing as a commercial registration for the last almost two years of ownership. I requested that they contact the owner to get an explanation but the response was that they had a current registration in the owners name. Owner claims regular yearly service at a local shop but CarFax has one record of an oil change thousands of miles away. This RV has almost 85000 miles on it so it's important to know how it's been cared for. Owner also said tires were purchased two years go but CarFax shows the purchase in 2014, four years and many miles ago. I did share the CarFax with the dealership. We did negotiate a trade price and we were 1000 dollars apart which I offered to split but I never got a clear answer or formal offer in writing at either price. As I recall their first offer was in a text message. Weather was an issue in getting my rig there but the manager was not willing to write up any offer specifying an amount of deposit, time limit or subject to final inspection due to the uncertainty as to when I could get there. The impression I got coming out of that discussion was that there was no case for taking a deposit and that it would be for sale until they could see my RV, because I specifically confirmed it would be for sale until I got there. When I mentioned a few days later when the weather was clearing up, I could get there in a few days but asked again about price and terms. Since any moneys would take a few days to get and would have to include tax and license and would require a deposit, I asked again about a deposit, the response was that I must not be interested any more. I said the opposite was true. I don't think asking questions should be cause to think someone was not interested I reiterated that my questions were because I was interested and wanted to proceed. It's now been over 24 hours with no response so I'm walking away. I believe they must have interests from others that might net them a better deal so they are putting me off. That's their prerogative but a response of some sort would be the professional thing to do not a blank stare. I feel bad for the sales person I dealt with since I think they bargained in good faith and just have a bad manager or owner. Responding to Tads comment, no you did not offer to take a card and hold a deposit. The discussion with the sales manager was just as I described. After we discussed the uncertainty of when I could get there there was no offer to take a deposit under any circumstances, I was told it would be for sale until I got there. In a follow up email, I said I would get there the next week if they would take a deposit, subject to them seeing my unit, and that I was willing to go home empty handed if we could not agree on the price based on inspection of both units, there was no response. Subsequent to that I mentioned discrepancies with what I found with CarFax and the owners comments, I cautioned them to make sure they had the correct title, since having the registration with the owners name did not tell me how it was titled, and that I thought the owners should be made aware so they could clear it up and again no response, I said I would pass. Sorry, Tad but your manager is a jerk and dishonest to boot. How crappy of you to misrepresent the transaction rather than offer how to make it right or contact me directly rather than hide behind an dishonest reply. What is really sad was I was going to go back today to see if we could put the deal back together until I read this which did not appear until quite a while later, and I still would if their response was somehow a case of mistaken identity. read more

There is no zero rating so I can't rate what they deserve. We took our motorhome in for several repairs. When we went to pick it up they had scraped up the back corner including making a dent, broken several things : drivers seat and stereo/camera monitor, dash controls which has multiple swit, then denied all responsibility to the point of changing their story, they lied about it. Steer clear if you want to deal with an honest business, they have proven clearly they are nitt. We will be spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars repairing what they broke. Save yourself and your RV!! read more

I contacted Tad via an ad I saw on rv trader. They had the Nash 24M marked down below what my dealers in here in No CA were offering. So much so, that we drove 640 miles up to Dayton Oregon to get it. The sales process was pretty straight forward. I made an offer, they accepted, and I gave them a credit card deposit. We setup an appt the following week and the trailer was ready to go. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Sherri and she sent us out to do the walk through. The trailer had just been washed and everything was hooked up to demo the all of the appliances, etc.. In addition to buying the trailer I had John in the service department price out a generator and solar panel setup. The price was better than Camping World and he said he could have it all done by the time we picked up the trailer. Both were expertly installed by Matt and Dean. While we were at the dealership I met with Tom (owner) to do the paperwork and bought the extended warranty that he offered me at RV show price. I don't normally buy extended warranties but it was a great deal and we will be boondocking this trailer quite a bit with an extended trip to Mexico. So we will see how good the warranty is... All in all, one of the smoothest transactions I have done in a long time. Well done WaterDog RV. read more

The propane prices used to be AWESOME, but they recently just increased them from $1.79 to $1.89, and NOW as of the time I drove by on 12-28-2016 the price is an average of $1.99. :( I mostly only go there for propane, and the customer service and friendliness of staff leaves a lot to be desired. They will generally not greet you or offer any common friendly behavior that you'd expect from an industry that no one really needs. No one needs an RV or trailer, and there are plenty of other places that you can go to get parts etc. So treat your customers well, or lose business. read more

We bought a 2 year old 28' trailer with a slide-out from them at the beginning of summer. I had wanted to buy from a dealer to make sure everything was working well, and granted I did know I was buying "AS-IS", but I didn't expect to get the trailer home and not have the slide-out work (it was catching as we tried to bring it back in and something popped). The service department told us maybe we didn't have it level enough, so although we thought we did we waited a week to try it again until we got it at the location we were going to have it for the summer. We made sure everything was really level, put it out and sure enough, when we brought it back in it caught again. We took it in and they wanted $1,100.00 to fix it. The cabinets were all broken (when we picked it up I think they were much more broken than when we took them in--that was the pop we heard from the first time we brought the slide in). My husband said he could fix the cabinets and for them to just adjust the slide-out (which was over $100). My husband remade all the front cabinets, making them 1/2" shorter (as WD RV suggested--more gap between them and the floor) so they wouldn't catch. Still catches even afterwards. We won't take it back to Waterdog. If you are buying a used trailer I would recommend buying from a place that gives you a 30 day warranty or will stand behind their product. We spent around $17,000 there plus more for supplies. If they would have stood behind it and fixed it, we would have been customers for life. They also told us the propane tanks would be filled up when we bought it and they only filled one. Not a happy customer. Now we go to Camping World. They're cheaper and much more experienced and professional. read more
