Referrals department sends me to doctors that don't even treat my condition. Continue to fax referrals to the wrong number despite being given the correct number multiple times. The staff also wears gloves when handling bodily fluids or when touching patients. There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between patients. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment today, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big since they share the lot with several other medical offices. Each parking space is pretty wide. You should have no issues with finding parking. Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. Staff: The amazing Dr. Tim Chen was super informative, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, compassionate, patient, attentive, reassuring, thorough, and respectful. He did a great job with my procedures. My dad was a bit upset because when he went to pick me up, apparently there was no one in the front office because of some sort of maintenance that was going on in the office. He waited like 5 - 10 minutes before he was instructed by the maintenance person to go to the back door. At the back door, he also waited another 10 minutes before the maintenance guy went into the building and he snuck in behind the maintenance guy to ask a nurse about me. He said he just felt frustrated that he had to resort to sneaking in behind a maintenance guy in order to get into the building to pick me up. He thinks there should have been a sign in the front office directing people to go to the back door to pick up their loved ones. Anyways, sorry if my father offended anyone. Overall, a 10/10 experience. If I had to do this again, I would come back to this place. Highly recommend coming here. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

We are all nervous and anxious about the procedure. First of all, they are ON TIME. We did not wait long for our appointment at all. And you know you are in professional hand because basically they are just specialized in doing this exact thing. The nurses are all extremely caring and warm. I was care for by 3 different nurses today, each is very patient and checking on me all the time. Staff and doctor are all very knowledgeable and explain to me in detail about what would happened. Unlike my first colonoscopy (which I woke up in the middle of it because of insufficient or ineffective sedation), this time I woke up feeling well and recover well. They contracted with Kaiser. I would 100% pick to go here for a Kaiser patient. (I saw someone say don't pick here for Kaiser..... if you ever did a colonoscopy with Kaiser, you would not say so) Highly recommended!

They tried to get my father and aunt to get the paramedics to transport and admit them to the hospital. They went home and then someone from the facility then contacted my aunt, telling her that my grandparent had high temperature and they wanted her to come down so she can release them to the hospital. She refused and when she came down to the facility and asked which nurse made this came, no one confessed. My grandparent and family would be highly inconvenienced -- my grandparent is already fragile and doesn't want to change. Why try to move them when there is nothing wrong with them? All I have to say is go STOP doing this. Why are you trying to deceive your residents into getting care they don't need?! Don't bother removing my review. This complaint is in regard to the way certain staff treats employees. I've been there on numerous…read moreoccasions and there is one person in particular, I believe her name is Zuly. She and other colleagues stand around and gossip amongst one another, other times she is talking with an attitude or rude tone when redirecting Housekeeping. I see the look on their face after the confrontation is over. Sometimes she'll make them clean the rooms and other areas over and over even though it's been done to the point it's considered hazing. It's sad to witness and it's creating a hostile working environment, unprofessional conduct and disruptive behavior. This is a place of healing and hope. The last thing we need is for our loved ones to be around this type of conflict. The Administrator needs to step in and actually make the change. If not I will report the recordings I have and send them over to the board of Nursing.
