As a tech enthusiast, I was handed an iPad to complete my check in paperwork so I appreciated the used of technology which made it more seamless. I mean who uses pen and paper anymore? Appointments for cleanings book 6-12 months out. If you need a cavity filled it'll be another 8-12 months until they can fill it. When your appointment day arrives they'll call and cancel the appointment and ask for you to reschedule it....in another 6 months. I was told they were scheduling me for a cleaning and to fill a cavity and when I arrived they said "oh no, this is just for the cleaning. You'll have to book the filling separetly (after waiting 6+ months already). Thankfully, I'm not in any pain but I can't imagine what it's like for those who are. This business has turned into nothing but a money grab, unfortunately. I don't trust their "findings" and certainly can no longer trust their work. Everything is rushed. Half assed. I also brought my two kids there for a cleaning in which they had me wait over an hour. They rushed through the appointments, barely did a cleaning, and sent them on their way. They were in the chairs for maybe 6 minutes total. Unreal. And I can't wait to hear their response to this review (eyeroll).
