Altamont Limo is first class. We chartered their 12-seat Mercedes sprinter van for a special surprise birthday for my wife. First, "van" probably isn't the most appropriate word to describe the limo. It is luxurious, comfortable and state of the art. It was nice for all of us to get into and out of (as opposed to standard car limousines where you have to squeeze to get in). It is also refreshing to stand up in the limo. We even danced! There are also two widescreen TV screens and a DVD player. This was nice because we created a slideshow/video with years of memories and we played it on both screens. So fun!, and some of the old pictures even caused some happy tears. The service was impeccable as well. John, our driver called me a few days before our departure date to check in and ask about our occasion. This was a nice touch as this was a surprise for my wife and John helped make it happened. He hid around the corner and waited for my text to pull in front of our house. This is just one example of the standard of care we experienced with Altamont Limo. Throughout our Napa Wine trip, the service was first class. My friend found Altamont Limos through Yelp. She was in contact with Jody through Yelp and he provided a quick response. I followed up with Jody the next day and we had a great conversation. I had never used a limo service before and Jody made this process very easy. I was provided a quote on the phone and immediately provided a formal quote by email following the conversation. One of my other girlfriends was planning the details of the event. She and Jody communicated several days leading to the event and and the day of to make sure everything was perfect. My birthday Napa trip went without a hitch and was such a fun, memorable experience! Jody was extremely attentive and cared about the details of the day. He rolled out the red carpet (literally) and cared about my experience. The Sprinter bus was clean, the party lighting was fun, and the Bluetooth speaker system was easy to use. Jody had multiple chargers (for Android and iPhone) on hand to make sure the music didn't die!
