I am having an Alice in Wonderland themed wedding in March and asked her to make 5 custom character themed dresses for my bridesmaids and she has been WONDERFUL. As a bride, everything needs to be perfect and she has constantly made sure that everything is. I can only imagine how many sleepless nights she has had! She is so sweet & kind and I would recommend her to ANY nervous bride who needs someone who ACTUALLY cares and doesnt pretend to care! Cindie is even invited to my wedding! Cindie is a highly trained professional. The quality of her work is amazing. She walks the novice through the stages of design and sampling, to production. Many people think after watching project runway for a few seasons they "know" everything about fashion and assembling. I know I did but fortuneatly Cindie teaches you as she brings your designs to life the steps that are edited out for time. I didn't know the first step was making a quick sample with different hemlines to check design before the first real mockup out of my fabric is made. I didn't know a single thing about sewing or how to alter garments but grew tired of paying outrageous prices to have my clothes altered. I found Cindy's ad on Craigslist and signed up for her sewing classes. After my first class, I learned how to bring in a skirt and now I'm addicted! She is very thorough and teaches according to my comfort level. Her experience allows her to teach for basic 101's up to advanced high-level techniques. In the past we have used various other cut and sew shops but Cindie's is by far the best. I'm VERY glad I was able to find this location 8 min from my house. I had a prom dress taken in and not only was that done a beautiful diamond beaded jewelry for the midriff of my dress was added.
