This was a particularly meaningful decision for us, as Annette's baby brother, Gary, was buried in their Babyland section in 1988, and our deepest wish was to have Annette close to him. We were so fortunate to be helped by Bobby Bresino. During a time of immense sensitivity, Bobby was truly a comfort. He never rushed us, taking all the time needed to patiently explain the options, gave alternatives, and a tour the various beautiful spaces. We decided on an elegant and perfect spot in the "Glass Front Niches" for Annette's final resting place. Beyond the compassionate service, the park itself is immaculately kept, spacious, and beautiful. We highly recommend Desert View for its lovely property and the truly caring staff like Bobby.

To start, they…read moreallowed the grieving husband--who was unfamiliar with AI--to finalize an obituary that ended up missing essential details about the deceased. Important information such as her parents' names, her birthplace, her career, the fact that she was one of seven children, the mother of six, and a beloved grandmother was left out entirely. Using AI to refine an obituary is fine, but failing to ask any follow‑up questions before finalizing it felt like negligence. Additionally, they forgot to place the casket flowers on the coffin during the viewing. They eventually brought them in, but only during a hymn in the memorial service, which was disruptive and avoidable. When you pay that much for mortuary services, you expect the basics to be handled properly.
