He never rushed us, taking all the time needed to patiently explain the options, gave alternatives, and a tour the various beautiful spaces. Using AI to refine an obituary is fine, but failing to ask any follow‑up questions before finalizing it felt like negligence. Additionally, they forgot to place the casket flowers on the coffin during the viewing. They eventually brought them in, but only during a hymn in the memorial service, which was disruptive and avoidable. When you pay that much for mortuary services, you expect the basics to be handled properly.
