About two weeks later, lines started appearing on the middle of my screen for no apparent reason. Along with this, I noticed a huge white sticker trying to be ripped off on the bottom of my laptop (I originally ignored this because I was just happy my screen was fixed). I have reached out to him several times to work with me on fixing my screen and correctly replacing it. He has told me I would have to order a new screen on my own, and that he cannot do it. The professional representative was eager to help with anything and ensured a free diagnostic.. I totally understand the need to charge for more in depth diagnostics. I am appreciative for your honesty. I hope it won't be a major fix but if it is I am prepared for the outcome and trust your knowledge and recommendations. I used you in the past but the location on McGlincy was out of the way. Now I am happy you are in the Downtown Campbell area . I will be happy to update my review after the diagnostic and even if I don't have it repaired I will work with you and hope to find a good laptop with all my specifications. Remember you should always have a phone number of a reputable repair shop that has remote service available. Patrick called me and said it would be $200 for advanced diagnostics and he suggested to go along with it rather than buying a new laptop. This is always a good question to ask is it worth fixing?
