This review is long overdue! We were lucky enough to host one of the very first birthday parties when Altitude Trampoline Park first opened, and it's been one of our go-to spots ever since. The facility is spacious and perfect for kids to jump, play, and have a great time. What really stands out though is the staff. Everyone has always been so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They make the party planning process easy and help keep everything running smoothly. Our host was Josh and he was an Amazing party host. We've always appreciated how the team makes the kids feel excited and celebrated, while also making it easy for parents to relax and enjoy the party. It's clear they care about creating a fun and positive experience for everyone. I've been to the Altitude Trampoline Park over on Monterey Road and am absolutely satisfied with my visits there. Since one opened up, closer to home, I was on the fence about actually coming due to not so positive reviews through word of mouth. Since my daughter was invited to celebrate a birthday here, it gave us a reason to check it out for ourselves. Parking is great. The most convenient location would be access through Entrance #5. Not only is there plenty of parking spots but neighboring is the parking garage. Waivers must be signed prior to being able to access all the fun. Altitude socks are 100% required to enter into the trampoline|play area- regardless if you are a parent who plans on simply supervising. Annoying, YES!! This is just another way for them to cash in on some more bucks! The staff makes their rounds and will approach anyone who has non Altitudes socks on and ask that you leave the play area or direct you to the front where you can purchase a pair for yourself. 3 stars. The play area is spacious and clean but the layout is different from the Monterey location [which I prefer]. The play area located on the far right, seen upon entering, was completely blocked off and was not accessible to any of the visitors. Last but not least, the sock situation is a bit of overkill IMO. If I was accompanying an older kid, it wouldn't be a big deal to allow them to roam and play themselves but that isn't the case with toddlers. MEH. read more

I had a really frustrating experience at Altitude Trampoline Park. Before driving out, I specifically called ahead to confirm that my membership from the San Jose location would be accepted. I spoke with someone named Lisa, who clearly told me that my membership would work at the Milpitas location. Based on that information, I packed up my daughter and niece both super excited to go and made the drive over. When we arrived, I was told at the front desk that my membership would NOT be accepted. No flexibility, no attempt to honor what I was told, just a flat-out no. It was honestly disappointing and frustrating. Not just because of the inconvenience, but because I had two little girls who were really looking forward to jumping, only to be turned away after being given incorrect information. If memberships aren't transferable between locations, that needs to be clearly communicated and staff should be properly trained so customers aren't misinformed. A little accountability or effort to make things right would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression. I'd recommend double and triple checking policies (and maybe even getting names) before making the trip because apparently calling ahead isn't enough. read more

Very spacious place and wide range of play area for children of different ages compared to other venues. What I mean by that is that they don't group big kids with small and risk bumping into each other. Food pretty decent But service down right sucks. Was at a kiddo birthday party and you can tell half the staff just doesn't want to be there. Spilled drinks they just keep passing the mop around. We frequent the blossom hill one often, so we were excited this location opened. It's much closer to home, but after coming here a few weeks ago.... I prefer the blossom hill location. There is a big price diff between the two locations for reg entry and also the monthly pass. The perks are diff too. I have always supervised our daughter and never had to wear "altitude socks" at the other location but here... even if you're not jumping ...if you are in the area you must wear their socks...and it has to be altitude socks. Super lame...because these socks aren't cheap. The day we came the card readers were also down so we couldn't buy any food or drinks at the food area Only pros here is it as more chairs..benches & obvi everything is still newwwww & clean...but give it a few months...it'll be icky I'm sure. This jumping play zone is in the Great Mall and has finally opened. The location is next to the parking structure so there is plenty of parking. As you walk into this establishment and you are greeted with the front desk that has 3 registers, which means there should be 3 lines. It's new and there will be ups and downs. You must have patience for this as they help you one by one. I have been here at least 3 times since they have opened and with each time things are better and they are improving where it needs it. It hasn't been a month yet and they are still trying to improve as they hire new staff. My first visit took way too long but granted there were at least 50 people in line that day. The next visit we waited not too long since you do have a membership, you just got to be patience enough to wait your turn to get checked in. At this point just wait in whatever shortest line and they will help you and check you in. Also you must have Altitude socks. There are plenty of tables and seating for parents. Lots of rooms for parties and tables as well. Bathrooms are clean and the staff are friendly just a little over worked with all these screaming kids around. They try to accommodate when asked nicely. In time I am sure this place will run smoothly but since it just opened and new staff is being hired daily. I got the membership and it has been so far so good for us. read more

This location has potential. The space is new and the equipment looks great. Alyssa was helpful once I was finally able to speak with someone. There were clear safety concerns. The 48" and under area was not supervised. Bigger kids were running through and bumping into toddlers. Wristbands, socks, and play time limits were not enforced. The floor was understaffed and poorly managed for a space meant for children. I flagged this at the front desk and was told to "find someone with a staff shirt and let them know." [I thought I was already doing that...] But in all seriousness, that wasn't realistic while actively supervising my toddler. Management was also an issue. An in-person interaction with Praveen, one of the owners, was uncomfortable and unproductive. After that, it was difficult to speak with anyone about what happened or to get clear help canceling a membership. This is a newly opened trampoline park and, visually, it's a great facility with a lot to offer. There's a designated toddler area, arcade-style games, party spaces, a large open trampoline section, a basketball court, monkey bars, climbing ladders, and more challenging obstacle-style activities. We went on New Year's Eve, and they even did a balloon drop, which was super cute and exciting for the kids. That said, my biggest concern is safety and organization. The park felt very unorganized and appeared to be primarily run by teenagers with little visible supervision. The toddler area, in particular, was not governed at all. Older kids were in the toddler section playing very rough, throwing balls hard and engaging in behavior that could easily cause harm to small children. There was no staff member monitoring the area, enforcing height or age limits, or ensuring safe play, which is concerning. Another major safety issue occurred when a young child became separated from her mother. Announcements were made repeatedly for about seven minutes, but the child did not know her mom's name, and staff seemed limited to only describing the child over the loudspeaker. Watching this unfold highlighted a lack of clear procedures for lost children, which is especially troubling in a crowded environment. Overall, this is a beautiful and fun space with a lot of potential, but the lack of supervision, structure, and clear safety protocols is a serious concern, especially for families with toddlers. With better staffing, clearer rules, and consistent monitoring, this could be a great place. Until then, I'd urge management to prioritize safety just as much as fun. read more

We brought our kiddo to jump here on NYE at opening time. The space is neat, clean, and the structures are new so they aren't worn or torn. The jump area was free of debris. There was a staff in the trampoline area ensuring kids were being safe, taking their turns, and not running. The staff was attentive and on top of it. The ball pit area could use some work as ball pit could be a bit deeper and more balls in there. Not sure if that area is for younger kids but it has an obstacle area on one side, a small ball pit, and a slide with an end ball pit on the other side. A lot of parties were already set up at opening time. They have private rooms and just random tables. A handful of arcade games that seemed pricey to me by how many credits each one required. Labubu claw machine game dropped my labubu last minute. Bathroom can benefit from being mopped and kept tidy. They were stocked with toilet paper and seat covers but floors were dirty. Also having paper towels and soap dispensers would help. There's a staff shortage and it shows with the long lines to enter and lack of staff in the ball pit area. Pricing seems very high to me but will need to compare with other similar places before I make this conclusion. They have membership pricing and the first visit we were charged $43 approx and no membership. Second time a little under $40. Still no membership. Socks are not included and must be purchased. Very difficult to hear the front lady when making any transaction. Volume control of music on the building will be useful. Parents be mindful of the space and don't gather blocking the staircase entries or places where kids should be able to enter and exit. Have some common sense of your surroundings. I understand monitoring your kids but don't block. Staff plays an important role in monitoring both areas as kids and parents need it. While there is definitely room for improvement my kiddo enjoyed themselves and would come again. read more

Cool place but I think there's a lot of room for improvement. My nephew had a party booked but the place and staff seemed unorganized. 1. They have birthday party check-in decals on the floor, leading to a specific cashier, but after waiting in the line we're told the bday check in is a different cashier on the behind the side of the entrance. So then people rushed to that cashier and now I'm waiting longer when I should've been next in line 2. One staff came to our party room when we started decorating saying it was reserved for a different party. But 2 other staff members confirmed it was ours. 3 A table was missing in the room to hold the food and cake. And we barely had enough seats just for the kids. 4. I'm also not sure what the host responsibilities were at first. Didn't really see her for 90% of the reservation and wasn't sure if she was supposed serve the food to the kids or if we were. 5. Also a mishap when we ordered extra food for the party. We wanted party trays of nuggets, fries, and corn days but when it came out it was just a personal size of each, which didn't make sense. So then that half of the food was delayed when the kids finished their pizza Also please be careful if you have toddlers walking around. I have a 20 month old walking around, and there were a lot of screws, zip ties, and other random sht just laying on the floors in front of the party rooms/basketball arena. We purchased a membership and my two boys have been loving it! We come normally once every week. It's a great space and not ever too busy or overcrowded, especially on the weekdays. The ONLY complaint I have is the bathrooms. I always dread when my kids have to use them because they smell foul and need a deep clean. what can i say. not very happy with the whole experience to be honest. first off we decided to have my childs bday party there last min, so we looked online to check the prices. it said $113 to have a space designated for us: 2 pizzas, 2 pitchers of soda, plates, cups, a very minimal party set up with the basics, not bad. but then comes the fine detail, you have to pay for a minimum of 10 jumpers. so now my check went from $113 to just about $400. ridiculous in my opinion. they should have stated the price from the beginning instead of trying to reel you in with the $113 price tag. we get a party host/server who was very young and unexperienced and more interested in socializing with her co-workers rather then hosting the party we 'paid' them to do. when the server introduced her self she asked if we wanted the pizzas now or later towards the end of our jump time, she had suggested we wait till the last hour so the jumpers did not get sick after eating and then going back into jumping, which i thought was a good suggestion at first, so we went that route. a few mins later i figured i order a few appz for the parents that were sitting around which could not have been no more then 5 parents. i asked the servers for an order for mozzarella sticks chicken nuggets and fries and she responded with 'do you want the party size?' and me thinking it was just a larger portion said sure. she also asked if i wanted the appz with the pizza to which i responded with no ill take them now. long story short she ended up bring out the pizzas first, which i thought why would i order the appz if she was just going to bring the pizza out first, then after we are about to finish the pizza the apps finally come and little do i know it is about 8 orders of fries 8 orders of cheese sticks and 8 orders of chicken nuggets! way too much food for our little party. there was no communication about possibly over ordering food or any suggestion that the pizza was on the way and not needing that much food. very disappointing and poor communication on the servers part as i was not expecting to have ordered almost $200 worth of appz when i wanted just enough to have on the table for the 5 adults that were sitting. after taking home about 3 large togo pizza boxes filled with this left over food i payed and immediately after closing my check the server had the nerve to ask me if i was going to be tipping the server? very unprofessional. i did indeed tip the server but once the check was closed out the server was no where to be found, no refills on water no cleaning table. just take the money and leave. yes my kids enjoyed jumping but after spending about $600 and having poor service this place just left a bad taste in my mouth, figuratively speaking and literally read more

Very disappointed with the service at this newly opened indoor jump place in Milpitas. One of the staff members had an extremely rude attitude. As first-time visitors, we did not know that only their branded socks are allowed. We thought regular indoor non-slip socks would be acceptable, since other similar places (like the one at Oakridge Mall) allow that. The employee gave us a "warning" the first time but did not explain clearly. I took my 2.5-year-old daughter back to the parking lot to change into the socks that we've bought in Oakridge mall one . The same employee came over again and said in a very aggressive tone: "Ma'am, this is the second warning. You must wear OUR brand socks. You cannot wear outside socks." The attitude was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly, especially toward a family with a toddler. Also, we originally planned to use the toddler ball pit, only to find out that it is only open on weekends, which was not clearly communicated. Dangerous, Negligent, and a Lawsuit Waiting to Happen!! Do not bring your children here. My daughter could have been seriously injured or permanently paralysed because of the management's negligence. We booked a 10:00 AM session, but the facility was still closed when we arrived. Staff took over 10 minutes to open the gates, and at check-in, the front desk could not find our registration despite having all confirmation info. Once inside, half the play structures were closed, and the inflatable jumper was completely deflated. My daughter had been jumping onto the hard floor! Mid-session, a staff member ran to the back and turned on the air without warning anyone of the serious safety hazard while kids were still jumping. I immediately grabbed my children, canceled our session, and left. By the time we got to the car, my daughter's back was covered in bruises. If she had jumped from a higher level, the result could have been life-changing or fatal. The facility was also dirty, chaotic, and under construction while children played. This is blatant negligence. Management must fix these hazards before a child is seriously harmed. Parents, avoid this place entirely, it is a lawsuit waiting to happen. read more

AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL. Came for the grand opening. The flyer was posted everywhere and it was COMPLETELY MISLEADING. Waited almost an hour with full excitement. Absolute chaos & unorganized. People were cutting everyone waiting in line. This is nothing like the other Altitudes which you can provide your own socks. It was so packed that my teens decided they didn't want to jump & just wanted to play the arcade - there was no harm in asking the employees if we could just play the arcades & claw machines. The employees we spoke to mentioned that we wouldn't have wristbands and would be unable to jump - he said he'd check in with upper management. A few of the employees came back and said it was perfectly fine & OK, just check in due to the waiver. The employees outside were outstanding & had wonderful customer service. But there were some completely RUDE employees INSIDE who were extremely condescending and didn't even let us explain ourselves. I told him that the employees here said this & he wouldn't even let us talk or tell him which employees. He continued to say "you can't go in unless you buy something. "we'll buy the $4 socks. He said no, we would have to pay for socks & passes in order to go inside. I told him that my kids are teens and they didn't care about jumping, they just wanted to play the claw machines. Very bad service. After paying $1k+, didn't get any good service at all. 1 jug of water was provided for 35 guests. We had selected pitchers for the party but were not provided to us at all. When we asked about them the party host argued that he already gave them to us, which he hadn't. All guests were left thirsty for good 30 minutes on a hot day. Then they brought 4 jugs of coke that we had not ordered. 15 minutes to eat and we were pushed to empty the room for next party. They provide 1 table only which is 2ftx2ft and barely fits a cake. No place to put your food or favors. There is a high table which is pretty useless. Never booking party here unless something major changes with the party service. read more

We hosted my kids 6th birthday here and it was cool. Service was a bit slow but I'll give them grace since they're new. There is a huge variety of things to do. I appreciate there are more benches and tables for guests. I got a membership and come in right at opening time on Sundays. The floor is filthy. The bathrooms are filthy. It's like they don't clean. I can understand dirtiness later in the day, but this is right at opening. We'll end our membership soon but probably start again later when kids are older and can do more. read more

I signed up for VIP membership last time I came, and today I had to wait for 15 minutes just to check in. I am glad that I got a discount on the first month of VIP membership, because Im seriously considering cancelling after today's experience. The noise, cleanliness, and overall vibe is extremely disorganized. There was an alarm of some sort making a high pitched beeping every 4 seconds. A dystopian sensory nightmare. A group of moms were just sitting in the toddler ballpit. One staff member was walking around with a sleeping kid on his shoulder. Super unprofessional. It felt like we crashed a family gathering to be honest. The chairs are comically small. The tables are greasy and sticky. The staff seem confused. The waiver system is obviously very important, but to hold up the line so that each guest can fill out a waiver is ridiculous, and could/should be managed in a different way. Eg; Only people with waivers can approach the counter to pay. At the other Altitude Park, they have a designated area with ipads to do the waivers first. There is a lot of room for improvement, and the improvements need to happen fast. read more

Why are people giving positive reviews for this place keeping "clean"? This place hasn't even been opened for more than 3 months and things are already closed, broken, and crevices have a ton of trash, 0 balls in the target/"dodgeball" area (aren't they like dollar quality balls? why can't they restock?). The one on Monterey Road has been open for over a year and everything looks in great condition and the is staff responsible enough to open the slides when they have sufficient workers. I don't think anyone here cares about liability because everyone signs a waiver I'm only giving it 2 stars because I love the concept of "Altitude" - it's eventful, many obstacles and things for kids to do and burn energy, whereas I think Rock n jump is kinda lame/boring (depends on location, but Altitude overall has more challenges). The location is also excellent (but also it's downfall) for foot traffic - also the reason for the crowd. I think you have to accept the crowd - it's privileged parents at this point complaining about crowds- you should know what you are getting into. For me, it's just about WHY you opened a kids activity place when you sincerely don't care. If it's about the money, then put more investment on moving things along - like your long lines, and working equipment. Not that I care for massage chairs -but WHY? if doesn't work, move it and put more chairs/arcade games. I inadvertently bought membership..but after a month I'm not going out of my way to come back.
