This jumping play zone is in the Great Mall and has finally opened. The location is next to the parking structure so there is plenty of parking. As you walk into this establishment and you are greeted with the front desk that has 3 registers, which means there should be 3 lines. It's new and there will be ups and downs. You must have patience for this as they help you one by one. I have been here at least 3 times since they have opened and with each time things are better and they are improving where it needs it. It hasn't been a month yet and they are still trying to improve as they hire new staff. My first visit took way too long but granted there were at least 50 people in line that day. The next visit we waited not too long since you do have a membership, you just got to be patience enough to wait your turn to get checked in. At this point just wait in whatever shortest line and they will help you and check you in. Also you must have Altitude socks. There are plenty of tables and seating for parents. Lots of rooms for parties and tables as well. Bathrooms are clean and the staff are friendly just a little over worked with all these screaming kids around. They try to accommodate when asked nicely. In time I am sure this place will run smoothly but since it just opened and new staff is being hired daily. I got the membership and it has been so far so good for us.

Gate closed with people still needing to exit. No staff managing it. I had to lift it to leave.

This location has potential. The space is new and the equipment looks great. Alyssa was helpful once I was finally able to speak with someone. There were clear safety concerns. The 48" and under area was not supervised. Bigger kids were running through and bumping into toddlers. Wristbands, socks, and play time limits were not enforced. The floor was understaffed and poorly managed for a space meant for children. I flagged this at the front desk and was told to "find someone with a staff shirt and let them know." [I thought I was already doing that...] But in all seriousness, that wasn't realistic while actively supervising my toddler. Management was also an issue. An in-person interaction with Praveen, one of the owners, was uncomfortable and unproductive. After that, it was difficult to speak with anyone about what happened or to get clear help canceling a membership. Until safety oversight and staff support improve, I wouldn't recommend this location.

Random stuff on the floor in front of birthday room area

Cool place but I think there's a lot of room for improvement. My nephew had a party booked but the place and staff seemed unorganized. 1. They have birthday party check-in decals on the floor, leading to a specific cashier, but after waiting in the line we're told the bday check in is a different cashier on the behind the side of the entrance. So then people rushed to that cashier and now I'm waiting longer when I should've been next in line 2. One staff came to our party room when we started decorating saying it was reserved for a different party. But 2 other staff members confirmed it was ours. 3 A table was missing in the room to hold the food and cake. And we barely had enough seats just for the kids. 4. I'm also not sure what the host responsibilities were at first. Didn't really see her for 90% of the reservation and wasn't sure if she was supposed serve the food to the kids or if we were. 5. Also a mishap when we ordered extra food for the party. We wanted party trays of nuggets, fries, and corn days but when it came out it was just a personal size of each, which didn't make sense. So then that half of the food was delayed when the kids finished their pizza Also please be careful if you have toddlers walking around. I have a 20 month old walking around, and there were a lot of screws, zip ties, and other random sht just laying on the floors in front of the party rooms/basketball arena. A toddler could've easily put these things in their mouth and choked!

Love the customer service from beginning front end to the concession stand. Simon's services served nothing but kindness. New spot we found for my niece who has autism. It may be small but kids still can have fun! Brought all my nieces ages from 5 to 21. And they have the massaging chairs which was plus for me. :)

Very disappointed with the service at this newly opened indoor jump place in Milpitas. One of the staff members had an extremely rude attitude. As first-time visitors, we did not know that only their branded socks are allowed. We thought regular indoor non-slip socks would be acceptable, since other similar places (like the one at Oakridge Mall) allow that. The employee gave us a "warning" the first time but did not explain clearly. I took my 2.5-year-old daughter back to the parking lot to change into the socks that we've bought in Oakridge mall one . The same employee came over again and said in a very aggressive tone: "Ma'am, this is the second warning. You must wear OUR brand socks. You cannot wear outside socks." The attitude was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly, especially toward a family with a toddler. Also, we originally planned to use the toddler ball pit, only to find out that it is only open on weekends, which was not clearly communicated. Honestly, the experience was so unpleasant that even paying for one month feels like too much. For anyone who hasn't signed up for a membership yet, I strongly suggest asking all the details very carefully before coming.

    So much fun

I was so excited to take my son yesterday! The location is good and I parked right outside next to Trampoline park . The staff were very friendly and helpful . Price was cheaper at this location, I usually go to San Jose Altitude. The park was so colorful and fun . The trampoline attendant was good watching everyone. The flow was nice and kids were all having fun . Definitely will be back after Christmas, my son asked to go today Thank you for opening this wonderful trampoline park !!

Our school has been bringing our 5th-grade students to Sky Zone for our end-of-the-year field trip…read morefor the past several years. The facility itself is large, parking is easy, and there are plenty of attractions that keep students entertained. The kids especially enjoyed the variety of jumping areas, the small arcade, and the snack shop. Unfortunately, this year's experience was filled with several organizational issues. We were told we could enter at 9:00 AM, but when we arrived, the facility was still closed. Standing outside with 45 excited students waiting to get in and another bus on the way was not an ideal way to start the day. Prior to our visit, we submitted student names, birthdays, and waiver numbers in advance to help streamline the check-in process. However, none of that information appeared to be utilized, and check-in ended up being long and exhausting for both students and staff. There was only one employee handling the entire check-in process, which created significant delays. We had also prepaid for a package that included unlimited pizza, drinks, chicken, and fries. It quickly became apparent that the facility was not prepared for our group's arrival. Food service was slow, and overall operations felt disorganized throughout the visit. The students were disappointed that the photo booth was out of service and that the rock wall was not fully functioning. To their credit, they still made the most of the activities that were available and had a good time together. One of the most confusing parts of the experience occurred at the end of our visit. Our group had already paid in full prior to arriving, yet we were asked for a final payment before leaving. This created unnecessary confusion and did not inspire confidence in the organization's record-keeping. While the facility itself offers a fun experience for students, the management and organization continue to be a concern. Since this has been an annual trip for our school, I would expect the process to become smoother and more efficient each year. Instead, many of the same logistical issues seem to persist. The kids still had fun, but the experience for the adults coordinating the trip was far more stressful than it needed to be.

We were able to try equipment in several rooms throughout the party (rotating every 15 ish minutes). The obstacles were challenging enough that my kids gained confidence and a workout. My only complaint is that it was difficult to sign the waiver because it seemed like you could only sign a waiver the day of the party (and other friends had the same experience). However, one friend troubleshot this by going on a laptop and not her phone and found a way (I forget actually but it worked).

The facility is newer and nicer there but the bigger difference is in the staff. I hosted a party here earlier this year and I had the hardest time getting hold of someone to talk to about the party. Each email and phone call had to be done repeatedly. I had almost forgotten about this but a friend just hosted here and mentioned the same issue I had. Additionally I noticed at the party there there was almost no staff at the bouncy house rooms. The would walk us to the room then disappear until the next room changed. However, two other pump it ups I've been to definitely always had staff watching over everything. Really hope they start training the employees to be more attentive and responsive to customers. Personally I wouldn't want to host at this site again.

I wish they had an extended option for time as everything was great except the timing. The kids loved the gym time and could have done 10-20 min more easily, but with kids still having food in their plates and not quite done eating we were told it was time to go and "you'll get your goodie bags ON THE WAY OUT" lol I get it. We paid for 1.5hrs and we got 1.5hrs. It just felt so abrupt, and they said there was another party coming but there wasn't. If the coaches had said it's another $ for every 15 minutes, I would have gladly paid it, but alas it was not an option. We went elsewhere to wrap up the party. Positives: The coaches were nice, engaging and helpful. The kids enjoyed themselves. Negatives: The lack of alternative options on timing. Overall, I would still recommend a birthday party here, but be cognizant of the time!

You really feel like you're on your own with a whole floor of equipment in front of you that you don't know what to do with. I wouldn't call that guidance from an instructor. This pertains to the five and under. I don't know what it's like for older children. This occurred at race Street. I don't know the name of the instructor. I would assume all instructors are functioning within what they're taught to teach the children. I would assume that the instructors are all uniform in there way of teaching classes. The kids overall enjoyed it and both could participate at the same time. The owner later suggested moving our 5-year-old to a more advanced Tuesday class and assured us our 2yr old could attend at the same time. After switching within a few classes the instructors told us our 2yr old was "too young and not ready" (even though the class is listed for ages 1-3). He's a typical energetic toddler and me or my husband were present in every class to help keep him focused. When I brought this up to the owner instead of addressing the issue, he said both of our kids "don't follow instructions" including our 5yr old who is attentive and loves gymnastics. This was inaccurate, offensive and disappointing, especially since he admitted he hadn't seen them himself that class (while I did). The Tuesday classes were also very overcrowded compared to Saturdays. If safety or engagement is a concern, the gym should adapt its setup, not blame children for being age-appropriate. What made it worse is that the owner never followed up after that conversation - not to clarify or apologize. We canceled our enrollment that same day. It's disheartening to see a business handle families this way, making excuses instead of taking responsibility. We'll be taking our kids somewhere that values honesty, respect and a true understanding of child development.
