Despite…read morereceiving an email confirming her transfer into his class, Allan yelled at our 6-year-old, questioned her age rudely, and maintained a humiliating attitude toward her for no apparent reason. It broke my heart when my daughter told me she is now fearful of returning. After reading other reviews on Google, it's clear this is a recurring issue for many parents. I no longer feel this environment is safe or professional, and I would strongly advise other parents to stay away.

I became genuinely sick while I was still at work and let management know that I was not physically able to work the following day. I also tried to find coverage. Instead of having a professional conversation about the situation, I was told that I was being let go because they needed staff they could "rely on." After my termination, I attempted to contact the owner simply to clarify my final pay and whether I needed to complete any paperwork or return anything. I was blocked on WhatsApp and did not receive a response to my text or email, so I eventually had to contact another member of management to get information about my final paycheck. My final payment was ultimately sent, but the way the entire situation was handled felt unnecessarily unprofessional and disrespectful. Employees should be able to communicate about illness, termination, and final pay without being ignored or blocked. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this workplace to other coaches looking for a professional and supportive work environment.

This review is for the birthday package they offer which I paid $750…read more We arrived on the actual day we booked and I got there half an hour prior to the event. The entire studio was dark and I had a bad feeling. Luckily, the door wasn't locked (yet) and I walked in looking for someone for guidance. I then saw a trainer leaving so I yelled across the studio asking if I could start setting up. He looked confused at first, then realized NO ONE informed him or anyone about a party. He mentioned it's not the first time it happened, and something with someone not sending an email. So someone just seriously messed up and forgot about a party. Just WOW. I even asked it weekly prior when I was there to ensure they had everything needed. Every single time they confirmed my booking was there and it was all set. Then the day came and nothing was set up. Had I came a little later and he left, we would have been stranded with no party. However, he saved the day by calling his team and then helped get the activity set up. We started maybe only 15 min later than anticipated because he quickly got everything together and more trainers showed up eventually. Honestly, a venue forgetting an event you book is literally the worst nightmare. I will never book this place again and if you do, call the day of because you just can't be too careful someone forget to do their job. Three star because the trainer saved the day and kids ended up having fun but not worth the full on panic attack.

The party started off with a 1 hour play time followed by 1-1.5 hours of food and games in their upstairs loft. The space is primarily set-up for their regular gymnastics classes, so there's plenty of room for the kids to run around, lots of places for them to jump and fall softly on floor pads. It's a nice, clean facility that I'd highly recommend for kids' birthday parties!

The kids overall enjoyed it and both could participate at the same time. The owner later suggested moving our 5-year-old to a more advanced Tuesday class and assured us our 2yr old could attend at the same time. After switching within a few classes the instructors told us our 2yr old was "too young and not ready" (even though the class is listed for ages 1-3). He's a typical energetic toddler and me or my husband were present in every class to help keep him focused. When I brought this up to the owner instead of addressing the issue, he said both of our kids "don't follow instructions" including our 5yr old who is attentive and loves gymnastics. This was inaccurate, offensive and disappointing, especially since he admitted he hadn't seen them himself that class (while I did). The Tuesday classes were also very overcrowded compared to Saturdays. If safety or engagement is a concern, the gym should adapt its setup, not blame children for being age-appropriate. What made it worse is that the owner never followed up after that conversation - not to clarify or apologize. We canceled our enrollment that same day. It's disheartening to see a business handle families this way, making excuses instead of taking responsibility. We'll be taking our kids somewhere that values honesty, respect and a true understanding of child development.

We love this place a lot because they push the boys to get stronger and during the birthday party the "rings" were open and our boys went crazy! I wish they had an extended option for time as everything was great except the timing. The kids loved the gym time and could have done 10-20 min more easily, but with kids still having food in their plates and not quite done eating we were told it was time to go and "you'll get your goodie bags ON THE WAY OUT" lol I get it. We paid for 1.5hrs and we got 1.5hrs. It just felt so abrupt, and they said there was another party coming but there wasn't. If the coaches had said it's another $ for every 15 minutes, I would have gladly paid it, but alas it was not an option. We went elsewhere to wrap up the party. Positives: The coaches were nice, engaging and helpful. The kids enjoyed themselves. Negatives: The lack of alternative options on timing. Overall, I would still recommend a birthday party here, but be cognizant of the time!

A parent or guardian assists their little gymnast while the instructor guides class activities." The advertisement isn't quite up to par. The instructor does not actually guide each activity. The instructor gives an overall list of many activities and expects the parent to remember all of them and then guide their child individually through the tasks. It doesn't work well at all. You really feel like you're on your own with a whole floor of equipment in front of you that you don't know what to do with. I wouldn't call that guidance from an instructor. This pertains to the five and under. I don't know what it's like for older children. This occurred at race Street. I don't know the name of the instructor. I would assume all instructors are functioning within what they're taught to teach the children. I would assume that the instructors are all uniform in there way of teaching classes. If this is not the case then maybe it should be. I think that this gymnasium can do a lot better. My daughter came from a competitive background (Hot Shots at CSC) and is a world record holder in hula hooping, yet the coaches here showed zero interest in her potential. We invested in double classes and summer camps to accelerate her progress, but she was stuck in their "orange/yellow" level for a year with no path forward. The "coaches" never bothered to provide targeted training or help her reach the pre-team level. To make matters worse, they gave her crushing negative feedback right to her face after a pre-team evaluation, which ultimately caused her to quit gymnastics entirely. They rely on their central location to attract new families, but they do not care about the students. Save your time and money--look elsewhere.
