Service is horrible. Lines were out the door and completely disorganized. The place was not being cleaned or monitored properly. My child accidentally left his jacket in the shoe area. I tried calling with no response, so I stopped by the next day--and the jacket was still sitting in the exact same spot. That alone shows the lack of staff attention and basic upkeep. This place was super packed when we visited. Staff supervising was little to none. Only safety precaution they have was a sign that says "Inherit Risk, jump at your own risk" i feel like there was no limit as to how many kids are jumping per area at a time which makes each trampoline somewhat unsafe specially for the smaller kids. They also have us pay for the socks worth 4 bucks but I saw a lot of kids not wearing the required Altitude socks. The place is new but very small for the amount of kids they let in. No space for parents to supervise their kids so they end up just hanging out by the entrance to the main jumping area. Cool place but not very organized. I brought my high-energy 4-year-old here to burn off some steam, and I am so glad we chose Altitude. Taking a preschooler to a trampoline park can be nerve-wracking because you worry about them getting trampled by teenagers, but our experience here was fantastic. Why this is great for the little ones: * Designated Kids Court: They have a separate area specifically for smaller jumpers (I think it's for 46" and under). This was a lifesaver. My son could bounce around at his own pace without me constantly hovering or worrying about a big kid landing on him. * Safety & Cleanliness: As a parent of a younger kid, hygiene is a big deal since they touch everything. The facility felt very clean, the foam pits didn't smell funky, and the padding seemed well-maintained. * The Staff: The monitors were great. They were actually paying attention and gently redirecting older kids who tried to wander into the small kid zone. * More than just jumping: My son loved the foam pit! She seemed openly apologetic for the girls' behavior, but I wish I could have received a better response for my inconvenience and delay of food. When I was sent a link to confirm the membership, it showed that the cost is $38.27 ($34.99 + $3.28). When asked why is there a tax on the membership (I do not see any sales tax for membership at Sky Zone and Safarii Run), the staff cannot explain why other than that's what the system showed. Since my child is already here and not wanting to disappoint my child, I complied to the $38.27 instead of the advertised $34.99. Before I swiped my CC, I was shown that the amount that will be charged to my CC will be $39.42 ($34.99 + $3.28 tax and $1.15 service fees). When asked what the service fees are for and why this was not shown until I swiped my CC, the staff mentioned that it is for using the facility. I was like "What?". No supervisor / manager on site. I was very upset with the false advertisement, and asked for a supervisor / manager (PiC "Person in Charge"). I was told that there is no PiC on site. I asked for the PiC to be contacted, and was told that there's no way to contact the PiC. I asked for a way to reach any PiC, and was told that they cannot give that out. Long waiting time in line. The front entrance is way understaffed and extremely inefficient. The process for members to enter the facility is extremely slow. read more

We're here cuz the kids wanted to jump. We waited inline for over 30 minutes with 5 customers in front of us. After 30 minutes of waiting only one customer was helped. And then the cashier friend came by and she walked out talking and hugging leaving the customers waiting. After 5 minutes or so, she walked away with a customer leaving everyone waiting. After 10 minutes she still hasn't come back yet so we decided to leave. Definitely one of the worst customer service I've ever seen. read more

This place 1 is extremely difficult to access in the mall on busy weekends, 2 the food here is just some Sysco chud that you'd find at any other establishment, and 3 the admissions do not amount to the service you're expecting. I do not recommend Altitude Trampoline Park Milpitas for birthday parties. Attempting to make a party reservation was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. We called multiple times with basic questions, but multiple staff members stated they did not know how party reservations worked. We were told the manager would call us back, but no one followed up after several days. The voicemail box was also full and did not allow messages. We then went in person and found that none of the staff could assist with party reservations. Again, only the manager was able to handle it. Unfortunately, the manager was very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in his communication. Given the disorganized operations, lack of staff training, and unprofessional management experience, I had 0 confidence that a birthday party would run smoothly.. Kids and parents deserve a stress-free, happy experience -- especially for a birthday. This place does not deliver that. The number of bad reviews is not surprising, even for a newly opened location. read more

I was hoping the negative reviews weren't true so I gave this place a try. I really wanted to like it because I have active boys, and I live close to this place. However, I echo the sentiment of others regarding check in--if you get a newbie, it's going to take a long time (even when you're the one they're helping at the front). Prices listed above aren't always accurate or updated (ie $10 initiation fee with the $29.99 membership even though it says $0 on the board). The lower price for what I assumed was for the younger kids wasn't an option despite being listed on the board above head at check in. The toddler area, which I was mostly looking forward to for my young daughter, was "under construction". I thought it was less than ideal having a two year old jumping in areas where much older kids were jumping too. She wasn't really into it all since it wasn't really age appropriate, which was a bummer. My kids were more drawn to the tons of flashing lights and screens of the arcade games all around the trampoline park. Halfway into our jump time, a bunch of older kids poured in. Despite having 2 hours of jump time, I unfortunately left early with my 3 kids. It felt quite disappointing. Oh and even if you come in with socks with grips, you still have to buy their socks. Had my daughters 11th bday party here. The place was clean, calm, and colorful especially when compared to the south San Jose location. There is more seating so that's good. I would definitely return to bring my kids to jump. However I do not think I would have a bday here again. We booked a party for 10 kids and 10 adults. When we arrived to check in 8 minutes before the start of our party they send us to our table but to our surprise there was a family setting up there beautiful decorations on our assigned table. Turns out another family got sent to our table even though they were suppose to be in a room. Why that family did not question being given a table vs a room I do not know. Hostess ahd to figure out where our table was, tell the other family they needed to pick up and move to a room, it took 10 minutes to straighten everything out. Guests were mostly dropping of there kids so I didn't mind that much that our table was not ready. We had brought our own table covers and honeycomb decorations that we had planned to set up before the start time. I did have to ask the hostess to please give kids wristbands so they could go play bc it was after our start time. And kids were just standing around waiting for the table to be set up. So we were a party of 20 total and we were only given 1 table. At Chuck E. Cheese, sky zone, and jungle island we are given a table based off guests not number of kids. Most parents who rsvp ended up leaving to walk the mall so those of us left behind fit in an empty table next to our 1 bday table that seated about 10-12 kids. It worked out bc our adult guests left but otherwise we would of been left with standing adults which is not good hosting. Other issue was we paid for the mvp package but they forgot to give us th $5 gift cards per child. When I paid upfront cashier told me to ask the hostess but then hostess told me to ask in the front. She then gave me only 1 for the bday girl, had to show her website that it was 1 per child. Then we had to wait in line at a kiosk to check every card had value. By then the kids were gone. Other issue was we were asked to vacate our bday table before our time was up. Explanation was they needed to prep it for the next party. Again Chuck E. Cheese has bday parties set up with space in between to clean tables and set up. As the parent who was hosting I did not have a good experience. This was my son's first time visiting the park yesterday, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. During our visit, I purchased a membership for my son. Unfortunately, he misplaced his arcade card. I approached a staff member named Camila, who identified herself as a manager, to ask for assistance. Instead of taking initiative to help resolve the situation, she did not offer any clear solution and went to another staff member for help. As part of the management team, I expected her to be able to provide proper customer service and handle the situation professionally.This interaction felt unprofessional and disappointing. A manager should be prepared to assist customers and provide solutions, especially in situations involving arcade cards and customer concerns. Based on this experience, I do not feel confident returning, nor would I recommend Altitude Milpitas to my family or others. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer service and management support in the future. read more
