Recently came here with my 2year old son and 5year old nephew. My overall experience was not the greatest. We purchased the family pack that came with a pizza and a pitcher of our choice of drink. We were asked three separate times the pizza we would like cheese or pepperoni by what I assume is the manager. Each time we were asked we stated we wanted pepperoni. Once we got our pizza it was a cheese pizza, I kindly told the manager we requested a pepperoni pizza his response " oh yeah sorry forgot to tell you we actually ran out of pepperoni so we gave you a cheese I mean we have some in the freezer but that's gonna take 2 hours to defrost if you want it. " I just sat there confused because again we were asked 3 separate times what pizza we wanted I just feel like you could just let us know before hand and our time here at that point would be up I just let him know that it was completely fine we'll stick with the cheese thank you. As we were eating the pizza my husband notice that it was really dough, I turned over a piece and it was raw. I immediately told everyone to stop eating it , the only thing cooked was the cheese and the top of crust. When we went to let the manager know he said" oh yeah sorry we're trying a new dough and sometimes it turns out bad. " another employee joined in and said the same thing. I'm sorry what! So you're telling me that your serving people bad dough knowingly to me that's crazy especially because I have a 2 year old and 5 year old eating this pizza. He asked if we wanted another one I said no thank you in my head I'm thinking I'm not going to risk u giving me another undercooked pizza and I just politely asked for a refund for the pizza. I'm just baffled on how they're serving raw pizza dough knowingly I just hope my kids don't get sick from eating this pizza. I can honestly say that I'm not quite sure what we'd do without this place during the AZ summers. Two young boys = major "cabin fever" in this heat! Altitude is the perfect spot to bring them to run off the sillies and tire 'em out before bed! They recently (and are still in the process of) made some upgrades which are nice (minus the arcade area that leaves my kiddos begging me for money every time... lol). It is nice and cool for the parents to relax and visit and/or get some work done while the kiddos run free. We've also attended multiple birthday parties here that are a hit every time. Kris Kross'll make ya, jump jump. It's like Mac Dad and Daddy Mac are reprising their ol' 90's one hit wonder right here, every day, 7 days a week. I know this place has been here for years, but I guess it takes a small child jumping around your small home to make you seek out a place to set them free, but still contained within a space that they can't search and destroy. Come and jump for an hour, jump for two hours, the real gem here is the monthly pass for $25. Come every day for 2 hours a day for $25 (per jumper). Come twice per month and the pass has paid for itself; although, I've stopped counting the number of days we have been here in the past 30 days. Sometimes we come and jump for 45 minutes, or stay for two hours, whatever the day feels like. This is a great spot to burn off energy and entertain your child that isn't your own home or outside in the sweltering Phoenix summers! Altitude, my sofas thank you for your service, well... maybe not, because now he seems to want to jump even more than ever before, what have I gotten my poor living room into?!?! read more

Altitude is the easiest way to let your kids burn off energy while not destroying your own house--AND in an indoor, air-conditioned, enclosed, clean facility *cue the mom dance moves* This convenient trampoline park is a neighborhood hero, especially during the hot summer months (damn you covid for keeping us away from this place since March!). Check-in is fairly straightforward and quick when you enter. Note: you WILL need grippy socks! Pay for your time (and socks if needed), get your wristband, and jump your heart out. It's not a huge space but it's perfect for young kids... there's various play areas so the kiddos stay entertained and active. There's one for dodgeball, a foam pit complete with balance beam for Gladiator-style jousting, rock wall climbing, free-style jumping, and an area dedicated to littlest jumpers...My 3-year old on the other hand was just there for the snack bar and pricey arcade games. And good news, parents can jump too. It's a great reminder of how old you are when you get winded, sweaty, lightheaded (and possibly injured)...oh, the things we do for our children. There's plenty of tables and corresponding bins for your kids' shoes. Lockers are also available for additional charge. Altitude would be a fun, easy place to host a birthday party or event. Only two employees in the entire building - the cashier had no idea how to redeem groupons and had no help. The second employee is supposed to be monitoring the kids jumping for safety but now both employees are sitting behind the desk out of eyesight from the trampolines. When you're trying to use any of the arcade games - all the machines only accept quarters but they do not have change to help customers use the machines. As an English speaker with 6 English speaking kids - it was a little frustrating that all the music was in Spanish. Especially during a pandemic, you would think they would be more concerned about sanitation but there is not one aspect fulfilled by any of the employees. To add to it, they aren't making people wear socks which is gross for sanitation wise and because they might have bacteria on their feet that could give my children ring worm or athletes feet. If our kids didn't enjoy the trampolines - we would never come back here. We will definitely be looking for a better place. read more

Altitude is a favorite amongst my elementary school aged kids and their friends as a destination to get energy out, escape the summer heat, host birthday parties, etc... and it is A-OK for all of these things. It's also conveniently located and they have a large parking lot, which is great. Depending on the timing of your visit, age of your child(ren), and if you brought your own grippy socks, an hour here will be approximately $13 or more per person. It adds up quickly! You are not supposed to bring in any food or drink either, so you may want to bring additional $$ to spend on snacks... As a parent, I have never seen more than one or two staff members on the floor, even during busy times, so it's amazing that my kids have never gotten hurt here. The facility is also not the cleanest and it doesn't have the bells and whistles you may find at bigger, newer trampoline parks in town. I recently jumped with my daughter and we did a couple of the foam pit areas. I would guess that the foam blocks have never been thoroughly cleaned based on the odor. Same goes for the dodgeball balls, but that is our family favorite, so I'll just recommend using some hand sanitizer and showering after spending time here to avoid whatever germs may be around. read more

Woah. So from the outside, this place in Arcadia looks pretty small and like nothing special. But, go inside and it's the ideal place for the kids to get out some energy and for parents to relax with full visibility of their whereabouts. In all the trampoline parks we've been to, this might be my favorite. Somehow the small layout manages to fit in everything my kiddo loves and is the most perfect setup for watching parents, too. I am absolutely outraged by the appalling treatment my family and I received during our visit to Altitude Jump Park on 11/17. We were there with multiple families, and together, we spent hundreds of dollars just to get in and on game cards alone. We bought over $40 worth of game cards, plus tickets for entry, and then spent even more money on waters, cotton candy, and slushies. My four-year-old daughter was given a unicorn stuffed animal by one of the boys we were with, who won it from the game. Not long after, a group of boys arrived, jumped into the stuffed animal machine, and stole several animals. The children we were with immediately reported this theft to your staff. Despite this, your employees decided to target us--the family who had done absolutely nothing wrong. Two female employees approached us, claiming the unicorn my daughter was holding had been stolen. We immediately explained that this wasn't the case and showed them the three game cards we had purchased. They seemed to accept this and walked away, but then they returned, insisting that video footage showed the unicorn had been stolen. Once again, we assured them they had the wrong group, but they refused to believe us. As we were leaving, one of your employees approached us again and, in a completely unprofessional manner, said she had spoken to her manager, and the video confirmed the unicorn had been stolen--and she had to take it. I was furiousand offered to pay for the unicorn, but she told me that was not allowed, even though we had already spent hundreds of dollars on tickets and game cards. Then, in front of my four-year-old daughter, she ripped the unicorn out of her hands with a smile on her face. The way my daughter was treated was absolutely traumatizing. She is just four years old, and she was left completely confused, upset, and terrified by what happened. The cruelty of your employee in ripping the unicorn from her hands, like we were criminals, is something I will never forget. I later spoke to JC, the manager, on the phone, and his response was equally appalling. He claimed the unicorn was from a third-party vendor and that the only way I could purchase it was through the 3rd party vendor. When I explained that we had already spent hundreds of dollars, he didn't care at all. This entire experience was a complete disgrace. We were treated like criminals for no reason, and your staff's lack of professionalism and compassion was beyond unacceptable. My daughter's innocence was shattered, and I will neverreturn to Altitude Jump Park. The other families with us are just as shocked and disgusted by what happened. I will be telling all of our friends and family about this appalling experience. No one should ever have to endure what we went through, especially not a child. I hope this message reaches the right person because what happened was outrageousand needs to be addressed immediately. read more

What a difference ownership can make! This property is under new Ownership and it shows. It is clean and bright and has the staff it needs to operate. The manager Sabrina is very friendly and made planning my sons Birthday seamless! Kaitlyn, our server was very attentive and professional. Came to celebrate my sons birthday with his friend. I had signed up for a BOGO pass on their website. It states that you buy one pass and get the second pass for free. The manager said that it was only for one person, as in you buy 1 hour and get the second hour for free. Except that is NOT what it says on the website. The manager was extremely rude, and gave me attitude when I told her it didn't make sense. Please don't have a 20 year old manage the location if she can't speak to people respectfully. We love this place but I am pretty concerned when I saw a few things 1: The Facebook being updated but the place being closed, lots of messages about people driving and not being able to get in 2: No one answering the phones, phone calls not being redirected to the other location to handle customer questions 3: The continued sale of groupons even if the location is closed 4: Employees posting on the FB that as of tax season they had not received their W2s and there was no way to contact HR or corporate. This concerns me as my family has spent a significant amount of money here in the past for multiple birthdays and other drop in times. This location has a great setup but the snack bar only has one person and it takes forever just to get tended to because she won't send other people while she cooking things in the microwave. People here should be able to multitask we shouldn't have to sit here and wait for chicken wings to be cooked before we can order a bag of chips and a drink. Also the bathrooms need to be better taken care of they're disgusting and they need to be cleaned at least every two hours somebody should go in there and see what's going on. Love love love this park !!! They recently got a new manager named JC and he and his team have totally transformed it!! They have added so much more stuff for the kids to do , VR, slides and arcade to name a few !! They moved the coaches so they are in the middle of the park where I can now sit and see everywhere with out getting up to check on my kids . It is so clean and the staff is so friendly especially Raymond !! A bunch of us moms have memberships and we are literally only like to come durning the week so we can see JC and Raymond!! Saturday after Thanksgiving, went to Groupon, got reservations for 6 restless kids for $20, drove 20 minutes, showed up and the sign in the window said "closed until further notice due to COVID" so we drove another 20 minutes to a playground. Sure, we could've checked the website beforehand that says they're closed before piling in the van but, then again, they could've taken their offer off Groupon or, at the very least, declined our money somehow, somewhere along the way to the Groupon checkout. Unattentive staff as my boys are jumping into the foam pit. They could've collided heads with another child. Women's handicap bathroom lock is duct tape, really? Selfishly, I hesitate to write this review because I don't want this place to become the overcrowded and dirty trampoline park like so many others. But the employees/management here work really hard and the location should be well known! We live about 20 minutes north and go out of our way to come to Altitude. It is CLEAN, the employees are kind and attentive, some of the employees interact and play games with the kids, and I like the footprint because it is fairly wide open and I have a decent view of my kids almost anywhere they roam - with the exception of the jousting/beam area and the foam block pit. In addition to general trampoline areas, there is a trampoline basketball area, dodge ball, jousting, beam, foam block pit, climbing wall... And a toddler area to stay clear of big kids. I have a son who usually struggles at other trampoline parks because of being overstimulated with all of the people and noise. He really loves coming to Altitude because there is space for everyone and he has such a great time! read more

So many customers returned because of certain employees that were employed which majority are gone now due to new management and poor treatment from management towards employees. I have had multiple customers contact me after the fact that say they will never be returning again because all of the staff, including myself, will not be returning OR due to the fact this place is way too expensive now for the lack of interaction from the employees and bonds lost. We went during the week around noon and the place was not very busy as most kids were at school. They have a special deal for kids 6 and younger between 10am and 1pm (only $7). It's $13 for one hour for kids 6 years and older or $20 per two hours. You also have to buy trampoline socks that can be re-used (I brought our own from last time). The cleanliness was average. Very dusty on top of the video game machines and in between different areas. The kids had a lot of fun and it was a good way to get some energy out on a rainy day. read more

I generally avoid trampoline parks, but this one is clean, well lit, each pay area is well supervised by staff, good visibility for watching your children, with lots of seating for parents. Stopped in with our toddler mid-week and found we had the place nearly to our selves! My son loved the variety of activities, various trampolines, foam pits and ball games. We stayed for a couple hours, working up a good sweat, and it barely cost the price of a lunch! Facilities were clean and well-maintained and staff was very friendly. We set out for a mini birthday celebration for my 6yo (3 adults, 6kids)originally set for Sky Zone but discovered they had a private event, Altitude was recommended to us by one of their employees. We were all happy to get to Altitude (kids,gifts and homemade cupcakes in tow). It was about 108 out today. We were greeted by a friendly young employee who offered to put the cupcakes in a fridge marked (employees only). He was quickly shut down by the manager on duty who clearly prefers upsetting and cheating customers over customer satisfaction. She told him, "no no we don't do that! That's for employees only!". She then turned and informed me that no outside food is allowed. To which I felt gut punched since I was up til 11pm making these cupcakes for my daughter and seeing as it was 108 outside, placing back in the car would have been equivalent to tossing them out. I attempted to reason with her about this policy. She said, "it wouldn't be fair to other customers to let me keep my cupcakes". Umm ok?!? $15/pp per hour, I seriously don't think this is a reasonable explanation for not allowing me to keep my cupcakes. So as I was about to tell my group we had to leave and go someplace else, power trip manager lady offers to let me keep my cupcakes if I pay $25 fee. Ugh!!! Well she had me, 6 kids already having had to relocate party and standing there with my cupcakes. Fine, I'll pay the $25!!! Plus the fee for 2hrs jumping for everyone. So... besides the initial aggravation and cupcake drama, I found the rest of the employees exceptionally friendly. The place seemed clean. My kids had a great time. They played good music and plenty of fun areas for all ages. Our group included: toddlers, school age, young teens, mom and grandma. Everyone had fun and The cupcakes were delicious. read more
