This location needs to be SHUT DOWN! Over the past few years my kids have been hurt at this location. Someone needs to do a safety check because rusty nails and screws should not be sticking out. Both incidents with my kids have happened due to a nail or screw being exposed. The have raise their prices within the past 5 years and no updates to this location or renovations have been made. For the first time I didn't read through reviews, big mistake. We were visiting for a wedding and waiting for our flight home in the evening and drove by this place to keep the kids entertained. They do not have regular prices listed. I thought I was paying $12 a kid and mandatory socks were $2.50. Coming from out of state I had no clue there is fall break for the area I ended up paying $85 for 3 kids. She handed my kids the socks and wrist bands before I even paid so now there was no going back. The toddler area was scary and unsafe, it looked like there was once a gate but the gate is half gone. Big kids came in destroying the toddler area. After an hour we left. Such a waste of money. read more

Not a very well-maintained kids' fun park. The arcade games are a decade old and even the steering wheel did not work and the machine wouldn't give the change back so we had to play many games with the broken steering wheel just to finish the credit. This place is very unsanitary and unsafe. We decided to try it, but as others have described, it is an absolute miracle the place has not been shut down by the health department. I went in to play with my children, and we got home about 7. It is presently 10pm, and I have been in and out of the restroom and on and off the toilet multiple times with explosive diarrhea. I think I may likely have co reacted norovirus. All the mats have black on them. It doesn't appear they are ever sanitized or wiped down. Some of the mats protecting the trampoline jump areas are loose and have come off (see image). Many/multiple areas that used to be open for play have been blocked off with boards and/or ropes. It looks like instead of fixing something that breaks or becomes worn out to the point of becoming unsafe, they just choose to block it off/not allow people to play in that portion of the park any longer because it's cheaper to just close that section off. One mother I spoke with inside warned my kids and I to watch out in the play structure as a nail was sticking out and cut her leg. While we were there, a teen got his leg caught between some trampoline springs and needed to be assisted by his father out of the jump area as he could not put any weight on his leg. After we saw that, we bailed. Not coming back. Stay away for your family's health and safety. read more

I brought my daughter here for her 5th birthday and I can honestly say we were disappointed. The moment you walk in there's a stench of sweat and dirt. The place was so dirt, the floor has never seen a vacuum and the mats have never been wiped down. Some of the steps that should have cushion are broken and you could feel the metal underneath. It was taped with duck tape. There was a collection of dirt over every slide, the little windows at the end of the slides had smudges on them and there were bandaids on the floor. There was no staff to attend you to buy your socks. Overall it was a bad experience and it's disappointing because you pay money for something that is suppose to be fun. There was areas that had foam squares and almost every square had images of penises carved out. Never again. This place is likely not up to code. read more

The kids had a good time way too many kids not being watched by there parents running all over , the pics in here make it look really good but it's so run down the toddler area needs help and the pits need stairs to get out it's a safety issue I'm 5'1' and had a hard time getting out of it ended up straining my knee trying to get up and out . This place is a hazard to children and it is extremely filthy. Entering the facility it has great potential. Once you pay their ridiculous prices and enter the play area you see what a disaster this place is. Many of the main attractions are closed/broken. There is exposed metal bar throughout the play areas, duct tape holding many obstacles together, ants/bugs everywhere, and a faint smell of cigarettes as if it used to be a bar. I'm not even upset with the staff because the issues are way beyond low level staff members. I'm truly surprised that this place hasn't been shut down for health violations. Today's reason, because it's Indigenous People's Day. Allllll the other pogo passes have exact rules on their pogo pass. Not Rush Fun Park. Nope. They don't have one single limitation on their pass but every time we show up there's a new rule or reason. It's BS if you ask me. It's a ploy to get people to feel awkward and buy passes anyways. The worst staff of any children's place I've been to disorganized and overpriced don't go

We started going to Rush since it's opening, it's like night and day now. We went back today after not going for about a year or more, so many exposed metal beams, wooden planks, even in the 6 and under section. Never feels clean in there. The trampolines are all dangerously worn out - so much of the actual jungle gym is broken, or just "taped" off - why not remove it all together ? I saw kids trying to get past the tape, which seeing as they're little and just curious I understand why - clearly safety is not a concern anymore. So sad to see what this place has become ! Save your money and go ANY WHERE BUT HERE. Worst $80 for 2 children (3 and 8) ever spent. read more

This is a great play place!! It is very clean and well kept including the restrooms. The employees are very helpful and kind. It is easy to find and has plenty of parking. We have been to two of the three locations and so far like this one the best. Our two girls are 12 and 10 and they both liked it allot. Of course I enjoyed the massage chair! read more

Took the boys here for a little fun today. Been here many times. I made the mistake of not putting both boys in their branded Rush Fun Park socks. Wyatt had a competitors socks on. The woman at desk said sorry but you have to buy our socks. I explained my mistake and couldn't she see fit to give us a break. Absolutely not. It's their policy. To be clear, Wyatt's socks were the same as their socks but just with a different company name on them. So buyer beware. As far as I know, Skyzone and KTR and Uptown Jungle all allow any socks as long as they have the rubber sticky pads on the bottom of the socks. They don't go for a shameless $5 money grab. They are charging $22.95 plus the socks they force you to use (can't use any other rubber bottom socks but their own) $4.50 for socks, plus tax... $30 per child for 2 hours. Before noon they have a deal for $12.95 for kids 5 and under...we showed up 12:06 with a 1.5 year old and were charged the after 12 rate of $22.95 plus $4.50 for socks and tax... $30 for a 1.5 year old to use the small area dedicated to tots. They say because it's a school break the price increases from the regular 18.95 to 22.95 per child regardless of age. This place is super dirty and smells of a sweaty locker room. It is also not very secure...anyone can walk in and out of this place without question. Also the kids wanted to use the rock wall yet it was closed because they didn't have a staff member to work it. We went when it was during the week and most kids are in school and it was absolutely amazing. We've been to other parks like this around Phoenix and this was by far the cleanest, had the best and most amazing staff, and wasn't overcrowded. It was fun for all the kids and we definitely will be back. It was like we had the whole place to ourselves. We had grip socks at home but forgot them so make sure you have some for yourselves and kids or you'll need to purchase theirs. We will be back cause this place rocked! Cherie was awesome! Interaction with the kids, coaching in the rock climbing area was amazing. Had a 10 year old who climbed to the top of a structure, afraid to climb down. She had infinite patience Walked, talked him through it. Facility was clean, organized, and it probably helped that it was mid-week, not crowded at all. This place is gross. The bathrooms are worse than a truck stop! They look like they haven't been cleaned in years. There is no soap, no lock on the men's stall and poop in the floor that looks like it has been there for ages. If you want to catch something, this is the jump park for your kids. They have a lot to offer, but when I was watching my children play, there are broken safety nets, tears in plastic that they are walking on, exposed beams, and I would hate to know when the last time any of the pits were cleaned. read more
