Stay away at all costs. If you purchase a monthly membership, be warned that they will not cancel it, will not refund you, and will tell you that this happens all the time (them failing to cancel memberships after telling customers they are all set). Around October 2024, we cancelled our monthly membership. The website was down, so we did so in person and were told we're all set and it's cancelled. It was in fact never cancelled and we continued to be charged until we cancelled the credit card itself in July 2026. We went in person to ask how and why this happened. We were told that this happens ALL the time (!!) and that our situation (~18 months of over billing) isn't even the worst they've seen (!!). They went as far as saying that often times someone will write down a name to cancel their membership, but then the person who is able to do the actual cancellation is never told what that name is for, so it never happens. (I'm still shocked that they blatantly acknowledged what a pervasive issue this is for them). After emailing corporate about the situation (as we were told to do), we were offered ONE MONTH of refund to cover ~18 months of over charge. That is crazy. We have continued to go back and forth and Sky Zone refuses to refund the money for a membership that was cancelled nearly two years ago. Absolutely wild behavior. Stay away at all costs. read more

Doesn't have slides, zip lines, or a working obstacle course. Part of it is broken. The employees were nowhere to be found in some areas so you couldn't use the drop zone (which required an employee). Rude older dirty blonde lady. Food was quoted 10 minutes, I tried to be graceful but it took at least three times as long. The bathrooms were not being serviced, water or pee on the ground where you're wearing socks..... Literally never coming back to this location. Also my sister got bit by some weird bug four times!!! Don't know if it's living in the foam pit or what. Gross. read more

First off Merry welcomed us with the biggest smile & burst of genuine enthusiasm! It was my first time. In the past we'd given a package of visits to our grandkids, this year we gave them an annual pass because they love it so much. Erick was awesome attentive and keenly connected with the kids. Both of these young employees have been there over 2 yrs and love what they do. What an atmosphere of fun, adventure, challenge, socializing and clean!!! This place is very clean & and equipment is kept up to be safe. The party rooms are ideal for celebrating. I was impressed by how the various ages of 5-6 yrs young to teens integrated playing basketball and dodgeball without overwhelming the smaller ones. This is a special place. Memberships are worth it if going to go more than once a month. Staff is mainly teenagers and often they are distracted or talking. Even saw two kiddos grey hurt and staff didn't even turn around. Have to be very patient at front as well. Several employees walked by me at check in and didn't even acknowledge I was there. Can get busy at times. I am not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. We have some grandkids in town and one of them is four years old and she was not old enough to go along on the horseback ride adventure, so we decided to take her to the morning session of little leapers yesterday. We were able to fill out the paperwork online before hand and we checked in right at 9 AM and we pretty much had the place to ourselves so the first 20 to 30 minutes. There is a daycamp happening, but those kids moved to classrooms once the 9 o'clock session started, so it was absolutely amazing to be able to jump freely on the trampolines with her. The bathrooms were very clean, contrary, to some of the other reports, it seems they may have improved in this area. The staff was super friendly and walking around, making sure everyone was safe. I would say by the time we reached 11 o'clock, they were maybe 15 or so kids in Total, so it was very quiet, not crowded at all, and my granddaughter enjoyed every single minute of her two hour jumping session. we paid $15 for her plus there were three adults and we purchased three pairs of socks and we just took turns staying by her side as she moved to the different areas. read more

We booked a VIP Mega party package for my son. On the website (see picture) it shows that you get goodie bags... One of the main reasons I booked this particular package.... More on this later... You book, you get a confirmation email... Then nothing until the week of, then a phone call confirmation. Upon arrival it's pretty chaotic and not much information is given on how it works. They did take all of our supplies and put them in the back/fridge. Our room wasn't set up until later, no big deal, I was able to help but had to keep asking for all of our stuff... So apparently it isn't labeled or put on a cart so that everything is brought out? They do a nice birthday shout out and then you move to the room. The food is good, it is nice that we don't have to clean up, but I was disappointed that I had to keep asking for all of the items we brought... They didn't know which water case was ours... Etc. Now... Back to the goodie bags.. they are NOT included despite what the website says. I found this out AT the party, once IN the room. Im glad I had bought a few items to add to the goodie bag. I was told that there is an option to add them on later... There isn't... But regardless, why advertise it if it doesn't come with the package? I did give 3 stars as the food is good, the host was kind, and the kids enjoyed the park... But they do need improvements in a few areas for events to run seamlessly... Something I feel they should have down as I was told they have up to 20 parties a day! 1) put all party items brought in by parents in a specific area/label them to ensure all get taken to room when it is time 2) give parents a run down of what to expect/how it works 3) you ask us to come in 30 min early - be ready for that to happen. 4) make party package descriptions show what is really included... Don't say you get something when you have removed it. 5) it would be nice if they gave parents a cart to store goodie bags/gifts/other party items brought in until the end of jump time. - the mega VIP has 30 min after room time. I attended a birthday party at SkyZone Scottsdale and was disappointed with the experience. Check-in was chaotic, even though the building was practically a ghost town with very few people there since the party was at 10 a.m. Even after the hosting mom confirmed adding an extra child to her package and walked me to the counter, the staff still questioned me, mixed me up with another party, and delayed us for nearly 10 minutes while they tried to sort it out. The new policy limiting jump time was also frustrating. Even though the party lasts two hours, the kids are only allowed to jump for one. After the hour was up, staff went around cutting off wristbands and refused to allow the kids back out, even while the party time was still active. The manager repeatedly said the rule exists because kids eat and then vomit, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially since I purchased an additional band with no concern mentioned about vomiting. In the past, kids rushed through eating to spend more time jumping with friends, and rarely stayed long in the party room. This time, they did the same expecting to return to play, and were extremely upset when they were not allowed to. SkyZone now offers an optional upgraded three-hour party package where the kids can jump for two hours and spend one hour in the room--but even then, they are still confined to the party room or small arcade for the remaining time. Paying for three hours does not mean three hours of jumping. With this new policy and the difficulty at check-in, it does not feel like a welcoming or family-friendly experience. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and it is not something I would recommend to others. I would never book a party here under these conditions. KTR and SkyZone were way more welcoming and less restrictive. read more

Sky Zone is a fun spot for kids, and the membership usually pays for itself, which makes it worthwhile. My boys really enjoy coming here. However, as a parent, it can be a bit overwhelming -- the noise level is incredibly loud, and the chairs and tables are far from comfortable. Also, be mindful of other wild jumpers; when kids are bouncing together on the trampolines, it's not always the safest situation. Went here for a kid's birthday party. The area is huge with tons of trampolines and it is fun to spend time with if you have kids at your party. Our toddler boy had fun here. Many staffs all over to keep an eye and they suddenly appear from nowhere if you break any rules. The disappointing part is the food there. With very few options and a pizza slice costing around $5, these are not very appealing places to eat especially when you are tired of jumping on the trampoline. 1-star review I never write reviews, but our experience at the Sky Zone on Tatum Blvd & Greenway, Scottsdale , Arizona was so upsetting & horrible, I had to speak up for the benefit of other young families like us! We booked a private room for our daughter's birthday, but when we arrived, it had been given to another party, something they failed to mention the day before when another manager confirmed everything on the phone with us. When we asked about it, the manager that day, Tasha, instead of apologizing or trying to make it work, was extremely rude in front of our daughter and told us we could cancel the party, when 14 families were about to arrive in 15mins. Her attitude was very unprofessional and hurtful. This was supposed to be a special day, and they completely mishandled it! We finally bought a membership about a year ago. I typically bring a car full of kids and let them loose. The staff at Sky zone is efficient and helpful. One of the best things offered is supervision on the dodgeball and basketball courts. The team helps to resolve conflicts and handle any situation among the players. Obviously, parental supervision is also required but it is awesome to see my kids mentored by the young adults who are working there. Tasha (the GM) is involved in the business ensuring food quality, cleanliness, safety; all evidence of her commitment to the team on the floor. Sky zone is a great place to get the kids some exercise and it is easy to feed the crew on the visit as well. The Fuel Zone offers a good variety of meals to satisfy my kids and it is efficient and tasty. read more

We have been coming to this location for a few years! My kids always have a great time. There are many activities for them to participate in.....a huge rock wall, a jousting pit, a ninja course, a basketball court, individual jump basketball hoops, and more! We love going during the week, when it is not too busy! All the staff are really great.....Tasha and Kieron are always quick to respond to emails, and do a good job of ensuring people are greeted at the front door. My kids especially love Patrick! He is a SUPER encourager, gives them hints and tips about how to master the ninja course, and is very engaging and wants to get to know the kids that visit often. We love coming here! We are thankful for the great staff, the clean facility, and a fun, indoor option for when it's 110 degrees out! read more

Had a really poor experience after being a regular this summer. I arrived with my 4-year old who'd been waiting for me to get home from work so we could go jump. Took a few minutes for anyone to arrive at the register before the Cashier let us know we couldn't jump since our rubber bottom socks weren't skyzone branded. I thought they were joking. We have a membership and have plenty of skyzone socks at home, it's never mattered what brand our socks were. Cashier told us policy went in place last week and corporate told them to say it's for insurance purposes. I pointed out the socks we were wearing were the same socks skyzone sells, but she insisted we could only jump if we bought new skyzone socks from them then and there. Pretty shameful policy from Skyzone. I'm not doing business with companies that make policies like this. It feels so out of touch with the customer, and the poor employees are left trying to enforce something they know is ridiculous. We visited on a busy Saturday. We were not impressed with the supervision at SkyZone. There was one area where tons of kids were jumping and doing flips into this pit without waiting their turn (serious safety hazard) and no one supervising. There were a few employees watching jumpers in other less hazardous areas. Not recommended for younger kids unless you actively supervise them yourself. Older kids often playing in the "toddler" area. Snack bar - eleven pretzel bites and cheese took over 20 minutes & had to check on it. Discovered upon arrival they were CLOSED FROM 9-11 for a private function. No notice, email not indications online. NO ability to call and get a live person, only leave a message (that historically they NEVER return call). Disgusting after 45min of pickup and transit time. Frustrated. $320+ tax so far for THIS? ***Update. Talked to the Manager later in the morning who was very understanding and agreed to refund the memberships. Got a personal text from his cell and follow-up call/email from another staff member all to confirm the refund (Excellent follow-up btw). They do (from our past visits) have some great people working there which I noted, just a shame the communication challenges which seemingly could be rectified easily and I expressed are too challenging to 'hope' this doesn't happen again. ***I'm guessing (???) there could be some internal struggles with Corporate vs. Franchise operation changes (from other business experiences I've had). Wow! So much to do here. Staff greets you at the door and instructs you to the waiver sign up. You can sign waiver before you arrive to save time. The snack bar has lots to choose from and is priced pretty reasonable. Staff is very friendly and involved while the kids play. Great place for birthday parties. I just wanted to give a shout out to Tasha at the Scottsdale location! I'm a nanny and I took all the kids to Sky Zone on Febraruy 17th when the boys had a day off off of school. There are two nine-year-old twin boys and then a four-yeaer-old and two-year-old girl, so finding a place that they all can enjoy can be hard, but they all like Sky Zone. Anyway, I noticed Tasha always walking around the entire area and keeping an eye on as many kids as possible, making sure everyone was being safe and having fun. At one point, she stopped and with a big smile and happy face, asked me and the girls if we were all good and I said, "yes, thanks for asking!" At first I thought maybe we were doing something wrong, but then I realized she was being friendly with all the patrons and making sure everyone was enjoying their time. At another point, she actually did stop me and told me I had to change my socks, which up until then, I thought was ridiculous because I still had socks with the grippies, just not SKY ZONE socks. I asked her what the big deal was and she explained (this is not verbatim) that there are "those" people who if something happens would love to somehow put blame on the company, rather than it may actually/possibly being their own or their child's fault. It's ridiculous to have to have a half dozen socks with grippies from different trampoline parks, but after talking to her, I totally understand why it's necessary (for those who wouldn't want to take the responsibility on themselves if something happened.) I bring 2 of my grandchildren into Sky Zone Scottsdale 2-3 times a week. The team makes it safe by making other kids follow rules. They welcome you as family and help you with what you need with a smile. Kieron, Teddy, Victoria and Anthony stand out with greeting us. Tasha keeps a clean and safe park. She will stop and talk to my grandchildren. She comes up to attractions to talk with all guests to make sure everyone is having fun. read more

Promised my kids I'd bring them to the trampoline park, but this was the biggest letdown ever. On the way, I called -- twice -- with no answer, so, because they are supposedly open until 10pm, we showed up. We arrived at 7pm, checked in, and waited until 7:15pm until I had to go grab one of the 3 employees who clearly saw us and were looking at us but decided to ignore us and continue cleaning and rearranging chairs. Clearly customer service is not their number one priority here. Finally an employee came to help us, huffing and puffing -- apparently we were an inconvenience -- and informed us that "Glow" starts at 8pm and we would only be allowed to jump until 7:30pm -- why? Because apparently they need 30mins to "set up" God-knows what in order to turn on black lights, even though it only starts at 8pm. We could've had 45mins to jump, which would've been plenty time but no, apparently that wasn't possible. We then asked if we could then jump for 30mins; the answer was no. We asked if we could purchase an hour of jumó time, knowing that we'd only have 30mins, the answer was no. Our only option was to purchase 120mins of time with an up-charge, according to the front desk staff, who had the most condescending, rude, unprofessional attitude. So -- we left; kids sad and me extremely disappointed and upset with the subpar treatment we received. If you're looking for somewhere fun to take your kids to play, try Luv2play instead of this place. The staff's attitudes absolutely stink and customers are not welcomed. Great facility poor management. I've frequented this establishment many times, but never again. Apparently they allow older children to stay there without parents - and physically acost kids. My children watched as other children were hit in the face with the dodgeball, and my partner had his glasses broken. He was playing with my young kids, and these older kids were following them around harassing them. And despite another employee witnessing this and him requesting to speak with the manger, the manager insisted the kids were asked to sit down.. And that he did not talk to her first. When he was asking where the kids parents were. She then falsely accused him of saying bad things about their mom. But there were plenty of witnesses including another employee who could see these "kids" were harassing, and that my partner tried to resolve the issue with their parents and/or manager. Where were there parents and why were they not asked to leave? My guess are the kids are related to this "manager," and has set up a poor example for my children who essentially witness a person of authority failing to protect them and other children. I would urge others to find other establishments that don't allow BULLIES to hang around and abuse young children, and destroy people's belongings. Lol and she said that he should have put his glasses away. Apparently she doesn't expect patrons to be able to see. Most likely so they can't point out BULLIES who she clearly knows are throwing things at patrons' faces. INCLUDING YOUNG CHILDREN'S FACES. read more

My kids are obsessed with watching Ninja Warrior courses on TV, so when I learned that Sky Zone was open and had a warrior style obstacle area in addition to the trampolines, dodgeball, foam pit, etc... I wanted to go check it out. Plus, it's a perfect activity to escape the summer heat! We spent 90 minutes at Sky Zone last weekend and we did have a really good time... The facility is located at Greenway / Tatum and is brand new and nicer than any of the "competitors" in the area. It's pricey... We ended up paying close to $50 for 2 kids to jump and play, but that included their sky socks ;) My son loved the dodge ball and both kids enjoyed the warrior obstacle course and foam pit... I jumped and played a bit too, so I guess we really did get our $$'s worth. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part -- you can tell that some are more comfortable and personable than others. Also, the check-in process wasn't the smoothest, but once you've completed the waiver, I would imagine it's easier on future visits. While I haven't yet been to or hosted a birthday party here, it appears parties at Sky Zone are pretty turn-key with several private rooms and a Hungry Howie's Pizza located in the same shopping center. We took some photos from their photobooth before leaving which turned out pretty funny... All in all, a great addition to the handful of indoor activity places one can go to escape our crazy summer heat, or burn some energy throughout the year. I am sure we'll be back! read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Our "fun trip" there was a nightmare. 1) louder than chuck-e-cheese 2) the "toddler" area is a giant pit, a foam pit, a climbing wall and a gate that doesn't latch OR the exact same trampolines as for the big kids but with a net that does nothing to keep big kids out or little kids in. It would be boring, but age appropriate, for kids maybe 4-5, but definitely not safe or suitable for little ones. Total false advertisement. When I think "trampoline park" I definitely don't think toddler, which is fine! But I was excited to give this a shot as they specifically have the "toddler" zone and so I brought my two olders and two littles and was really blindsided by not having a single safe place for my toddlers to play. 3) not even the gate on the toddler area is safe- beyond not latching my toddler actually got their fingers stuck as we were trying to leave and was hurt enough to scream. 4) the workers mock you to your face and call even gentle, simple requests a "tantrum" - we bought their 5$ socks and one pair had a hole so I went and politely asked if we could get a new pair please. They offered me used camp socks and I was all "oh, no i mean we just bought new ones. Could we get a different pair?" and the worker just rolled their eyes and aggressively handed out the socks. I, not wanting to deal with that rudeness, just said "okay" and walked away (not stomped, not stormed, nothing.) and my teen heard them talking s*** about how I was a Karen and having tantrums about socks. I asked for a refund about 10 minutes into our jump time for my two toddlers after I tried to help lower them into the foam pit and they both got trapped in between an air bag and the wall. It was scary and I was in tears (but kept my voice calm and my words kind) and the worker laughed at me, then the manager didn't want to talk to me once he saw I was nursing (literally looked at me and walked the other direction).
