DO NOT BOOK YOUR PARTY AT THIS LOCATION THE MANAGMENT AND TEAM ARE HORRIBLE!!!! I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the way my granddaughter's birthday party was handled at your location today. Despite arriving 15 minutes early as requested, we were not given access to our private room until five minutes before noon, leaving us no time to set up or decorate. Guests arriving were made to wait between 10 and 15 min before being checked in. Although your brochure clearly states that the private room is for 120 minutes, staff began aggressively cleaning the room and removing decorations and paid-for beverages at 1:40 PM. while my granddaughter was opening presents and all guest were in the room. They made her and her friends move so they could take the tablecloth which we supplied. When we pointed out that our time should run until 2:00 PM, an employee named Shawn was incredibly rude, condescending, and even laughed when I mentioned the poor service. He then stood behind us making rude remarks like "you are now 3 min over your room time) it was 148pm. While my granddaughter was being rushed to open her presents and get out. By the way they rushed us out so fast that they didn't even give her Swag bag we had to ask for it. And it had no T-shirt Furthermore, we were met with significant hostility regarding opening presents. While your own materials state process #3, that food, cake, and presents will be waiting in the room, the manager, Jazmine, argued with the mother of the birthday girl, claiming presents were not allowed. Even after we showed her that your literature only recommends against it to save play time, the staff continued to be difficult. We were eventually forced out of the room at 1:50 PM while my granddaughter was still in the middle of opening her gifts. We left the room rushed after management and employees made the party as uncomfortable as possible. At of the end of the party I was greeted with more hostility and rudeness by Shawn. So I said to him when the handed the gratuity sheet that because of the way were we treated. I would not be leaving a tip. Shawn exact words were "OH NO" while laughing. I do understand how the staff acts is because that is the managers style Rude and condescending. The lack of professionalism and the contradictory policies made what should have been a special day very stressful. read more

Paid $23 for two hours. Not bad of a price. Luckily, Adults do not have to pay. I gave this place a 3 because it wasn't very clean. Trash on a lot of the seating benches in the front, and I didn't see any employees actively cleaning when I was there. I also think they deserved a 3 because alot of the employees were on their phone and not enforcing rules when kids weren't being safe. Arrived at 4 pm on a Sunday and stayed till 6 pm. Keep in mind that I do have grip socks on but apparently that's no longer good enough. I hope the $6 grip socks were worth losing a loyal member of your club. This place has gone downhill and needs a serious facelift. I can see why the Groupon deal is so good... The first thing you smell when you walk in is pure urine, the smell is very strong. I've placed pictures of all the things that didn't work (at least the ones that I came across, I'm sure they're more). Super fun place for kids! We brought our two grandkids today (Age 13 & 8). They have trampolines, climbing walls, and climbing structures. There is a smaller area for toddlers. There is free Wifi . ** Please note that kids must wear grip socks. We were able to purchase them a pair there. There is a concession stand that sells snacks. Brought my grandkids here today and we were very excited to try this new place. We arrived around 11:30 and the kids were super excited about the climbing wall. As we were waiting, the girl said she needed to take a quick break and that the manager was having a quick meeting with everyone. We waited about 45 minutes and I asked at the front. I was told Cindy was the manager and she was still holding a meeting. This place is packed, no one supervising the floor, people waiting to pay for snacks and only one person trying to check everyone in. This indoor playground has potential. But....It is really upsetting when my kid wants to play with the foam ball shooter or the merry go round in the under 5 kids section and they are broken. We have never been there when either of those have been working. I feel that it could also be cleaned since ive never seen any employee clean during the day which makes me nervous. When we finally had some direction the rooms for open parties were cramped and felt confined for 40 children not counting adults. We were to have 4 pizzas at our 2 tables. They announced pizzas were ready and all 20 kids ran to eat except we only had 3 of the 4 pizzas at our tables. We waited over 25 minutes for the last pizza by that time the kids were off to play. Again we had to ask the staff to bring out the cakes and announce the kids to come back. They forgot the ice cream and of course we had to ask. Guess what no ice cream scoop! She not only yelled at my husband for not having grip socks but she also said she had told him 5 times already when in all actuality it was 1. The place was incredibly run down & dirty. The staff who were at the register were nice. There was a lady who was extremely rude about adults having grip socks. I paid for my 1 year old's admission (which the people behind me didn't do) and nobody told us that grip socks were needed for me to be with my 1 year old when we checked in. The focus of this review should probably be how awesome a time my nephews had during our visit. While that will not remain unsaid, I also managed to have a fairly awesome time as well! Uptown is this sweet indoor entertainment area designed to keep your kids active. They don't entertain by throwing video games at them, but instead there are trampolines, ball pits, slides, and even rock climbing. Everything is included with the price of admission, meaning no nickle and diming you. My nephews (just under 2, 4 and 5) along with my sister and her husband came for 2 hours in the morning session. I wish I wrote down the name of the cashier as she was friendly as she walked us down our time options. From there, the adults played man defense with the kids while they explored. I needed to duck in a few places, but was happy to find I wasn't constantly trying to avoid things set at heights designed for kids. We all needed naps by the end! During COVID, they require face masks be worn and do have hand sanitizer at the door. I do clean up between sessions to keep the place safe. This time the new clerk told me I would have to pay for myself, I explained that I wasn't going to play, that I just needed to keep a close eye on my grandson. It's 7:25 and they try closing this place extremely early every night! people pay by the hour and they tell the kids to get there shoes and find there parents 15 mins before closing. they are so quick to close that the employees don't care that when they are spraying down the chairs and table that there is parents sitting there watching there kids and then get sprayed by the chemical bottles by them and don't even bother to apologize! these teenagers that they have working here are not nice to the children especially the tall long skinny curly haired kid has a horrible attitude when closing tried to throw a bottle away and dang near almost hit my child in the face missing the trash bin. read more

Uptown Jungle provides and email where you can communicate any issues you have experienced and not one email or phone call back. it's just not worth it. you are also suppose to get a free shirt, we did not receive ours. We had to constantly seek out our party host, as soon as he completed something he was gone away. The room was not fully set up, we brought our own fruit tray, this was not in the room when we were first allowed in. We had to go to the front desk to ask the girl to find our host. Once he came back we requested the soda that we had paid for. It honestly was the worst experience and I would never recommend having a party here. Short but sweet review. My children absolutely loved coming here. We came for a birthday party. The party was after they closed, so only the children from the party were here to play. They loved having free reign of everything. This meant that they did not have to wait to play on the structures. If you are considering planning a birthday party, I highly recommend this option. The birthday also had a room off to the side for pizza and presents. All children also received the required grip socks and a goodie bag. Clip joint and party crashers. Having a birthday party here is not a good value. Not sure that charging a sales tax on what is basically a service is even legal in Arizona but they did' Plus you will be expected to pay even for kids that show up that weren't even invited to your party at 25 dollars a pop. And there were two kids at the party that weren't even students at my child's school where she handed out the invitations nor did they confirm that they were going to attend. So don't worry about no one showing up for your kid's birthday party. Uptown jungle provides at least two for a fee. LOL! So this is how a $435 dollar party at Uptown Jungle turns into about $610 dollars. I paid a deposit of $108 and change and then $501. 04 on the day of the party after leaving a 10 percent tip. The girl that helped wasn't that pleasant nor helpful but I didn't want to just stiff her even though I doubt she actually got the full $57.83 dollar tip after my experience in this place. I'd recommend giving a tip directly in cash if you want to roll the dice on this place. read more

I really wanted to give this a better review - especially with how friendly and great the sales manager Sasha was with booking our party, but given how things went down on the day of, I couldn't. The booking process was good and Sasha was great in finding the perfect approach for what we needed for our party. (We we're coming for a team/group end of year celebration.) But upon arrival I was told to wait because they were running behind, even though we were told to be there 15 mins early. We didn't get checked in and let the kids start playing until at least 15-20 mins after our start time. While checking in some of the waivers that parents had done couldn't be found so we had to do it again. Then even though cost included socks the girls behind the counter didn't want to give us any for kids that had socks. (Said they were running low.) When I pushed and said no we need socks we got either the smallest option or a men's size. They said they were out of the others, but I saw them at the other counter later. (So basically they didn't want to walk over there or they wanted to keep those to charge people for them.) We finally got socks for all girls and they got to start playing. This was my first time here and I will be honest I was paranoid about a kid being able to go out a door or being taken. There were at least 3 exits I saw and nothing was being watched by workers. (Is it sad that I feel more secure with my kids at Chuck-E-Cheese, than I did here?) Luckily parents helped to look out for each other's kids, but that was a lot of anxiety that really shouldn't be. The kids didn't know and were happy so at least that is good. The staff let us know that we wouldn't be able to get into the party room until a lot later because the previous party was running late. We didn't get access until about 315 when our party was supposed to be from 2-4. I could tell the cleaning was a rush job as the floor was sticky in places. Also, even though the food was running late and didn't arrive until 345, I had to ask for a pitcher of water for the kids so they could have something to drink since it was supposed to be included. Since we didn't have access to the room for quite awhile some parents ended up buying drinks for themselves and the kids at the front stand, but that was a nightmare as they had to hunt down a worker to be able to pay. Luckily we are honest and wanted to pay otherwise they could have just walked off with the items. (The place wasn't even as busy as I have been told it could be.) All of the staff was just hanging out together in one place. The bathrooms in the back were undecidedly nasty and could use a good or regular cleaning throughout the day. One bathroom I went in had snack food spilled all over the floor another had pee all over the floor. Just thinking about kids in socks going to the bathroom then going back out to play, made me cringe and honestly all the parents pretty much had all the kids throw away the socks before leaving. No one wanted to take home pee-pee socks. Even if they could be washed. Also, in walking around to follow my kids I saw trash, bottles, wrappers all around the place and no one seeming to care about picking them up. The food (pizza from Barro's) seemed to be good as the kids inhaled it when we finally got into the room. And we were able to get 2 other drinks (pitchers) once we were in the room. I did have to ask for a serving spatula for the pizza to be able to dish it out. The staff working seemed to be overwhelmed and all over the place. I am not sure if a Team party has a different level of support, but I was struggling with how much of a tip to leave for the party based on everything that went wrong and the lack of support, but I wasn't even given an option to tip - so either they realized service wasn't up to par or maybe support wasn't part of it. The kids did have fun - which is why I went with 3 stars, but I had to knock off 2 for all the issues and overall haphazard and unclean feel of the place. If we weren't just starting to come back out after a pandemic I might not have noticed so much, but sadly in this climate this just saddened me. read more

Took my kids here and saw a boy throw up in the toddler area on a spinning sit down toy, the boys adult wiped up the vomit and left, went to let the staff know a child threw up on the piece and said someone will be there shortly, time went on and no one came to clean up. Told staff again and all they could say was oh I thought someone cleaned it up already. Still waited for someone to clean up the piece and when the employee came all he asked was to confirm the child's adult wiped up the vomit herself and I told her yes she did and I also had to wipe it down because children were starting to play on it, but that it should be cleaned further. There is no sense of urgency for cleanliness at this place, even if someone throws up.Employees who are supposed to be watching the trampoline area are always on their phone and not even looking at the customers. Looks like there is no cleaning schedule with the condition the place is in. Instead of employees on their phones maybe they should clean. read more

Every time we come here there is an issue, you have to beg to use the rock wall and they decide if and when, the nerf guns and suction are never working, and staff is no where to be found to regulate what's going on. Bathrooms are always a mess and the staff is rude when they can be found not huddled up and talking in a circle. This place was fun! Came on a Tuesday after a Holiday and it was pretty busy, but also school is out. Didn't have to wear a mask which is a plus. My kids are 10, 9 & 1. There was something for everyone! There was someone constantly sweeping which I liked, slot cleaner than most indoor playgrounds. Best value would be to get the Groupon for two hours and let your little ones burn off some energy. There's a toddler area with a ball pit, soft ride on toys and a slide. I booked my kids birthdays here and we were excited to come as it was our first time here. Upon arrival we were being checked in by a very nice young man he was professional and very nice. In the middle of check in the GM (Cindy) came to the register and seemed to have an attitude about I don't know what but she finished checking us in and when it came to the waiver portion of our check in she took my phone number down and with the rudest tone of voice said "there is nothing here" she rudely asked for my phone number again and continued with her rude behavior huffing and puffing behind the register telling me I didn't fill out any waiver. I showed her the email I received which clearly stated all the names of the waivers I had already filled out. She just shrugged her shoulders and was like oh that's weird. I work in customer service and I just know the way she handled the situation was terrible! I booked a party here and expected great customer service as you already know it's not cheap to book parties here. Later on right before we were to get our party room I was in the restroom so I didn't hear my name be called over the intercom. I went up to the desk to ask and Cindy again with her rude tone said "well we called you guys like twice already so I don't know" like wtf who speaks to customers that way?! I informed them I was in the restroom and one of my kids has autism and he will not respond right away sometimes. My kids had fun but I will not be returning here let alone give them any business what so ever. I was surprised to hear that Cindy was the GM there. That lady needs a serious attitude adjustment.
