The overall experience was an interesting one for sure... issues with filling out the waiver and attitude when checking in... Then when ordering food was denied in the restaurant area due to it being already closed done for the night at 8:45 on a Saturday when the hours state open u til 10pm

Came in a group of 4 adults and 5 children. We signed our waivers before arriving. Carley greeted us. She was awesome. So sweet and professional. She answered all our questions. They only charge $3,50 for socks to jump where other establishments charge $5 or more. They let you trade in jump socks with grip bottoms from other places to get free socks! Rock on!!! The park was super clean. It isn't super huge, but it kept our girls entertained for 90 minutes. One of the trampolines and basketball courts were closed, but there was another court, and not being crowded made it irrelevant. The rock wall climbing is challenging to do it in socks as it hurts your feet. We asked why the super slides were closed. They mentioned that they had limited staff during slower hours and if we asked an employee on the floor they would open it up for us, and they did! It pays to communicate. They have cameras where you keep your personal belongings. There is even a pickleball court connected too. We didn't eat any food as we have limited diets. We came to play. Everyone had a blast. Unlike other places our girls actually would love to come back to this location. The entire staff was great.

Came here this afternoon for the first time with my 4 year old daughter. It was very clean and all of the employees at the different sections were attentive and helpful. The price was very reasonable and we were able to do everything! You do have to buy their grip socks but you get a 5% discount the next time you come if you bring them! I will definitely be coming back because my daughter had a blast! Also the slide that goes up the ceiling is so fun!

I couldn't have picked a better place to throw my son's 6th birthday party. From start to finish the staff was so helpful and friendly. Everyone has a blast!. There was something for all of us to do. I was Very impressed. Highly recommended!!

Coming here first thing was the best idea I could have had, it opens at 10 or 11 *don't quote me but we were first in line.. I recommend filling out the waiver online before you come.. the kids were so excited they rushed me the entire time. We bought 3 tixs for 90 min.. to test this place out but I'm definitely doing 120 min the next time. They have a bunch of cool obstacles, 2 kick a$$ slides and basketball hoops galore.. my favorite spot was the snack area!! And plenty of places to sit while my kiddos played. I will be back at the same time so they can have the place to themselves lol jk it's 11:32 and there's people here but not an overwhelmingly amount.

Workers nice cool people a lot fun activities to do just a cool in General will be back soon . Also stuff do for all kids and adults

If you're trying to decide which urban air to go to I would highly recommend this one over Goodyear as for the same price you get so much more. This location has go karts laser tag a longer zip line the same obstacle course up near the zip line as well as a food court party rooms, rock climbing, walls, trampolines of course as well as an arcade. Unfortunately, for some reason, the arcade was totally shut down, though it did look like the games weren't perfect condition, so I'm not sure if they were having an issue with their card machine or what but we weren't able to play any games service was pretty good for the most part considering teenagers are mostly running all of the things that you need help with. The teenage boy running the go karts however probably had the best service of the entire place. He was friendly courteous. Explain the rules well and was kind to the kids. I just wish I knew his name. We spent many hours there and I know we could've spent more but I had other places to be will definitely be back for sure.

My son was second in line driving up the ramp when a ride operator shut off power mid-ramp for no legitimate reason. When power was cut, the kart lost braking capability -- the brakes are electrically operated -- and rolled backward down the ramp into a wall. This entire incident is on video. When confronted, the operator admitted he shut the power off because he "thought the kart was already at the top." It wasn't. This was not equipment failure. It was operator negligence. Yes, we signed the waiver -- because parents are required to. A waiver does not excuse cutting power to moving vehicles or operating an attraction where a child instantly loses the ability to stop if an employee makes a mistake. That's not assumed risk. That's reckless operation and a fundamentally unsafe setup. My son followed instructions and attempted to brake. The brakes did nothing once power was cut. Staff response afterward was unacceptable: an ice pack, paperwork, and managers who didn't witness the incident and couldn't explain what happened. No urgency. No accountability. Urban Air markets itself as family-friendly. There is nothing family-friendly about employees guessing with controls while children are on a ramp in go-karts. This was entirely preventable. Parents: do not assume this place is safe. Especially the go-karts.

There is such inconsistency between foam mats and mats that are blown up with air, that you can't tell which type you'll be stepping on until you're landing on it. It already felt unsafe due to the layout, but both myself and another mom fell in the same area. I don't know if she was okay, but I broke my knee and sprained my ankle just stepping down onto a poorly inflated mat. I immediately hit hard floor through the mat. On my way out to head to urgent care, the gal at the front desk was on her phone and missed the fact that a 2 year old ran out the front door by himself while his mom was getting her other kid. Luckily there were no cars driving past and he didn't leave the parking lot before I limped to the door and brought him back inside to his mom. I will never be coming back to this location.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR PARTY AT THIS LOCATION THE MANAGMENT AND TEAM ARE HORRIBLE!!!!…read moreI am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the way my granddaughter's birthday party was handled at your location today. Despite arriving 15 minutes early as requested, we were not given access to our private room until five minutes before noon, leaving us no time to set up or decorate. Guests arriving were made to wait between 10 and 15 min before being checked in. Although your brochure clearly states that the private room is for 120 minutes, staff began aggressively cleaning the room and removing decorations and paid-for beverages at 1:40 PM. while my granddaughter was opening presents and all guest were in the room. They made her and her friends move so they could take the tablecloth which we supplied. When we pointed out that our time should run until 2:00 PM, an employee named Shawn was incredibly rude, condescending, and even laughed when I mentioned the poor service. He then stood behind us making rude remarks like "you are now 3 min over your room time) it was 148pm. While my granddaughter was being rushed to open her presents and get out. By the way they rushed us out so fast that they didn't even give her Swag bag we had to ask for it. And it had no T-shirt Furthermore, we were met with significant hostility regarding opening presents. While your own materials state process #3, that food, cake, and presents will be waiting in the room, the manager, Jazmine, argued with the mother of the birthday girl, claiming presents were not allowed. Even after we showed her that your literature only recommends against it to save play time, the staff continued to be difficult. We were eventually forced out of the room at 1:50 PM while my granddaughter was still in the middle of opening her gifts. We left the room rushed after management and employees made the party as uncomfortable as possible. At of the end of the party I was greeted with more hostility and rudeness by Shawn. So I said to him when the handed the gratuity sheet that because of the way were we treated. I would not be leaving a tip. Shawn exact words were "OH NO" while laughing. I do understand how the staff acts is because that is the managers style Rude and condescending. The lack of professionalism and the contradictory policies made what should have been a special day very stressful.

This is forbidden as this is a kids play establishment and they sell alcohol. There is a no weapons sign at the door. We told an employee as we made our quick exit, but the employee didn't seem as though he wanted to do anything. He seemed afraid to confront the man about it for fear he might be shot. I don't blame him. On our most recent visit to this location, there was a domestic dispute at a birthday party where a female began throwing birthday bags at an older male. We were out of there super quickly after seeing that, too. We continue to come back to this location because it is the only one in the Phoenix area that still has an operating camera on the Chuck E Cheese car ride. However, it is getting too dangerous to feel comfortable, in my opinion. Also, management does not seem to care about making sure Chuck E. Cheese makes his regular appearances every hour "on the 30 minute mark." My kids always need to remind them, and sometimes they still will not even put on the live show. Every kid that visits should have the opportunity to see Chuck E. Cheese because without the magic of Chuck E., they are just another pizza joint/arcade. They are out to do the show and back in as soon as possible after it is over. At least, they do occasionally, have Chuck E. walk around the arcade. The food is good. The wait is sometimes pretty long on the weekends because this location does tend to get very busy.
