Came in a group of 4 adults and 5 children. We signed our waivers before arriving. Carley greeted us. She was awesome. So sweet and professional. She answered all our questions. They only charge $3,50 for socks to jump where other establishments charge $5 or more. They let you trade in jump socks with grip bottoms from other places to get free socks! Rock on!!! The park was super clean. It isn't super huge, but it kept our girls entertained for 90 minutes. One of the trampolines and basketball courts were closed, but there was another court, and not being crowded made it irrelevant. The rock wall climbing is challenging to do it in socks as it hurts your feet. We asked why the super slides were closed. They mentioned that they had limited staff during slower hours and if we asked an employee on the floor they would open it up for us, and they did! It pays to communicate. They have cameras where you keep your personal belongings. There is even a pickleball court connected too. We didn't eat any food as we have limited diets. We came to play. Everyone had a blast. Unlike other places our girls actually would love to come back to this location. The entire staff was great.

The overall experience was an interesting one for sure... issues with filling out the waiver and attitude when checking in... Then when ordering food was denied in the restaurant area due to it being already closed done for the night at 8:45 on a Saturday when the hours state open u til 10pm

Came here this afternoon for the first time with my 4 year old daughter. It was very clean and all of the employees at the different sections were attentive and helpful. The price was very reasonable and we were able to do everything! You do have to buy their grip socks but you get a 5% discount the next time you come if you bring them! I will definitely be coming back because my daughter had a blast! Also the slide that goes up the ceiling is so fun!

Coming here first thing was the best idea I could have had, it opens at 10 or 11 *don't quote me but we were first in line.. I recommend filling out the waiver online before you come.. the kids were so excited they rushed me the entire time. We bought 3 tixs for 90 min.. to test this place out but I'm definitely doing 120 min the next time. They have a bunch of cool obstacles, 2 kick a$$ slides and basketball hoops galore.. my favorite spot was the snack area!! And plenty of places to sit while my kiddos played. I will be back at the same time so they can have the place to themselves lol jk it's 11:32 and there's people here but not an overwhelmingly amount.

I had my older child with me on this visit and we stopped at the play area for him and the train station was right next to it. While he played, I decided to really observe the train ride from sitting at the play area. The train has a set path and made several rounds between the play area and Dick's Sporting Goods. The ride from my observation took about 10 minutes, which I felt was pretty long for an amusement ride but really loved during it. When my child came to me to say he was done playing after awhile, I asked him if he wanted to go on the train and he got all excited and said yes. We got in line for the train and paid the $5.50 for the ride. I believe if you pay with cash, the price will be an even $5. The price is for each passenger. The cashier stand also has knick-knacks for sale if you want a souvenir. Our ride was also about 10 minutes long. I didn't expect it to enjoy it as much as I did. The carts are small as expected since it's made for children but an average sized adult can also fit. I can't imagine more than 2 adults being able to fit inside a single cart. I think this little ride is well worth the price, seeing how happy it made my child. The cashier/conductor we had was so nice and sociable. She seemed to really enjoy her job and made sure we all had a good time. I would definitely do this again.

I really love the idea of this indoor play center- it has so much potential. The themed rooms and…read morefocus on imaginative play make it such a fun and creative concept for kids. You can tell it was designed to be a special place, and on the surface, it truly is adorable. That said, my experience left me feeling uneasy, mostly due to cleanliness and supervision concerns. I witnessed multiple children putting toys in their mouths (which is totally normal for kids), but what was concerning was that those same toys were often placed right back into shared play areas. While I later learned there is a designated bin for toys that have been in kids' mouths, this wasn't communicated upfront, and I didn't see it being consistently used or enforced. There also seemed to be inconsistency when it came to staff involvement. Across my two visits, I did see some staff members actively cleaning up and returning toys to their proper places, which I appreciated. However, I also observed others simply picking up toys and dropping them into corners of the rooms without any real organization or sanitizing. I completely understand that keeping up with kids is a challenge--I'm a parent too--but that's where consistent staff engagement becomes really important. Another issue was the level of parental supervision. Many parents were on their phones while their kids played freely. Again, that's ultimately a parenting responsibility, but in a shared environment like this, it contributes to the overall hygiene and safety concerns. I also want to mention that I found the staff presentation a bit unprofessional, which added to the overall impression that things weren't being closely managed. To be fair, you do sign a waiver regarding illness, and I understand that no play space can be completely germ-free. However, I did end up contracting chickenpox exactly 10 days after visiting, which makes me seriously question the effectiveness of their cleaning and sanitizing practices. Overall, this place is incredibly cute and full of potential. With more consistent staff involvement, clearer communication, better sanitization systems, and encouragement for parents to stay engaged, it could be an amazing environment. Right now, though, it falls short of what it could and should be.

Among all the different slides there is something for everyone from 6 (my grandkid) to 76 (me)! Although they are all fun, my favorite slide is the Python, followed by the Royal Flush. But I recommend you try all the slides! This is a great place for birthday parties, there's a cafe and lots of tables overlooking the playing floor. There is also a special area with toddler-size activities. One thing I especially like about Slick City is that through the adventure of slides, it teaches children self confidence and helps give them the courage to overcome fear in a healthy environment. Granddaughter (7 yrs) climbed up to the top of one of the tallest slides, only to start crying from fear and then she'd climb back down. 15 minutes later she'd go up again, only to come down, defeated by her fear. She kept it up (learning determination) until she finally found the courage to slide down from the top. The smile on her now self-confident face was priceless. She had conquered her fear! She went back and rode that slide again at least 10 times. The place is pricey but well worth it. Note: you must purchase a pair of their special traction socks in the slide areas. They do not allow any other brand, so save yours for subsequent trips.

I'll elaborate…read more We went to Slick City with our three kids (17, 16, and 12) as part of our GetOut pass 2025. We had the 60 minute play pass. The concept is basically waterless water slides and indoors. Like any action park, you are required to sign waivers before purchasing your ticket and Slick City requires you to buy their grippy socks; you are not allowed to wear grippy socks from anywhere else. Ok, fine, annoying but it's part of the experience. The pricing was in line with other action parks for their 60, 90, and 120 play passes. You get a colored wristband based on the time slot you bought and they call it over the loud speaker when your time is done. There are plenty of slides and varying degrees of thrill, speed, and height; same as a water park. The slides are objectively cool. Where these slides differ is that you are required to go head first on your stomach down every single slide on a mat. Now, for some, this is no big deal. We saw plenty of people not even give it a second thought. On the contrary, we saw a lot of people (mainly smaller kids) climb to the top, lay down, and panic. Were there attendants at the top to ensure people went the right way down? No. Were there attendants to make sure everyone got down okay, weren't injured? Also no. That was concerning for me because we saw some kids get hurt from the way they were either riding, landing, or getting crashed into or dog piled on. Normally at action parks, there are attendants everywhere to keep it safe, but there were none in sight on any slide. There was an attendant at the swing and handlebars, but that was only to be able to pull the swing back from over the pit. We saw lots of skinned of knees and elbows, a busted chin or a nosebleed, and what appeared to someone with a chipped tooth after they didn't raise their head up enough and went face first into the bottom of the slide. We saw a kid get absolutely pancaked on one of the launch slides when someone didn't wait for the last person to go and came down, flew right on top of him. It might just be part of the fun but it felt a little unnerving compared to what we're used to places like this. I am not a helicopter mom by any means either and think sometimes it's overkill with the safety officers, but it felt like there should've been a least a few around the actual slides. Our kids made it out unscathed, so it was all five stars for them this time around. Sweaty, but not injured in anyway. There is also a little gated in play area for little kids, and you can pay for just that area if they meet the age requirements. Any spectator has to be issued a special spectator wristband also. There is a little food court and lots of seating and a party rental space for large groups or events. The bathrooms are centralized but needed definitely attention. There was water and toilet paper all over the floor each time I went in. The soap dispenser was also wonky; if you didn't push the right pressure point, it all came out the top of the dispenser and went all over the place.
