We had a few heated moments but he handled it all like the pro he is. I also would like to strongly recommend you speak with Andrew. He is an impressive young man who handles very stressful and highly demanding customers with poise and reason. Sincerely impressed with Andrew. For his age, he is quite mature and thoughtful. He gave some great suggestions and solutions to problems that made a whole lot of sense. We are 90% done with our project and they only have a few final touches left. The way they continue to communicate and follow through is spectacular. They won't drop you for the next higher paying gig before they finish your job. Believe me I know they have other jobs that are 2-3x more valuable than mine but they treated me very well. My wife and family could not be happier. I'm a fairly picky guy and so is my wife. David recommended by a friend promised to renovate a 1 bed apartment approx 400 sq ft For 7,000.00. the down payment should have been 700.00 however he ask me for half to get started. In good faith i wrote David a check for 4,000.00. David started the demo. David then started asking for more money for the electrician, drywall and extra demolition,. wall replaced the tub and put up some cheap lights in the bathroom. i wrote checks again and again because he kept begging me over and over again, and i wanted to keep moving forward. i was going on a trip he promised he would have the floors finished and all the electric done( add wall electrical sockets. When i came back from vacation (i wan gone 15 days) . I went over to the apartment after David had left to see the progress. very little The only thing he had done was to spray texture on the dry wall, His work looked like the amateur hour. David called me because he wanted more money. I called my friend James who recommended David to come with me to talk to David. On our way over to my apartment James called gentleman who used David Falcon. The Gentleman said" Do not hire David Falcon He is terrible i had to fire David. When we arrived at my apartment i confronted David about the lack of progress and he promised to finish the bathroom finished the floors finished. David's answer "I never said that" James was horrified when he saw the work. James ask David why were you charging Charles so much. David gave- an answer "It was my (Charles) fault for trusting him" I Fired David after the 3 way conversation between David, James and myself.
