She even found one of my favorite dresses of the entire process. She explained how the dress could be customized and helped show me what a strapless version would look like. Charlotte also went above and beyond by helping take photos and videos from all angles so I could really see what each dress looked like. She even took a video of me walking around in my favorite dress, which was so helpful. Her communication was excellent throughout, and I really appreciated how attentive, kind, and knowledgeable she was. She knew so many details about the dresses and what customizations were possible. She followed-up with a detailed email on what next steps would look like, and I didn't feel pressure to purchase a dress on the spot. They do have a small selection (1 rack) of plus sized dresses, although I didn't look through them but something to consider if you fall into that size range. Most of the dress sizes in bridal sizes 8-12, which had several racks. Hastily purchased a gown that I do regret. Note their policy of final sale, no exchanges. They do not take walk ins, but I called day of and received a same day appointment. I guess if you're desperate for a last minute dress with not many options, this places fills a role as you may find something to settle on. Apparently they have independent tailors they work with in store who they claim can quickly do last minute alterations as well but I cannot speak to the quality of said work and I see reviews questioning the quality. I also noticed they handle sales tax in an unusual way, which others may want to be aware of.
