Alts is top-notch. I came in with a few pieces that needed adjustments and Humberto (the head tailor) completely nailed it. I've checked out a few of their NYC studios before and always had good experiences but this location might my best experience. The atmosphere's easygoing, the team's super welcoming, and the work is excellent. I worked with Elena on my wedding dress and all my different wedding looks. I cannot recommend her enough. I was so nervous to start cutting into my dress but Elena made every step of the process so comfortable.
