They told me the problem was fixed but after supposedly fixing it it wasn't it still existed. After having them replace all circuit breakers and install surge protector, which was working fine before, it still wasn't right. They were to replace the meter claw can which they did not do. They came back 4 more times and told me it was probably my refridgerator causing problems, which they plugged into an extension cord and left it that way. The red flag went up when they said all the outlets and switches had to be replaces upstairs to the tune of another $1200 in addition to the $3200 I had already paid them. Also told me I needed a new ceiling fan because it went bad but there was power to the switch so I got one. Another lie, no power but there was before them. I called another company to come give me an estimate and they showed me pictures that the only thing Infinite did out side was to change the disconnect hookup which was not the problem, it was he can as I told them in the first place. I did make them aware of my findings and have not heard back from them as of yet and that was two weeks ago. They just kept leading me on and grasping at straws. What a nightmare!

Jermaine went to work check on the different sockets and the circuit board.. He came to the same conclusion that I had over power and burnt out my circuit breaker for this. They did the old-school method of writing it on pen and paper for my credit card and he filled it out so that there would be no mistakes..I signed it after reviewing it and gave him my email address so they could send me a receipt that way plus I had a hard copy receipt... A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. This very pleasant handyman is formerly a Russian, and he is perfectly happy to be alive and working in the home of the brave. In he walked, very confident, with a fairly lrge satchel full of assorted tools. I brought him to the site of the offending troublesome valve and he set to work on it at once. In what was probably less than 20 minutes, he had the toilet flushing perfectly, at least 4 times, allowing a fill each time. Congratulations Alex! QUALITY: One cannot argue with success. The job was handled properly, promptly, with hardly a word spoken. At one point, he wanted to draw my attention to a part, and when he wasn't able to say it, he apparently tooked it up and showed me the translated word on his phone. He was happy to take my check and after talking with me in general about some painting (Ceiling) I might wish to complete, for which he gave me a fine estimate, he drove away. ALUZ LLC is prompt and they will always accommodate to meet the client's needs. As I asked if they would be able to come out first to inspect why our lights were flickering and they were happy to do so, without charge. They sure do have their own company guidelines to adhere to, but they were also flexible. Their customer service is superb and their experience shined through as they were able to come and find out exactly what we needed to do. Then they came back the same day and fixed it for us and installed new can lights. Rick James (owner/manager) is a very friendly nice guy. He had a few life issues going on when he worked for us, causing the job to be put off for weeks, but he did keep me up to date. Quality of work was fair to medium. While putting in a closet shelving/hanger rack he drilled screws through the wall into our living room wall. He did repair the living room wall though. The job above was a prior project than the one indicated below. Something you want to make sure about is: GET AN ESTIMATE!! On what I thought (and still do think) was a small job (and friends of mine think so too) turned out to be an EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE lesson for me. Rick looked at what I wanted done, I asked for an estimate. He said he'd figure it out. A few days later Rick texted me indicated that he bought the wood and was buying the paint and would be at my home a few days later. I let the estimate go since he already bought the wood and already worked on it. MY MISTAKE! This project consisted of five, 2 foot plywood shelves and two 11 inch by 4 foot shoe racks. All wood was painted white. (Not finished wood). On what I assumed would be a "few hundred" dollar job, turned out to be $1700 plus!! Had I received an estimate of $500 or more, I would NOT of done the project. Again, nice guy, but very, very expensive!!

I texted my info, made several pictures to get a message back: "sorry, not doing complete re-screens at this time due to screen availability". Clearly none of these companies are lacking business at this time, but then adjust your message on the phone stating that due to overwhelming requests you can't handle any more business or that you can't repair more than a couple screens at the time. Save the customer some time also and honesty goes a long way. They seem to have good reviews outside of hurricane damage season, so I don't want to leave a one star review.
